Devon Goodman: Apartments are nice on the inside. I like the lake view a lot.
Monica O'Connor: Been living there for almost 5 years now, the first people that owned this company was great! Once the new owners came around its been HELL. Went to the pool one time and told i wasnt allowed to have guest when im a paying customer!Extra money being spent because they dont have THEIR system and paperwork together. Had us paying extra insurance while we had it and had the nerve to tell us it was our fault!!
Damon Ford: Mrs.king the best property manager since the last 2 or 3… this place has changed alot since my 5 year span and its thanks too her.. most managers dont care about your complaints or needs but she definitely does.. she does the kost with what she Cant especially with only having a few maintenance techs. Keep her around

I was stationed in Germnay and she went above and beyond to help me find a apartment at their location that fit my needs. she very trustworthy the place looked exactly like she said. She made the hectic pcs house hunting very easy. I have been renting for over ten years and this by far has been the best experience I have ever had and it was all thanks to Ms.King. Place looks great.

Havannah Yang: Lived here for about 2 1/2 years now, management just recently changed and I’ve noticed a drastic change!!! Staff is so friendly and they even do fun things for the community! Maintenance has been so superb, very informative every time they’re there to help and always gives a wave when we drive by! Would definitely recommend as the apartments are all clean and up to date, and staff is perfect and always willing to work with you on anything! Location is the best part too, you’re kind of hidden but so so so close to everything!! Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to live

Josh the normal guy: So I have not lived here that long, in fact I’ve only lived here for about a month now. This place is very clean, quiet, and homey. The staff at this location are very attentive and most of all they actually care for your well-being. I really have to give some recognition to Hailey! She has made my stay here the best so far. Hailey helped me find the unit that was just right for me. If you’re searching for a good apartment then your search has ended. This is a great place you would not want to pass it up! All the staff members are great, however I recommend you ask for Hailey to get you set up!
