Len Love: I will rate the completion of my kitchen remodel & archway a 5+. My only complaint was some of the staff was unprofessional & had no regards to my items. I would say please have them to cover your items & floor where they are working. I would think I shouldn’t have to tell them to do that. The biggest problem I had was the time & lack of consideration of my time. Yes they would tell you they are coming but when? Sometimes I waited all day & no show or no call until I notified the office or they would show after 1pm & take up your time all evening. The worst thing is the Grantie I picked out at office showroom is not what I got. After going to warehouse & they steadily trying to convince me that’s what I picked out, I finally accepted a granite top close enough to original I had chosen. When I showed the two pieces to other people, they agreed with me it was different. I will say if you want that same piece make sure it’s tagged & removed from show room with your name on it. Please take pictures.I can say my complaints were addressed with Richard, owner, & necessary steps were taken to complete my job. I am very happy with the outcome. Rating the professionalism I will give it a 3 but the work is outstanding after he bought in the necessary changes. Thank you office staff for your professionalism & handling of each complaint. Marina Matticola: I don't even know where to begin... This company is so unorganized it is ridiculous. First, when we set-up our consultation, the person didn't show up and I did not get a call until 1.5 hours after they were supposed to be there. When they finally did call me, I told them do not come and left them a very bad review on Google. It was only after the manager called me about my review(otherwise I would have never heard anything back), and she talked me into giving them a second chance, HUGE MISTAKE. When I went to pick out our floor tiles, we selected a beautiful tile and then I was told that it would be about 2 weeks before they showed up and then we get a call 5 weeks later saying their vendor discontinued those tiles, 5 WEEKS!!!! We picked out a second tile, get a call the very next day that those were discontinued as well😒 so they really need to check their stock to make sure they actually have what they say they have . We were promised that we would pick out our own slab of granite-that never happened. Then we had appointments set for our kitchen remodel and construction workers did not show, no call, nothing so my husband took a whole day off from work for absolutely nothing. I was truly upset during the whole process of dealing with this company that by the second time the construction workers did not show, I called up there to speak with the owner personally and not surprisingly, he never called me back. Beth was the ONLY good thing about this company, she brought me back down to sanity each time something went awry. I have never been treated so poorly after giving someone a significant amount of cash up front for an entire job. I have two bathrooms that are getting remodeled next and you could not pay me to use this company ever again. I do have to say that the end result is beautiful but the trauma of dealing with these people was not necessarily worth it and mind you, if I would have received courtesy calls about any of the situations we found ourselves in, I would have never left this review. If you can't handle the workload, dial it back.

Timothy Ingram: Detail oriented, customer focus is this company's focus. Be patient when you arrive here! There's so much more put into every sale that it will take a few minutes to have your turn, but it's worth the wait. The staff are kind, responsive and really good at what they do.

I told her I was looking for an estimate on granite countertops . Long story short she was very rude and belittling. I’ve since called two other locations who were more customer friendly and asked more questions without making me feel ignorant.

Paul Cole: Not greatly impressed. I went to the company office and saw a number of beautiful pieces of stone from which to make a selection. I stayed home from work for an appointment for someone to come out and make measurements. The gent arrived, took some pictures heard and what my wife and I wanted. He promised to get back to me within two weeks. Three months later and after email follow-up, still no estimate.
Andi Emrick: My granite kitchen counters are beautiful. The whole process from selecting my stone thru Installation was flawless. These guys know what they’re doing. Would highly recommend their services. Staff is friendly and very skilled.
Michael Kern: Installed an over sized top that was measured 2" long by their tech. Damaged walls, soffit, and damaged cabinets. knocked cabinet out of level, and split corner sink base cabinet side off. Proceeded to use a concrete saw in place without any protection of customer's home. Created dust throughout home that customer demanded payment for, and for all of this, the owner offered "$25.00" . Two other jobs where the faucet was cut 1.5" off of center by same crew they had setting the sink (You would think they would know center of their own sink position?)

Brennan was very professional, he came to measure the shower and gave me a time frame of when the install would happen. The guys that came to install it truly made sure everything was near perfect before they left. I could not be any happier with the way my shower glass turned out!

Cathy Hutchins: Do not use this company. Olive Glass and Marble does not stand behind their work. They installed my 75 year old sister's granite after she lost her home in Hurricane Matthew in 2017. A couple of weeks ago (June 2020), the sink separated from the granite and began to fall down. The OGM serviceman said "someone" took the clips out. That is so ridiculous. Why would anyone have done that? I assure you my 75 year old sister did not get down under the sink and do it. If the clips had fallen out, they would have been in the cabinet which they were not. If they had been installed properly, they would not have fallen out. The same guy that did the original install did the repair and he either forgot to put them in or put them in improperly so that they fell out. The most likely scenario is that he forgot to put the clips and only used a small amount of adhesive for the installation. I checked with several people in the granite and plumbing business and all said that there is no reason anyone would remove clips. It took less than an hour to do the repair and the charged was $185! SHAME ON THEM for not standing behind their work. SHAME ON THEM for charging such an outrageous price for a simple, quick repair on their original work. To make it even worse, my sister is a senior citizen on a fixed income and $185 really impacts her financially.

We just finished a kitchen remodel last year and they helped us pick our quartz counters, Blanco sink and glass for cabinets and an existing island. They are so attentive to the small details and we could not have been more pleased with their price, installation and knowledge on the project as a whole. They also installed granite and a beautiful mirror backsplash a few years ago when I renovated a condo...when I accidentally chipped the granite they were able to come and repair it quickly! Jen Calhoun: We have been bothering the Olive Glass & Marble folks for a while. We're working on an older home, and we're working on a budget. They've been the EASIEST people to work with, and their prices have been way below anything we've seen online or in the big box stores, especially when it comes to custom needs. Our first project was a simple glass mirror for our bathroom. We measured, they cut it and installed it within a week. It was so quick and so easy, and frankly, so weird, we didn't know quite what to do. I had looked online for a similar-sized mirror and it was about four times the cost, without installation. I'm sold on Olive Glass. When we get to the countertops, we're going to them first.
KKB: Very rude when I called today about enlarging the diameter of a sink hole on granite they installed several years ago. Called another local granite company who quoted half the cost and was a pleasure to speak with. Would not ever use OGM again.
