Rosa HCruz: Very enjoyable meal, our server was a sweetie. The only negative thing I can say is that the sirloin tip were over cooked. However I'm leaving this review due to the server named Kiante ( I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) he was not our server but I watched him the whole time and this young man is amazing at his job. He was all over making sure customers were promptly attended double checking that he got their orders correctly, I even watched and overheard him speaking to kitchen staff very politely asking for items that his customers requested but had been forgotten ( in Spanish none the less) this young man goes above and beyond, IHOP should be proud to have him as an employee. GREAT JOB!! I only hope this will get him the recognition he deserves.

lynn pugh: Went for a late lunch, early dinner before the rush. Food was good, the server was excellent. She didn't write down anything but got everything correct. Sweet and smart!Kid-friendliness: We had two toddlers and an infant and they loved their pancakes and waffles. There was no crowd when we went so no one minded kids who tend to be loud at times.

Jim Arriola: Have gone here many times. Service is acceptable, nothing to brag about, atmosphere is good with all the decoration changes, food is fair. It is hard to get a hot meal here. Food is at best warm. Do not order hotcakes due that they can not melt scoops of whipped butter. Maybe have some bring the food out and not wait for server, maybe we could get it hotter. Also, teach the ones bussing to wipe the edge of the table and not just the top, and do not put empty syrup dispensers back in the rack. Takes to long to catch your waiter and get them to bring another. See you again.
