Lee Bowers: Great food and very educational. We were invited to an open kitchen night to learn about healthy cooking and the concept of getting back into the kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of people who were interested in the same thing. April the host was FANTASTIC. She went over how a full meal could be prepared in 30 minutes and the importance of using fresh ingredients. For us that was important because we are always on the go and fast food was becoming our go to meal. We plan on going back soon to have April go over meal prepping with us. I would highly recommend this experience and their classes to everyone who wants to make a change for the better. Another plus was the class on cookware and I can honestly say we jumped right on it. Thank you April we will book a private event with our friends soon.

Kristen Frost: Went for GED and I was even more then the time limit late because I couldn’t find the right building and they were very nice and still let me test. They are quick and easy to get in and out and it’s doesn’t take long to get started and once you’re done you can go without hassle.

FTCC has a very confusing website and trying to find information on courses, licenses, or certifications is impossible. The information, you can find, is in a .pdf. Why not provide the information, as a link, to better inform the public. The use, and institutional use of technology appears lagging when it comes to easily providing information to the public.
