Highland Country Club: what do users think?
Mallory Haun: Always a classy and lovely time
Jamie Johnson: Always great service
Han Jang: This is just a review regarding the food because I personally don't care about the other amenities. Is it the best food I've ever had from a restaurant? No. But it's pretty good. All the classics that I would expect from a country club are solid. Their brunch and holiday buffets are excellent. My favorite part of any club is the chicken salad, and Highland's is perfect. Love that it's available at the snack stand while golfing.
Don Judd: I play a LOT of golf. This place is not quite world class. Everything is VERY good; course, service, f&b, locker room, pro shop, erc.
unkown unkown: Very great food, very kind pool and restaurant staff, and for the most part very clean and trusted management 👏🏼
Tykiriah Gaston: Very unprofessional management. Treats staff poorly.
Ronnie Smith: Excellent private club!
R. Eric Frazee: Great place to play golf and hang out with friends. The course was in incredible shape and the greens were outstanding. Service was on point. John Michael Cole is a great asset to the Highland staff. He is very knowledgeable and his customer service skills are impeccable.
Michael Moore: Food was great service was great
Timothy Ingram: Tennis, swimming, golf and plenty of indoor space for events and eating.
Ron Corbett: Very nice club. My brother is executive chef.
Richard McDonald: Mrs.tam is awesome
Maurice Zepeda Jr.: Fayetteville's premiere Country Club...1st Class...
Nya Cintron: No experience here yet but the reviews are phenomenal and I hope to become part of the staff!!
JT Taylor: Great wedding service, from staff to food and entertainment!
Ruth Anderson: Wonderful lunch and service was on point
Kam Smash: Nice place to escape!

King's Grant Golf & Country Club: what do users think?
Wendy Carroll: Great weekend by the pool at Kings Grant with the family
Kaylee Lee: Took about 20 minutes just to get kid’s quesadilla.
Andrew Woodard: The course and greens in great shape but we were treat very disrespectful today. It was a group of members teeing off behind us and we were followed by the staff after the first hole. We made the turn under 2 hours and was met at the 10th hole and was told we were playing too slow. The same guy that followed us around said that we needed to finish around in 3 hours. (Group of 4). I asked a group of members how long it takes them to play and I was told 3 1/2 to 4 hours. We finished in 3 hours and 45 minutes!
Corek BleedingHollow: Fairways and tee boxes are not worth the $40 green fee.
Matthew Sochovka: Wow! Beyond impressed with the leadership of this place. Chris reached out to both me and my father and took the time to talk with us. His passion for this community is rare to find. We need more like him. Proud to call KG my home course. Any business will have some problems it’s the way you handle those problems that define who you are. Excited for the future because this place is in great hands and will only get better.
suyoung[수영] kim: Fun course and beautiful
Daniel Fisher: I live in Kings Grant and most of the time I golf somewhere else.I’m just always let down by something here.Like today, I called yesterday and booked a tee time, wasn’t in their system today (but the guy at the shop fit us in anyway). I have rarely ever seen a starter and for this reason there are always issues throughout the day.I ordered food during the round and when I went to pick it up an employee behind the bar tried to pretend like she can’t go get food and ring it at the bar (the bar was completely empty at the time, the pro shop counter was very busy). Someone in the shop did instruct her to do so after overhearing it. Another note is whatever meat is used for the burgers is questionable at best. Some of the lowest quality and I’m not sure where you find beef like that. The course overall is ok. The bunkers are always pretty disappointing to see and never maintained very well. Most greens are good, some could use a lot of work. Often trash or fallen debris in the fairways or on the greens even.Overall just disappointing. I’m not sure if understaffing is an issue, a lot of the staff seems very nice and relaxed but this course is certainly not my first choice in the area.
Mike Cepluch: WOW what an amazing facility...staff was great and the pro was very accommodating...it has some rough spots on course but greens were just about perfect for this time of year...I will be a repeat customer for many years and I live 10 hours away :)
Steve Kenney: Very quiet, picturesque spot. Good golf course. Good food.
jaykant: Loved it.
Terence Collins: I played there today as part of a group of ten from our home course. Surprised to learn that the club had been shut down for awhile, though probably not as much as the residents when it happened. Surprised because we were quite pleased with the maintenance condition of the course, particularly the greens. The course is a good test, so look forward to a return.
Matt Hockey: June 2018. Significant work has taken place. Still more needs to be done but there was so much taking place while we were there that I am sure that Kings Grant will be back to being one of the premier courses in the area very soon.Update September 2020Talk about change! Clubhouse is amazing and bathrooms are spotless. Gunnery Sergeant Hartman would have been proud to come into this Head. The course was in awesome shape and only fine tuning needs to be done now. Still some sod being put down and cart paths being fixed but mostly minor issues. Greens were a bit fast yesterday which played to my advantage and not to my daughters or my cousins. Fairways were in great shape! All in all an outstanding afternoon spent with only 4 balls lost amongst three of us and only 1 doinked a roof.... hey she's 11. For her to blast it that far was impressive in it's own right.Played all over the world from Belize to Belgium and this course is a bargain and a blessing. Wife is interested in a membership since it's only 20 minutes from home. We shall see, it might be worth the time to finally have a home course.Update (Again) July 2022It's hot. Heat index of 108 today. My daughter and bride are in the pool. We are full members. Gain weight at the Phoenix and lose weight on the course. Come join us.
Gator G2G: 1st - If you can find a better rate for 18holes and a cart for $40 (or $25 for their twilight rate!!!) - then stop reading this review and go play that goat-pasture!!!And really another 1st!!! - Kings Grant golf track has drastically changed (same great layout) but MAN!!! what great condition this coursecurrently is in!!!Wide fairways (with ample playable grass; not sand spots or fungus decay) and the Greens are in very nice shape too (one green did have some repair area, but I'd rather see the repairs than the unplayable fungus area)!!!Course layout is set among beautiful landscaping and varying terrain features, and with the beautiful homes set back (on most holes), your professional shots (I'll give you a positive outlook) you won't have the jitters from thinning a pitching wedge into the green (because a smash, crash and yelling is not what anyone wants on an enjoyable day at King's Grant Golf & Country Club, N.C.)!!!SPECIAL KUDOS to the ground crew and the investors!!!I know Pinehurst is near-by, but again, MAN!!! this is a must play course!!!Ok, Ok, enough with the exclamation points, as my point has been "driven straight down the fairways"; so that said, consider making Kings Grant your home course...(I received no endorsements from course management for this review)Hit'm Straight and Hit'm Long...
Butch Darnell: played a couple of weeks ago, it is in the best shape from tee through green that I have seen in many years!! Keep up the good work!!
Roxanne: It’s a good place to play golf!
James Coleman: This was my first time playing the course. I paired with a member who made me feel welcomed. His course knowledge led to a great experience. The elevation changes made for some breath-taking views of the landscape. The course is well-maintained and is a challenge to golfers of any skill level. In the words of "The Terminator", "I'll be back!"
Gail Brewer: Really nice golf facility with a wonderful staff
Don Barzini: Super friendly place with a very interesting golf course with lots of elevation changes. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a fun time and enjoy the restaurant as well. Bill the head pro is very attentive to the golfers needs and bet that he is an excellent teacher.
Jackson Ferrell: Best golf course in town!
eric cossett: greaT course, continually improving and great food
J Miller Realty & Associates, LLC: The golf course is challenging and fun to play. You will have to utilize all of your golf shots on this course. The greens are fast but, the greens are really smooth. Be confident with your putts. The club house is fantastic and the food is delicious.

Baywood Golf Course: what do users think?
John Butler: Condition was awful. Greens in horrible shape, fairways almost void of grass, and tee boxes completely chewed up. It was March but I’ve seen other courses look just fine around here recently. No one is really taking care of this course, if you can call it one.
Richard Sykes: Awful greens.
Lee Smith Jr: Great people works there
Bryce Younts: phone fell off my golf cart due to bumpy cart path conditions but found it so all is good
Seemore J: We hosted our 1st Annual Golf Tournament here and the staff was simply AMAZING. As we drove throw the Baywood neighborhood and seeing the clubhouse right before us I knew we had chosen the right golf course to host our tournament and nothing disappointed us. The course was superb, the atmosphere was great, and the staff is Second to None, who definitely made this a very memorable tournament.
Charles Lynch: The area is the best part of it. The people.
Bennett Allen: Fire ants abound throughout the fairways. Greens are ok but bumpy. Owners do not take care of course. Play elsewhere.
William Evans: The staff is friendly, the course is great, but the greens need some serious work done to them
William Haynes: Greens are getting better. But still needs to improve
Cameron: Greens need a lot of work, that’s a huge problem at the moment. Price is good enough and the fairways are not bad, issue comes only with the greens. The greens themself are worth a 2 star review but the rest of the course is not bad so it wouldn’t give the course justice if I based it alone on the greens.
Mark Eline: Always a true test of your complete game. With the over abundance of rain this year I believe this track is in the best shape ever.
Victor Roman: Nice course, friendly staff
baltazar Rodriguez: Buen lugar donde pasar una tarde
michael moore: Golf course in terrible shape. All the greens are bare. The green fees should be discounted

Cypress Lakes Golf Course: what do users think?
Tom Jorgensen: What a shame. Great design and friendly staff. GPS carts, but... course is in poor shape. Lacking grass pretty much everywhere. Cart paths fit for a mountain goat. Horrible. A few snacks but no real grill to get a meal after a round.
Chad Andersen: My son played in a College Club Tournament here and lost his (expensive) headcover. We live about 3 hours away and the course was excellent to deal with in getting it returned. They were willing to ship it to me and then get payment afterwards. They were very responsive and just overall great. I really appreciate what they did.
Marc-Andre Hinrichs: Sehr schöner Kurs mit teilweise sehr schwierigen Greens
Riley Bowers: Good first: great layout, exceptional greens. The grounds crew has created a gem. Now the bad: If the parking lot is full of golf carts turn around and go home. Had a 1:30 tee time and had to have carts in by 5:30. Shouldn’t be a problem for a two some. Finished 16 holes, but waited 10+ minutes on every hole. Was somewhat crowded, but mostly 1s and 2s. On 13 we learned the problem. Coming up 15, while 3 groups waited, was two groups of FIVE and this happens ALL THE TIME. I live at this course, so I see it regularly. poor management by the pro shop. Don’t tell people it’s going to be slow and let a bunch of 5somes out. To cap it all, they all played 18 together. 10 golfers on 18 at once. Put a ranger out there for God’s sake. Watched 3 groups quit today. Your management is terrible.
1: Beautiful course. Fairways and roughs are very well maintained. Greens are also very nice. Staff is friendly with a solid pro shop. Carts have gps. The scenery is nice, but part of the course is lined with houses, might be a problem for new golfers.
Stephen Simon: stopped here right off 95 on my way home from myrtle beach. what a great course. holes were beautiful, and fun to play. It was really a great find. we look forward to playing here again
Adam Alley: My in-laws from Germany flew in last week. It was my father in-laws dream to play a round of golf. We played Cyprus Lakes twice in the last week. The range is 5 minutes from my home. HE LOVED IT. Great experience. We warmed up on the driving range. Drank some beers and played 9 holes. Outstanding. He was impressed. What more could you ask for.
Ronald Tart: Fast greens but were fairly true.
Dorothy Mansfield: The course was absolutely perfect!!! There is nothing to complain about, just show up & have fun.
Todd Bell: Always friendly service!
John Duszynski: Tee boxes, fairways and greens were in great shape. The greens were 9 out 10. I think 16 was the only green with any trouble and that was very little.Gps on golf carts.....always a plus. Carts are in good shape also. Range balls were a bit rough, but the range grass was in great shape.Cart paths need some love bit would highly recommend playing here. $40 with a cart is a great price for this course.
JAMES NOWELL: Excellent course and joy to play. Have a blast ever time I play a round.
George Carman: Great experience for my friend and I playing a quick 9 holes while he was passing through and hitting some off their driving range area.
Brian George: Great facilities and friendly staff! Will look forward to playing there again. Thank you.
Glenn Smith: Very relaxing.
john collison: I've played Cypress Lakes several times in the last 12 months. On the plus side, I enjoy the layout generally and the greens are impeccable. On the down side, the fairways and rough are inconsistent, ranging from ok to rocky/bare. But it is the price of $29 for walking that's the deal breaker. This is more than much nicer courses like Quail Ridge in Sanford or Chicora in Dunn, or even Kings Grant in Fayetteville. To be fair, the price is the same for riding and walking during the week, which is a good deal for riders, but we like to walk, so we're out of luck. Really weird that a course charges the same to walk and ride; been playing a long time and haven't seen that before.
Jimmer Laney: Fantastic golf course every time I get to play it!
Charlie Finnegan: First time playing this course last weekend with a group of three. The golf cart said we were 5 mins behind schedule and we had a employee follow my group of three for 3 holes to try and push us forward because they over booked tee times. We didn't see a group behind us until hole 13 and never had to let anyone play through. I will never willingly show up to this course again. Never had someone approach me the way this employee did. Really crushed my golf experience that day and would easily rate this the WORST golf experience of my life. Please don't waste your time here.
alice faye brewington: WE LOVE THIS COURSE !!! BRENDA AND ROBERT ARE THE BEST !!!!!!
harold tolbert: Beautiful course
Roy Adkins: Enjoy my first round of golf here, very nice course.
