She really took the time to explain things to me, and all of the different laws in NC. Her responses were always quick as well. She also worked around my schedule by making herself available when I could make the time, and we even did a few virtual tours which helped tremendously. Towards the end of my home buying process we did run into a few bumps(nothing on her part), but Addie took complete control of the situation, and did things beyond her role to make everything work out so I could close on my home.
