Michael D: I will at all cost avoid having to deal with DHL again. Their drivers are incompetent and their customer service is appalling. I waited for over a month on a package that they claimed they couldn't find the address for. Even though they said they would call to update me, I had to call every single time. When the driver finally had the package on his truck, he called me to locate the address which I clearly explained to him. I waited over 20 minutes for him just to find out that he had scanned the package as undeliverable. He refused to answer my calls. After calling his supervisor the driver finally agreed to meet me at another delivery sight. When I arrived he was about to pull off, again leaving me to jump through hoops to recieve my express package that was marked urgent from DHL claims department. DHL is a clown in the delivery industry.

The customer service team was prompt and professional. Thank you again.
Sandra Young: I ordered a package from China worth $7,000, and a signature is required. However, it was left at someone else's door. When I reported it to DHL, I was told that there was nothing they could do!! Luckily, my package was recovered.

Kevin Jackson: drove 45 minutes to this location to send a return back for a seller that was overseas and required DHL. Arrived at 2:20 PM, thinking it might be a little less busy at this time. There was a note on the door, saying “out to lunch, be back by 3:30 PM.” Seriously?
Byren Tanner: Horrible service . Waited in the front office for 35 minutes before anyone came to see about the customer.. very unprofessional… have videos of them chilling and playing in the back .

Can’t contact the office no one picks up watched my order on live tracking and he drove around my house from laurinburg to Fayetteville bypassing me and still didn’t delivery at 9 o’clock I saw he was on main highway by my house and yet still NO DELIVERY

I called the Fayetteville terminal manager, Mack Reed and he immediately went to work trying to resolve the issue. For two days, he kept me updated on every detail of the shipment's progress until it arrived at my door. We were under strict time constraints and he went above and beyond to make sure that our delivery was a priority and was received on time.
