Andrew Jones: The only place in Fayetteville to go to for phone repairs. I needed my Google Pixel 6 Pro's screen replaced after I managed to crack it. Asurion was the only repair shop in town who had the screen available for the pixel and they repaired my phone extremely quickly. The staff were wonderful, very understanding, and helped out wherever they could. I'm very grateful for the quick work that they did.
John Shaw: I wasn't sure what to expect when I was sent here. My phone wouldn't do anything and the screen was cracked but the diagnosed it quick and fixed it alot faster then i expected. I would definitely come back with any electronic issue..very nice people .

Mariah: Went in at 10:47am to get my screen fixed where it was cracked. I was told it would take 3 hours, that's fine I went home and my partner was going to pick it up when he got off. He got there at 3pm and was told he would have to wait for the invoice to clear. He sat until almost 5 pm with no answers as to what was taking so long.When he got back and I checked the phone the screen looked amazing (hence the two stars) but now the back glass has its paint coming off and smearing. This wasn't a problem beforehand, meaning it was done during the repair.I called the store to see if they would fix It and I was told it was just cosmetic and there was nothing they could do. Highly disappointed that the damage they did they won't fix. Cosmetic or not, now there's a black smear across the back that wasn't there before.

Ryan Sellers: Through Verizon, I have Asurion insurance on my iPhone. When my screen cracked I submitted a claim for an Asurion technician to come to my house and repair my screen. Azra, who works at this location, showed up at my house and fixed my screen in about 20min. Two minutes after he left I received an automated text message from Verizon saying that the $25/mo Home Device Protect plan was added to my account which I did not authorize. Azra and I never discussed this plan. So I called Verizon asking how this could have happened and they confirmed that the technician did have the ability to add that feature to my plan and they removed it. I have filed a complaint with Verizon and Asurion. Check your account after doing business with this company and make sure they haven't added any features that gets them paid and cost you more money.

I was told I could not use my warranty. Then I contacted the manufacturer, sent them pictures of my phone, front and back, I was told not to go back to Asurion. It seems maybe others have had the same problem with the company.

The Manager " in the process of LOOKING at your laptop" will break something or not position things correctly inside. You go home to find out that your (little bit slow laptop is not even turning-on !!!), so you go back forced to take everything (folders) out from the hard-drive, and at the very end they fiddle with the laptop and BOOOM it is "SURPRISINGLY" working again ....then they charge you a big fee for something wasn't broken to begin with. They won't admit it and will charge you for their own (ON PURPOSE) mistake! Keep your unbroken equipment unbroken...and keep your money in your pocket.

I spilled an entire glass of water on my laptop on a Saturday night and called Geek Squad on Sunday where they told me the motherboard was probably destroyed and I should just buy another laptop because of the expense in replacing the motherboard. I called Affordable Computers on Monday and they had me bring the computer right in and I picked it up the next day completely repaired. They blew the rest of the water out and made complete repairs without losing any content I had on my computer. I strongly recommend Affordable Computers!

They have worked on our 6 laptops and 4 desktops for us during this time. During my last encounter with them, I took my HP desktop into them because I got the Blue Screen of Death and i thought I was doomed to loose all my data, but thankfully they were able to save all my data, install a new hard drive, installed Windows 10, and got it done within the promised time frame (actually a couple days early). The one time I took my pc to a big box store for repair they wiped my drive unnecessarily and without my consent. I will never do that again.The staff of Affordable Computers have always been patient and communicative allowing me to explain my issues and contacting me if/when something turned up different from what we discussed. So long as Affordable Computers is there, they have will have my business.
