dee nixon: I hired this company because I was on a tight timeline to move out and wanted to pass my landlords inspection on the first go-round. I hired Molley Maid at a cost of $320.00 to for 450 square feet. I even did an initial once over cleaning myself before they arrived to ensure it wasn't disgusting.Initially, (after the hour they were here for concluded I thought that the team of 3 did a good job and they departed. I have tipped them 11 dollars each. But after walking around the small apartment I started to notice that this was absolutely terrible.The area throw rugs still had dirt and sand in the crevices. I the unit has two vacuums that were not hidden that they could have used. The window had not been cleaned on either the inside or the outside. The window seals still had a think layer of dirt and pollen.The crew also informed me that is was not their job to move furniture out of the way to clean underneath... which is basically where most of the dust accumulates. The furniture here is lightweight and very easy to slide out of the way.... ridiculous.There are still cobwebs on the window screens.The Toaster over was still covered in burnt crumbs.The stairs leading up to the apartment in addition to the landing still had dead pine needles, leaves and cobwebs.Absolutely not worth the money. If you are in the market for a thorough apartment cleaning and in a rush to get it done, this is not who you want to hire.The woman were very nice, yes. But being nice isnt what I hired them for. Now I have to either hire someone else or take the limited remaining time I have to rush it myself.Extremely disappointed in the quality of the service I received.Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.Service:Moving-related cleaning

Nicki Kennington: I recently hired this company for a deep clean. I expected the price to be on the higher side considering all tasks involved in a deep clean and my add on of interior windows. While I am happy with the results, there are a few things that would have made my experience better. First, I’m aware that dust settles and therefore there may be some residual dust at the end of the clean. However some things just weren’t dusted. Again, a simple oversight that was remedied immediately with professionalism from my cleaner. She worked very hard and even took my sheets from the dryer to make the bed. I believe that the mistakes made would have easily been avoided had more than one cleaner been sent to do a “deep clean plus windows”. This job takes a lot of detail and 4 hr was not near enough time for my cleaner to complete the job, therefore requiring two additional hours. All said, my initial expectation of $375 turned to a final price of $525. I did approve the additional time as I still wanted my downstairs cleaned, however the price was definitely not what I had anticipated or budgeted for. The office staff was professional, friendly, and great at communicating and listening to my feedback. I do still plan to use them in the future, I just hope my feedback will help them improve such jobs in the future. I would like to add that it is important (at least to me) that items should always be put back to their original place. I’ve found several items move and reoriented, which is bothersome to me. Not a game changer but definitely something that needs attention. Finally, for an initial (deep) clean I think a feather duster on shelves, pictures, etc is not sufficient. Wiping should be a given (I am well aware these things were heavily dusty, that’s why I hired someone to clean them).Service:Interior exterior window cleaning

Beyond cleaning the oven/stove there wasn’t anything besides sweep/mop/light dust. LaTasha Toye': I received a “deep clean” for $425 today with the understanding that my home would actually be clean. I came home to all of my lights on, windows wide open, and even more dirt on the floor than when I left, THEY DIDN’T SWEEP OR MOP AT ALL. There was also cleaning supplies left behind that don’t belong to me, baseboards that haven’t been touched which confuses me because I received a call asking for 30 additional minutes to clean up for $110. An entire floor and garage of my home isn’t even included in the cleaning but I still paid for the square footage with the belief it would actually be a deep clean. This is ridiculous and certainly not worth $425. Pick another company trust me! I

The cleaning staff— April, Jessica, and Trinity— were on time, very friendly, and very thorough. I have used other local services and while they did a decent job, they weren’t nearly as meticulous and thorough. I found the team from Precision Clean to deliver exactly what was advertised. I only had to make two minor requests upon inspection— tuck the sheets on the beds (this was done well on children’s beds, but not on main bedroom bed), and they missed the smallest portion of a chair rail. So I feel confident saying we have a good benchmark of “good” and “bad” cleaning services.Precision Clean is great. Maggen, Jessica, Jeanine, and Shay were so kind, professional, and polite upon meeting them. All were punctual and thorough and I am genuinely impressed with their attention to detail. Those girls put in work with smiles on their faces!! We have two crazy dogs, one long hair and one short hair, and the ladies made it look like a dog (or messy husband, lol) never stepped foot in the house! I spoke with Torie (spelling? I’m sorry!) on the phone, who made the booking process seamless and actually enjoyable. I will be using them for a biweekly clean going forward, as I feel like a weight was lifted off me after being able to relax in this spotless, shiny home. I will also be referring them to friends in the area. It feels so good to know you can trust the team coming in, and that I won’t have to worry about that “hey, they missed a lot” call that can be dreadful after you pay so much money and don’t get what you pay for.On that note, their services are definitely on the pricier end for what I have paid in the past. However, after researching the area and other companies, it seems this price point is the norm for Fayetteville. Not to mention I did get every add on I possibly could have I think lol (all were SO worth it!), but even without those this is still an expensive investment for their deep clean. Take my word for it though, their services are priceless when it comes to the time they save you, the effort they put in, and the overall result of a fresh, sparkling clean home!So nonetheless, Precision Clean is worth their weight in gold, as I can say with absolute certainty I got what I paid for and because of that I will be a returning customer for while we are stationed here!Service:Deep clean

I agreed to the price because when I scheduled I was told they would clean much more than what my cleaning professional offers. When I found those things weren’t completed I was then told those things actually weren’t included in the price. So dishonest. Over promised and underdelivered. I can’t believe they feel justified in what they charged.
Jordan Brown: Alisha did an amazing job on our house. Our 14 month old was walking all over the place and pulling things out after she tidy up a space, but Alisha was very patient with her. She was also so sweet to our little one. And on top of interacting with her she left our house spotless.

All the ladies that have visited our home have been great, but I must say that Ms. Alisha is my personal favorite. It's just a different level of clean when she comes.
