The transaction was quick and easy. I had brought all the required paperwork. Finished the task in less than 20 minutes, including wait time. It wS the noon hour. As I left, there were 10 folks inside waiting, but 20 outside waiting in line.

Cynthia Gates: The woman who helped me was very polite and helpful. Having a disabled veteran plate, I have to go to the DMV because the amount on the bill is incorrect. It's too high and has not been corrected.

Alice Sánchez: Went today 18 April 2023, waited 5 hours to get my duplicate, as a walk-in. Highly recommended to do appointments (appointments are booked till JULY or TRY online service) don’t even bother to come as a walk-in, you are going to waste all your day here waiting.

The appointment went very quick and staff were very nice I have to say After reading reviews I was nervous but they did very well,I was in and out in about 15 minutes again make an appointment walk ins are limited.

Kevin Wixson: Pack a lunch, have a fully charged phone and ear buds along with a 6 hour playlist...#BePrepared especially if you're a walk in...if you don't get there before noon don't bother... this is not an audition for the late show. Woefully understaffed is a drastic understatement...I waited over 4 hours for less than 10 minutes of service (ID renewal). Whoever runs this show needs to get on board with AI & automation... everywhere else I go they want me to check myself out, bag my own stuff... the DMV wants me to die a slow death in the waiting line.

C Jones: If i could have given them a negative number I sure would have! My daughter had her first driver's test today so she was already nervous. On top of that she had to deal with the biggest a$$hole that was rude to her the entire time! He literally asked her if she knew how to read or follow instructions which him yelling at her was making her even more nervous! He don't need to be working with people with such an ugly attitude! Get a new job! I'll definitely be calling your boss in the morning!

Ted Gonzalez: Not too bad, long wait for walk-ins. Had to change my state ID to NC from out of state. Just be sure you bring the proper documents. Also, beware that there are 2 different locations on Elm Street. One is for license plate related, the other office for IDs. So, don’t get in the wrong line like we did! Lol. Also, if you want a Veteran designation on your ID, bring an original DD214. Copies and VA identification cards will not suffice.

Quinton Blake: The customer service experience at this DMV location leaves a lot to be desired. They work in a small building with roughly half of their staff present at any given time. This pushes wait times to be roughly 2 hours or more especially if you show up after 10am. This forces their customers to often sit and wait outside in the heat or cold. I would strongly recommend finding another DMV in another town if you are looking for quality and timely service.

Morgan Marshall: I sat and waited for 30 minutes for the DMV to open. The hours on the automated message say open 8 to 12 on Saturdays but no one showed up. The number for the business itself is out of service. Hours of operation do not match with what's online and the automated message. A waste of time!!!

Trevor Cleveland: Opens at 0700, but stops walk ins at 0830. They say walk ins end at 9, but the lie. If you don't get here before 0700, they said they don't care if you make it in. If you really need in, try to come at 0630. Otherwise, this place is useless.

Anthony Nowak: Typical DMV workers. A bunch of lazy people only there to collect their wage, surf Facebook, and talk to each other instead of doing their job.It’s like they have a 1 costumer per hour helped rule.

Justice Beverly: Was in and out in about 20-30 mins. The staff were incredibly friendly and knew exactly what I needed done. Hands down the best interaction I've had with any DMV office. I will recommend that you schedule an appointment online beforehand so that you don't have to wait in line so long.
