Picked up Sketchers not my favorite. Then ralph lauren had nothing. Sat 5 pairs of different sandles Vince camuto. Lady said they only had two out of the 3 other ones Wow... now getting aggravated. 2 pairs of tennis shoes I purchased. Then my hubby bought me a Brahmin purse and wallet to match. Ms Dorthy waited on us, she works the perfume counter. She was helping in the purses. Ms Dorthy went above and beyond what I deserved. Even helping me with my black pair of sketches. Just a beautiful person which I will be visiting her again soon. Need better or maybe more help in footwear. They need to know about high end shoes. Girl could not tell me if the RL sandal was leather or synthetic. Quality footwear they should be taught about so they help the customer. Big RL purchaser. But on RLL site. And ya'll on line. Penny's loss on that. they never seem to have enough people interested in waiting on you in that area

He help us so much. He was super nice ,very knowledgeable of the products. Answer all I question i had with no problem. That was the best customer service I had in a while.

With a floor manager name Steve , I order a rug like 2 weeks ago and supposed get in 7 days but dint so I went to the store to ask what was my order status and the Steve was very rude don’t even let me finish me talk when he was already been so rude very unacceptable then after I told him that I’ll find some one else can help me he start to fallow me in the store I did feel so uncomfortable that I left the store right awayAlso before me try to talk to this guys he was yelling and talking very rude and disrespectful at one of his employees in front of all the customers that was shopping there at the time , it was overall was a very bad experience

At checkout the item could not be sold until the release date so we asked for help from a manager. When she came over she was totally hateful, rude and a nightmare. She ended up ripping the ninja turtle plushies out of my 5-years-old hands as she cried her eyes out not understanding. We asked if they could hold the items until release date and she refused and acted like we were trying to steal from the store. I will not be back to the Target in Fayetteville again.

I know some stores would give you 50 to 60% off. Oh wait it’s Fayetteville I’m talking about. Cause the target in Minneapolis would give 50 to 60% off. That’s why I left this ghetto city. Employees don’t even know there own policy.
