Phil Allen: My family and I have been seeing Hannah for years, we have all the confidence in her. Since they came under new management a couple of years ago it has been an administrative nightmare, each family member had 2-3 different profiles, address was incorrect and not even close to any place we had ever lived which meant we were sent to collections a couple of times. Now I'm trying to get an appointment for a skin cancer scare and I'm being told that since it has been more than six months since my last visit that I'm considered a new patient and they can see me in six months. As much as we don't like it, it's probably time to say goodbye to Hannah and go somewhere else.
Leianna Cox: The office staff is friendly kind and helpful. The doctor is also amazing I took my daughter in and they were super patient with her and very informative, professional and all around amazing
Brenda Ammons: Hannah's assistant Joanie needs to brush up on her people skills. I'm not even sure if that's her name because she was too busy trying to talk over me. I will not be returning .
Steffi Lobo: I have never, ever reviewed a health practice. Carolina Skincare & Hannah Moore (and her assistants!) are all so incredible and welcoming. They set the standard so high for anyone else I might see in the future. I am so grateful to have found this practice, especially in a place like Fayetteville. Truly a diamond in the rough.
Jasmine Webb: First time patient at this location, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My wait time to be called to the back wasn't long at all. The dermatologist Hannah Moore and her assistant Heather were soooo knowledgeable. I am very glad I chose this place for my dermatology needs. :)
Ilyne Aiken: I’ve called 4 times to reschedule my appointment I missed when my household was sick. I keep being told that there’s a special person who handles VA referrals, yet she NEVER calls me.
Patrick G: I wouldn't go anywhere else, I wish I knew the young lady's name at the front counter, she is amazing and goes above and beyond for patients, (all the ladies upfront are but the one I'm talking about has red hair) absolutely wonderful person, my dr, Cassidy Conley is the best, she is absolutely professional, cares about her patients, does a great job. She sets the standard in her profession.
Alecia Agner: Staff is welcoming and kind. The whole atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Cassidy was my physician and she was beyond amazing. She listened to my concerns and then offered and explained all treatment options, including a backup plan if the option chosen didn’t work. I highly recommend her and her team. In addition, there was recent issues with my insurance, which was NOT their fault, and they were very responsive in helping correct the issue.
Regina Johnson: I went Carolina Skin Care and the Doctor act like she didn’t want help me with my problem . She looked at my back and said “ I don’t see anything “. I said ok and left. She should have done some type of skin test to determine what the problem could be. I have never gone back and the problem has gotten worse. Maybe I was the wrong color?R E
Ariana-Jasmine Castrellon: The employees at this location are incompetent and lack basic communication skills. They have sent me to collections twice over past due amounts for less than $45. They NEVER inform me how much I owe during the time of the appointment. Instead of picking up the phone or sending an email with the amount I owe, they sent me to collections.As a dual military family, I would NOT recommend this disgrace of an establishment to ANYONE. Especially to military families who have an exceptional amount of stress on them already. The last thing we need, it to be sent to collections over peanuts.
Roxana Finney: Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. From the front desk, to the nurse, the Dr and the checkout desk lady. I never felt rushed or judged. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I think my nurses name was Paige, she was wonderful at explaining everything she was going to be doing and was very careful. She was a joy. Dr. Moore was also amazing. She was so kind and understanding and it really felt like she cared about my needs. I had been dreading going to the Dr's for my terrible skin rash, but they made it such a lovely experience. Thank all of you for everything you do! I truly appreciate it.
Jade Downie: I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment with this office for 2/3 weeks now. Called multiple times. Still have yet to receive help or an appointment. Would not recommend if you have any issue that you’re worried about getting checked out.
Sonja Drews: Great front office staff. Welcoming and knowledgeable. Clinical staff just as wonderful. The doctor gave me a thorough exam and time to show areas of concern and ask questions. I was seen on time. In and out in a timely manner. I've already scheduled my visit for next year since I have family history of melanoma. It's great to have another dermatologist clinic in Fayetteville!!

Taylor Shook: I had my first visit here yesterday, and in my 10+ years of being treated for acne, never have I had a medical professional explain my options and how different treatments work the way Cassidy did. She recommended a course of action based on my concerns and feedback and answered all of my questions.Plus, the intake process was easy with online paperwork that I completed before I came in, and they utilize a patient portal for ongoing communication and recordkeeping. Once I checked in, I only had to wait for a few minutes before I was called back, which I also really appreciated.Overall, I am so pleased I found this dermatology office and would recommend it to anyone seeking skincare.
Selina Cole: My visit with this office(also called Southern Dermatology) was itching and discoloration on my face which probably caused by wearing mask. A PA came to me, took a brief look at my face(approximately 5mins) and she prescribed me a medicine. When I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription, what surprised me was that my copay for the medicine would be $600/month. It is irresponsible to start of with the medication costs so much for simple mild rash.
Lexi Thomas: I had such a wonderful experience. My doctor was Hannah. LOVE HER. I have tried other practices in Fayetteville and was sorely disappointed. I didn’t feel like other doctors listened to me- to what worked for me, what my concerns were, what I’m comfortable with. Hannah did all of that. I didn’t have to wait for an hour to be seen after my appointment time (huge plus!). Everyone was so nice. Sometimes getting through to reception can take a few tries, but with COVID, I understand many places are short staffed. I have switched to this practice and will continue using them.
Brittany Lewis: Had good experiences in the past. And the doctor is pretty awesomebut none of that matters when front desk is rude. THEY scheduled me a follow up for one year later after after having a mole removed! They did! I didn't ask for it, I just did what they asked while checking out at my last appointment. Heaven forbid at the time of making my appointment someone take 10 seconds to see if my referral through tricare is still valid a year later. So after finding a baby sitter, driving 20 minutes, they tell me my referrals is expired, it's my fault, and responsibility and I can pay out of pocket or leave. Pretty crummy. Let's also hope I don't actually have anything wrong in the time it takes for me to get a new referral, and find a new place because I won't be back.
Rusti Stough: From the time I get there to the time I leave I receive excellent service. Very kind and compassionate staff and make sure im well informed.
