William D Samuels: This center can not keep people . Some of the employees think it is ok to yell at patients. The nurse Donna is the rudest person and feels it is ok to be rude because they are short handled. Maybe that is the reason their turnover is so very high.

Timmy Soles: This is one of the worst dialysis centers in Fayetteville! The manager is rude, inconsiderate of the patients needs and is definitely not running this center correctly! The environment is toxic for the patients! The majority of the techs are unhappy and over worked so it reflects on the patients care! Most of the techs are either just plain rude or nonchalant towards the patients! The hours are so tight now due to treatment is only offered Monday,Wednesday and FridayFor all patients so this causes techs to rush patients on and off the machine! So patients don't feel safe or feel like their care is taken seriously! The center is short staffed and has been for months with no resolution! The machines are old and always broke! The facility is dirty and has bugs! The sitting chairs outside are infested with spiders and they don't have a grounds keeper to keep it clean on the inside and out! The outside chairs are very dangerous to sit in because of the spiders! I wouldn't suggest sending your loved ones here for care!
