Mott's Motors: The service was phenomenal, I came to International Minute Press with a problem and they helped me to find a solution. I ordered a background for my terrarium and when I received I found out that it was made of polyester and wouldn't stick to my terrarium. They pointed me in the direction of a company just down the street with a roll scanner, capable of scanning the entire fabric in one pass. Then I gut the image on a flash drive and took it to International Minute Press and they put the image on a what I think is vinyl, and put it on my terrarium. Now it is the best terrarium I've ever seen, my ball python absolutely loves her new tank.Thanks guys for all your help.

Tiera Edwards: I am a former customer of BizCardXpress. I was under the impression that they were now joined as one. When I entered and informed them of why I was there, they got me an employee from BizCardXpress. I ordered 500 business cards. I was informed I would have the sample within 2 days. I paid half of the money and left expecting great communication. It took me to walk in days later to ask what the status was on my order. I was informed they were backed up and she would get it done that day. I was satisfied as business happens. Better communication would have been appreciated. I approved my final on the 5th of March. I called back after a week and a half to see if the cards were ready. Once again, poor communication on every aspect. It was only at that point I discovered the company cut the cards wrong. I was told I could pick up a couple "bad" cards until they were redone. I declined as my brand is no less important than theirs, I was not interested in distributing ill cut cards. It took well beyond the 5-7 days I was told it would take to get my cards. It has been over 2 weeks. I expected a discount for the inconvenience. It could have been anything to say we apologize as I missed having them at an event. I was told they don't cut the cards and it's not their problem by Nancy. She told me "you could have gotten some of the bad cards". I was furious by her statement. The money was never an issue. She informed me casually they purchased BizCardXpress books as if that excused the poor service. They also have employees working there from that company. I had poor communication from the start and delays beyond acceptability. I was their customer so my cards being cut poorly was certainly their issue. The only person with no control over things was me. It is the 24th and I am just getting my cards. I'm out of town which is why I needed them and had to send my friend to check on them because no one ever called to say they were ready. I used BizCardXpress twice with no issues. The cards are beautiful but my time and money aren't invaluable. I am an author who would have used them repeatedly. I feel like my money was good enough but as a customer I didn't matter. I paid the price because it isn't the money issue but the principal of the matter. You don't treat customers in this manner.I waited to leave a review to see if they would attempt to make matters right in some fashion. I was sadly mistaken. I am highly disappointed. I will say the cards are very aesthetic. It is unfortunate I will have to utilize another company. I see many people who could have become customers being an author. I would not recommend them unless quality is the only thing you expect to get. I cannot attest to the professionalism and kindness others have raved about.

They took the time necessary to create a high quality sign for me as well as adding personal touches. We have received so many compliments on it and I love it more everytime I look at it! Vontell Moody: Its amazing to see soo many people and their bad experience. I have ordered a shirt two years ago for my boyfriend at the time. A picture I created of himself and they printed it on his shirt. It was beautiful and made him smile and then last year in August me and my daughter had matching shirts for her bday which was a rushed order and they were beautiful as well and everyone loved them. Its sad to see others had bad experiences and I hope they all got resolved but I was pleased about my orders but pricing has became a problem for me but I still love my shirts and still wear them. I am starting my own t-shirt business and wish the prices were a little cheaper. Maybe it could've helped me out as well.

Holly S: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!I highly regret not reading the reviews before purchasing from this seller. Almost every review I have read was similar to my experiences. The only reason I gave one star is because zero stars wasn't an option.I purchased 2 kids t-shirts on 8/4/18 and opted for the option to pick up my shirts from their business location. After not hearing from them by September, I started calling. The man told me that they were not ready but should be "in a few days". I waited about a week, called multiple times and no answer. Emailed and no response. I finally made contact with the same man the last week of September, was told that my shirts were ready and to just call 30 minutes before coming. I did so on a Monday, was told that he wasn't available that day. I asked about Tuesday and was told that wouldn't work either. The man agreed to Wednesday. Called back Wednesday, maybe 5-10 times, and no answer or returned call. I filed a complain with Paypal and magically 5 days later I received my t-shirts in the mail. And of course, they were not what I ordered. I ordered a royal blue shirt and a white one. I received a black shirt and a gray one. This shirts were different brands and fit totally different. And then on top of that, the images were badly distorted. Spend a few extra dollars and buy from a different seller.

If you call customer service you will not get any information.You will be told to email customer support and they will not respond. Do not order with this company. They take your money and will not deliver a product.
