Kenneth Chavis: Over 30 minutes waiting on an agent. This is ridiculous. I've seen these so called agents in action. On their personal phones and government phones talking about everything other than their damn job. SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS.

Rose Harris: They take their time processing important paperwork. Some of them take the whole 45 days to complete paperwork when they have plenty of time before the 45 days to communicate with you or process paperwork. They are taking advantage of the 45 days they have to process what needs to be done. They have horrible attitudes and lack communication.
Mary Poole: Was their to drop off blankets for the Children and Family Services as donations from Fayetteville Wesleyan Church of Fayetteville. The front desk and Security Guard were very friendly and helpful.

So we (military)can all risk our lives for our country but can't help us feed our own family. Funny how I was making the same amount in wv and got food stamps but in nc I get denied. 🙃

I got BARTS to take my sister from the nursing home to the church where we have been life long members for the Easter service. She hasn’t been able to go for years and I can no longer get her in and out of my car to take her. The driver was so kind and helpful. You are truly a blessing to our community. Thanks .

kelly kane: Since Fayetteville cab companies do not have any wheelchair accessible vehicles, they said to call this company. They quoted $75 roundtrip for me to go 1.9 miles each way. You got to be kidding me. Rip off for sure. I would rate them a zero if i could. They were very rude on the phone also.

I wanted to visit the salon after having been stuck indoors because of the pandemic. Charles, who came to pick me up, was very helpful and supportive. A friendly and kind soul! Kimberly: Nancy has been absolutely wonderful for my son. We moved away and left my son in an AFL so he could continue to receive services and Nancy has gone above and beyond to help Brandon out and looking out for his best interest. Unfortunately we have not had the best luck with AFL homes, but she is helping my son move into his own apartment with services. I trust that Nancy will continue to look out for my son's interests when I am not able to be there. I cannot comment yet on employment supports as my son is still looking for employment.
Kelly Batchelor: Horrible service, the owner isn't professional at all. She will drop your worker for no reason and will not help with services at all. DONT USE THEM! This isn't a psychologist or any type of mental health services, they only offer crappy services to families with children that have disabilities. They treat their employees horrible and their families like crap! I had them as a provider for my family member and services were dropped for no reason!
