Dawna Cockerham: At first glance, the store looks organized and nicely priced- until you get to the register to pay. Walked up expecting to pay around $18 based on the prices listed on shelf, walked out paying over double. Nothing is in the correct place, although it looks so. On the left, $4 from Popshelf. On the right, $6 (listed as $1) from Party City. Bigger and better quality, so you can clearly see why $1 would be a reasonable price. Sales clerk was friendly, but we won't be returning.

This has to be the worst party city I’ve ever dealt with the managers are terrible their attitudes are nasty and they need a few PDs on customer service. They made a mistake on my order and basically refused to rectify the situation. I’ve never had such terrible customer service. I really dislike the fact that we don’t have another party supply store in the area. I’ll use Amazon and pay extra for shipping before I ever go back into this establishment and spend my money.

donna godwin: Rather disappointed. I went there looking for an inexpensive present bag for a Mother's Day gift. The only style of bags in stock were children themed and birthday. There wete no genetic style bags. Or ribbon for that matter. I went to Rose's and to my surprise they had several styles of bags and sizes. And they were only $1.00. Imagine that.

Will be getting ahold of pam there reginal manger as for that lady pulling a baton on us shes lucky we wore at a distance n keep to her van! Never will I do business with the rude staff or that dollar tree again only reason they got a star is they normally have a okay selection on certain items and I was forced to give them a star because I couldn't post this issue.

Dawna Cockerham: Bought my children each a pair of flip flops, however they're made small and didn't fit them. I didn't keep the receipt but all remained in the original bag with tags and hangers. I go to exchange, and was told no because they need a receipt and they're is nothing they can do without it. Makes no sense being they still have the exact sandles and for the same price (like nearly everything else in the store). Even showed my online transaction, of course it didn't make a difference.

I replied I don't want to do self check out. The lady that was actually ringing up on the register whenever she was done with the customer before me turns and say. I'm only ringing up big orders. So I asked. What's a big order? She mumbles 20-25 dollars whatever. So I turned and say so you won't ring me up unless I'm spending $25 or more ? Nasty attitude and all she replies that's right. I'm very disappointed in the attitude of the employees at this place at this moment. I shop the dollar tree more than I need to. Most of the employees know my face in this store. This woman walked from behind the counter and refused to ring up the paying customers that didn't want to deal with the self check out. Normally the customer service is on point but lately they've been rude. I've been noticing this a lot from the employees here. They don't go out of their way to please and help the customers not even the elderly

Sonya Cherry: There was a great selection of merchandise. However, when I got to the register to complete my $70.00 purchase, the cashier was not friendly at all. I asked her a question and at first it appeared that I was on mute. Then she replied not answering the question that I asked. She eventually did though.
Odetta Walker: The staff was friendly and efficient and price changes ($1.25, $3 and $5) were pretty clear. Huge grocery section and My favorite thing of all? Great greeting card selection at 2 for $1. Can't go wrong.

LaShaun Timms: I come to this Dollar Tree several times a week. For the most part it’s a clean, organized store.. The manager there, Sarah, always seems to have an attitude. When you greet her, she doesn’t respond, she never wants to assist customers, doesn’t even make eye contact with you while ringing you out. Yesterday I went, she gave me my total and I stood there for about 3 minutes waiting for her to take my money while she cut coupons out the newspaper. I enjoy shopping here because it’s close to my house and the other employees are warm and friendly, but the unprofessional customer service received from Sarah definitely needs to be addressed.

That Guy: This is my favorite Dollar Tree Store because this store is very close to my house and they are mostly stocked with what I need. The store is clean and organized for the most part, but they honestly need a larger store so the isles are not too cramped. Further, the parking lot may need renovating because of the Pot holes and faded Parking space lines.On another note, the Dollar Store is expanding their selections and are offering a very wide variety of products that meet basically everyone's needs! All in all, I am still satisfied with the whole experience and I would recommend going to this store if you're in town for anything cheap!

Monroe Campbell: Very dirty cluttered, one overwhelmed register open, another employee, a manager maybe?, opened another register for 3 people, would not take any more people, even though line was 12 deep, very rudely told us she would not take any more customers until she called you over, dont expect much from employees at these stores, but this was the worst, they need to understand why they are there, customers keep them in business and yes, you are probably overworked and stressed, but who isn't these days, no need to be nasty and rude. Didnt need anything from the store, so we put our items back and left, refuse to reward such behavior. No need to shop there again, especially with their prices going up so much.
