Christine came out and we were installed and waiting on concrete within 30 days!!! Total finish time after concrete and final clean, just under 60 days. Christine was very nice to come to my home and take the deposit from me but now that I am not able to get the loan approved they informed me that they will NOT refund my deposit. I have talked to other pool companies and Not only they offer better prices, but also they will not keep your money. I am writing this review because I do not want this to happen to anyone else. Is just NOT RIGHT!!!! So many things can happen before you start a project like this and $7,000 dollars is a lot of money to just give away.The Owner just Replied and is NOT TELLING THE TRUTH!!! I was Not Pre approved. The Permit is $150 dollars. I just purchased my home in January 2023. No one told me to handle my funding before taking my $7,000 Deposit. That is a very EXPENSIVE Effort from you guys. IS JUST NOT RIGHT!!!! You can not just take peoples money like that. You have not done anything for my family. Other than take advantage of our trust! I am the one that has been trying with different companies to get approved. I have all the paperwork and will also make it public. I have all the Text messages to Christine. I have done Everything in my power to get approved. They Pre approved and when it goes to underwriting they Do Not approve it. This is NOT my fault. You guys have a system to take advantage of People. That is just not Right. All you are saying are Lies and excuses to not REFUND the money like you should. I understand maybe taking the money from the permit which is the only thing you guys did. Other Pool Companies the customer does the permit themselves. But taking $7000 dollars from a Disable Veteran is just NOT RIGHT!!!! I will be posting all the paperwork with dates, text messages and Everything I have done to try to get the funds. Is NOT my fault and People need to know the TRUTH!!!! Is NOT fair for your Company to take advantage of the Good Will of Customers.PLEASE!!!!! GO to YELP!!! This company is taking good peoples Money! From the very first conversation, I knew I would be in good hands! The sales team took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me to decide on features and equipment, advising of both the positive and negatives of each choice.As my installation date approached, Parrot Bay sent out a representative to explain to me what to expect during the installation process and to answer questions. They took the time to really ensure that I understood exactly what was about to happen with full candor. I could not have asked for anything more.The actual installation process was so fast! 6 weeks from start to finish. Seth and his team were constant professionals and a joy to work with. The material they build their pools, the backfield material they use was a selling point for me. However, Christen was the main reason why I purchased my pool. She was awesome and always kept the line of communication open with me. She helped me from start to finish with the process. After my pool was installed Super Man Jeff came and showed me a lot of how to maintain my pool and answer's all my questions regardless the day/time. Jeff has stopped by on occasions to ensure I was ok and my pool and equipment was operating as it supposed to. Anyone buying a pool for the first time, it will always have some bumps but overall this project was amazing and done in record speed. I am so excited. We started in July 2022 and finished in August of 2022. We were lucky to find the pool design we wanted with Parrott Bay and they were able to get it delivered quickly. The concrete was done in a timely matter and we had some special designs we wanted with our patio but it turned out beautiful and we could not be happier. We swam in the pool yesterday and had appetizers by the pool before dinner. We are enjoying our outdoors so much now. We set up a meeting with Joe to get the process started. He explained the process and we were really excited that the pool we selected was in stock. We were assigned a project manager, Reed, and received a "dig date" in around a month. Reed did a great job in answering all of our questions and coming by anytime we needed him. Big thanks as well to Kyla and Jeff. Kyla came out several times to make sure we had crystal clear water.
