Terri Guevara: Mr. Hardy went above and beyond to help us in capacities that ranged far more than just being a DJ for our special occasion. He was an active part of our planning process from the beginning which was a year before the actual event. He assisted with event planning, ideas, creating our slide show, offering vendors to contact for other aspects of the event, and so much more. The night of the event he engaged with our guest and took lots of videos and pictures for us. He was an amazing DJ who truly cares about his position in the events he does. We can not express with enough words just how appreciative we are for everything he did for us.

Taylor Richardson: We had an amazing experience with Five Star Entertainment. Major was the BEST DJ hands down. Since our wedding, I have had several friends request his contact information for future events. Our wedding was on December 3rd, and all of Moore County's power went out halfway through our reception due to vandalism. Major kept the party going and worked with our friends and family to hook the sound system up to trucks etc. in order to keep our party going. He engaged the crowd, danced WITH us, and made our dreams come true! We are SO grateful to him!!!

My husband is from Poland and the names can be tricky to pronounce. He worked with us and practiced the pronunciation of my father in law's name, my husband's name, and took an interest in the Polish music we requested. He kept the dance floor going all night long.

The props were great, the attendant was fabulous (frequently adjust to camera to get the best shots & account for large/small groups). Their service prices is so reasonable. The best in the area.

Not only was this during many COVID restrictions but we were coordinating from out of state. He kept in constant communication and accommodated my schedule very professionally. ID23 Events: We worked with Sands Entertainment for a wedding in December and was very pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness and execution. We were the Day of Coordinators and normally do not have vendors come to the rehearsal, but to have them there made the wedding day much more smooth. They handled everything very well from setup, to transitions and always aware of what was going on. Very easy to work with. We look forward to working with them again in the future!

Scott Robert: [Six stars if I could!] Ryan Sands DJ’d our 90’s party with about 100 guests. During the party planning, he was very receptive to my song suggestions. He showed up completely prepared, and was already playing music before the party started. During the party, he did an amazing job of sensing the vibe of the crowd, and like the maestro he is, reacted with just the right songs. Without losing momentum, he got the crowd on the floor dancing, later doing karaoke. It was the 90’s, and he played it all: alternative, hip-hop, R&B, dance. (Somehow, he even managed to make “Mmm Bop” sound cool.) Not a single person left early. Highly recommend!

Katherine Asaro: Sands Mobile did an incredible job DJ-ing and Karaoke at our daughter's Sweet 16 disco themed party. He was professional, fun, and worked so well with the guests. Highly, highly recommend.
Robert W Hillier: Ryan hosted a karaoke night here at Mid South Club in Southern Pines, N.C. this past summer. He had the crowd going from the time he started until it was time for "last call" in the clubhouse. He possesses a great sense of humor and is a natural in front of a crowd.
