Tyshequa Mcbride: 1st and last time trying here. I got a cheese burger, beef hot dog, and fry. They forgot my chili on the hotdog and burger; yet i was the only one in the building. The burger was cold and prepared extremely sloppy. The fries were the best thing. I only ate half of the hot dog, burger, and fries. Spend your money else where or prepare your food at home. Han Jang: Ordered a hot dog with chili and slaw and mozzarella sticks to go. Appreciated the simple, limited menu for a casual place like this. The order was prepared quickly and the cashier was friendly. Prices were what I would expect in this economy. The food tasted great, but the slaw could've used more sauce, and the mozzarella sticks should've come with marinara sauce.

Almighty Sauce: Drive thru is closed but that's okay. Directed to go into lobby. The service is slow. So slow. Reps are are too busy having conversations about their hair and taking forever to take one order. First and last time going here. And they were joking about the drive thru being closed as more customers were entering the lobby. Wild. Didn't even order. I just left.
Cynthia Rose: Wasn’t busy when I visited; got home to an ok hamburger, a hot dog missing slaw and a missing footlong. Fries were ok. Left the ok meal at home so it could be eaten while still warm; took my fries back to get fresh when I went back to get my footlong. Had to ask for fresh fries after they offered to “warm them up”. Young man took fries from the warming bin, added salt, put them back in the fryer, added more salt and served them. I asked if that was proper food handling and was told “that’s what they told us to do”. Have always liked this place but this visit makes me question if I’ll go back.

Elle Willis: We waited 15 minutes for our food the first time. Nothing was correct and we kept sending things back. After 25 minutes, everything was finally correct. Several other people also had to send their food back. Once everything was fixed, it was delicious. The manager kept yelling at the employees in the back to the point that everyone in the lobby heard her and it got quiet. The other locations are much better. Matthew Limone: My wife and I both got footlong deluxe combos with fries. They were good. Came out pretty quick and hot. The fries were super hot. There was no wait in the drive though and we just had to wait a few minutes at the window for our food. $7 for the combo is good deal. It will fill you up but not make you feel too miserable afterwards.Ordering off the menu is super simple and straightforward. Just a hotdog and burger place with no frills. I would definitely go back.

Linda Salas: My first time here and we were craving for Hamburgers. We dined in and loved everything. Seems like we came to the right place. The size and price was great. Veggies were crispy and fresh. Forgot to ask Tabasco cause I like hot stuff but the Jalapeno substituted. Onion rings were crunchy. It's a very nice atmosphere and look forward to coming back again.

kentaza armstrong: I found this place visiting the museum downtown. I don’t even know where to start. Everything I’ve had on the menu has widely exceeded my expectations. I love the food and the people here, very friendly and welcoming ! My favorite thing on the menu are the chili cheese fries. When I worked nearby I think I had archways atleast 3 times per week. It’s that good.. the Burgers and the hot dogs are both equally awesome. It’s always hard choosing which I want. If I could give 10 stars I would.

V. Charlie Ledbetter: So many options at Archway, I will have to come a dozen times just to try everything I want. Thin, smash style burgers, so consider a double. The pimento cheese is a must in my opinion!

Jaclyn Kliest: Stumbled upon this joint and I am glad I did! Affordable food perfect for lunch in such a great location! I got the hot dog and it was phenomenal! The bun was hearty and toasted which gave it the perfect crunch! I also got the French fries and they were hot and crunchy upon arrival to my table. Definitely recommend and will be coming back for more!
Don Bloyd: I tried the Hot dog with chili n onions. was surprised the chili wasn't very good, it was more like crumbled hamb dry and didn't look or taste like chili. I probably should have said something but didn't bc they were busy and didn't want to bother them. Too bad cause their burgers and BLT were great previously . And the hot dog was good I liked the bun as well (it was just the chili)
