Dog Days Inn: what do users think?
Josh Tester: Our boy had the best time and the staff were so accommodating on short notice.
Heidi M: My dog loves going to daycare here. She willingly walks in with her tail wagging so I know they treat her right! I am super picky about where my dog stays and with whom and I have no problem leaving her here!
A Hill: My dog was boarded at Dog Days Inn. My dogs veterinarian recommended Dogs Days Inn. My dog was excitedly wagging his tail when I picked him up. The staff was professional & wonderful. They could discuss my dog's behavior with me, and I knew it to be true. I highly recommend Dog Days Inn.
ronald richardson: Staff is great
Kris Patrice Tynes Cason: Didn't visit
Ashlee Maier: Don't even bother, booked them two weeks in advance.. got 2 out of 3 dogs fixed as well as all up to date shots (influenza too! 🤣) just to get told our dogs weren't up to date because they needed the boosters as well. Actually got a call the day before CONFIRMING our reservation! Mind you we were leaving the next day at 5am out of state for 7 days.. either way we called a handful of other kennels and we actually got told they had made up some lie to people because they overbooked. Smelled so bad too! Just don't even try with them. We found a way better area, cheaper, and nicer owner. DOGS BEST FRIEND in Southern Pines!
Stan Russell: really good at answering the phone and just walking away or leaving it off the hook. Absolutely waste of time, money, and horrible customer service. I really believe Michael Vick would be a better option.
The Sandman: Great atmosphere for dogs, dogs love it. Come home and sleep from being worn out from playing. Staff will remember your name and your pets. Nice facility, clean as can be expected. Would, will and do recommend
Skylar Manquero: This place was an absolute waste of my time.I took my dogs today for their trial day and ended walking out because I was told by Brandy that according to them my dogs’ Bordatella was “expired” even though they’re all up to date on their shots and I even went and got them their Canine Influenza so they could go.When I called two weeks ago to get them signed up, I was never told by Brandy (who I spoke to on the phone) that they require Bordetella every 6 months because had that been the case, I would’ve never brought them (it also doesn’t state that on the website). My vet requires it yearly and when I said that, Brandy (who’s extremely rude too) said “yeah well our customers have to request it from their vets and get the okay to get it every 6 months”. I’m not going to request my dogs to get their Bordatella every 6 months when my vet only requires it yearly.Brandy then said in a rude tone “well I’ll just have her ( referring to the girl checking us in) to write a liability/risk waiver and if anything happens then it’s on you” excuse me??Told them to not even worry about it because it was just a waste of my time.I’ve worked (and still do) in the dog daycare field and never would we try and force someone to get their dogs vaccinations every 6 months when it’s up to their vet how often they get their vaccines wether it’s 6 months, yearly or 3 years (Rabies). Never would I ever speak to customers the way that they do.Brandy, you need to fix your attitude and considering you’re the manager you should lead by example by making sure you’re stating your policies clearly when people are inquiring but it just goes to show that considering the manager is that way, I couldn’t even imagine how the rest of the employees are.
Akilah Dale: Never coming here again. I dropped my cats here while my family and I were on vacation. I specifically told them to feed them at 6am in the morning and 7pm at night and the portions of food were all in bags so they can be fed when the time came. I pick them up today and come to find out they weren’t being fed the correct portions of food and are practically starving. Terrible service.
Michael Palmer: Great experience everyone was friendly. The dog came back after a week very happy.
Terry Riedinger: Our little girl (Freya) was very good and was happy to see us when we got back
Sherry Benton: Great people
Deirdre Hughes: I used to use them more, but the last two times I boarded my dog here I've had issues. Once, they required a dog flu vaccine when my vet didn't recommend it because the dog flu wasn't bad then in our area. The second time, I got to the kennel and they told me bordetella was to be every 6 months (vet does yearly vaccines) and then they put him in the cat kennel. I would have taken him with us if we weren't on our way to vacation. Otherwise, staff is nice.
Nycole Autry: I think it’s ridiculous that my female dog has to be spayed to participate in doggie day care if she is not in heat.
Jarod Steen: Made a reservation for dog care prior to TDY. spent over $200 getting all of the vaccines required per Days Inn guidelines. Turned away the day prior to the trip because dog hadn't had vaccines long enough.
Loretta Blanchard: My dog has been attending their daycare for five years. He loves it and they love him.
Angelina Hugaboom: I was really optimistic about this place because it was referred to me by a friend and my situation was urgent. The receptionist was very nice but unfortunately I didn’t know he was new and had no idea the company’s policies. Over the phone I was told as long as my dog had her first Bordetella vaccine she would be fine as long as I planned to get her second one. Awesome, I scheduled it for the next day. I also said my dog isn’t spayed yet since she’s still a puppy and again, absolutely no problem. I had the vet email my dogs vaccination records (which they confirmed by showing me they sent it). The morning I walk us in for my dog’s trial day, a young lady (also new) didn’t ask my name, or my dog’s name and took my dog and I looked at her confused and asked what I’m supposed to do because this was my first time in. She told me to sign in and I asked her if they got the email from my vet. The girl then apologized and said she’s new and didn’t really know what to do. I think maybe the manager or owner came in and started walking me through the process of enrolling my dog. She can’t find the email from my vet so she calls them and immediately stops the check in when she learns about the second Bordetella. I told her that their receptionist told me it was okay as long as the first round had been administered. She discredited him and denied that being okay with company policy. I understand and she then asks if my dog is spayed. I say no and she stops me again and quickly adds that company policy won’t allow my puppy to play during play time because she’s not spayed. Again, I tell her that the receptionist said it was fine and she discredited him again. I finally took my dog back and suggested maybe they should train their staff to know company policies before putting them as receptionists.
Jeanne Marie Hoffman: Positive:Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueMy dog wags her tail excitedly whenever we go, which shows me she's really happy there. The staff clearly loves dogs. I use them for both Day Care and Boarding.
Michael Albert: Amazing, adorable, lovely and great with dogs:)
Addie Haughey: Our dog loved it here- she was happy and healthy when we picked her up. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Urban Dog Petcare: what do users think?
Diana Matthews: Excellent service
Kristina H: We regularly board our fur babies here during vacation and we're always pleased with their care!
Michael French: Great dependable service. These guys are awesome with your pet.
Marc Gaguzis: Great place to provide your pet with a physical outlet during work. Your fur baby will be well taken care of, play with other dogs, and come home tired/content. Highly recommend.
Morgan Rittenhouse: We love Urban Dog! This is the only dog boarding service we use in Fayetteville. My 12lb Shih Tzu loves playing here, and the staff takes great care of him. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. At check-in, you have the option of buying treats for your pet during their stay, and I always get a little something for him to make his stay even more exciting! I wish they were able to send picture updates during his stay, but I'm hoping that they build that service in soon!
Francisco Nunez: Excellent!!
Jeffery Harley: Truly great place..
jenny kim: 3min late pick up charges 25.. More.. I understand I was late..But she doesn't even know how to paperwork. Make me wait..... It was so annoying.
Holiday Highlander: Caring and Considerate staff. They have always treated our Boo with care. Always remember his name and say how much they love him. If there was ever a concern, they call and even made special accommodations for us to pick him up outside office hours. He loves the Urban Dog and cannot wait to get in the doors when we pull up!
Teighlor Kunze: Our pup always loves being boarded at the urban dog. They treat your pets great
Vickie Woodford: My dogs are always happy when we drop off and pick them up. The staff is friendly. The owner works hard to keep costs reasonable for clients. I've toured the place. It's clean and the spaces are roomy for the dogs.
Janet Lockett: Excellent!!!
Lemorrah Bolding: You guys did an awesome job with LJay.
Desiree Delabastide: Worked here for about half a year and I'm highly impressed how thorough they clean every room run and yard! Every dog that goes here is very loved and spoiled. It's very heart warming working with people so passionate about their job. It was amazing seeing dogs really open up out of their shell and have the best times of their lives with dogs of their size and temperament! If you need a doggy day care or a place to board your dogs on vacation, without a doubt this is the place to go!
Micky Nelson: Left my 2 Dobies and the staff was awesome..
Dwight Neely: Very warm and professional
Ashleigh Malko: The front desk receptionist are the only reason this isn’t a one star review. The ladies I talked to were very kind and sweet with my dog. However, I took her in for a grooming today and she came home completely butchered. I asked for a little trim on her stomach and her butt area. She came back completely shaved on her stomach and then her butt area was cut super choppy. Her nails were trimmed but they are splintered, I’ve never seen that happen before. It was an overall very disappointing trip and not worth the money at all.
Travis Simmons: Professional staff and good prices.
Samantha Strickland: Positive:Quality,ValueTook our pup for grooming and they did an amazing job!!
Conspiracy Bass: Been going here for 2 years, best staff you could ask for.
Derrick Wright: I love the excitement my dogs show every time I drop them off to urban dog pet care

The Fayetteville Pet Resort: what do users think?
Chris Rhodes: Never ever leave your pet at this place. They didn't want to take responsibility about a pet getting out and getting hurtNever leave your pet there
Ryan Sharkey: The staff here are always incredible and our dog Frank loves coming here! They do a great job of making sure he is taken care of and watching him.
Josh Yarbrough: Great staff and affordable prices. Our three dogs always seem very happy when we drop them off and pick them up. Easy to book online, always responsive to questions, and overall a great experience time after time.
Emily Nelson: Our two dogs were boarded and attended daycare here many times while we lived in Fayetteville. The staff always took great care of both our dogs, and when we picked them up from daycare or boarding they were happy and healthy.
Lakisha Arrington: ❤️ 😍 Wonderful experience every time we can not take our baby with us. She loves it too. When we pull up, she gets super excited. Piece of mind knowing she is being taken care of. I recommend them hands down. You will not regret it.
Evie Cezar: They took great care of my pups!
Oral Pierce: The location was convient and close. The price is a bit higher but it includes the wash. I gave a 3 star because whatever is used to wash him took like three weeks and two washes to come out. He smelled like old people flowery perfume that gave my wife a migraine.
Alicia Dawson: Was not impressed with my tour of the place. It looks very run down and like a shelter. Also some of the pets did not have water in their kennels which concerned me. Going to continue my search for a boarder elsewhere. Also the place smells terrible like bleach and dogs.
Alison Green: My dog is a happy boy here
Dorien Jaye: I really appreciate the care and sensitivity Fay Pet Rst provides. And the feedback they on your digs visit is helpful too. Very reasonably price and check in/out is a breeze
Sophia Hart: Not a fan. I elected to have my dogs nails trimmed and bathed when I picked them up. No nails trimmed and one of them had pee all over him. The moment you walk in there is no friendly vibes and personally they do not seem like dog people.
Caretta Carami: Professional, flexible, good facility features for the price.
Thomas Peterson: Absolutely Amazing Service. If your looking for the best who really care about your pet and have amazing service this is the place look no further. I was blown away.
Cynthia Humphrey: Logan absolutely loves it. He is very timid and they ladies made him feel safe and secured. I love the care they provided for him.
Paul Pinkerton: Our Shepski was dropped off 7/21/22 and picked up 7/25/22. She acted scared, smelt like some chemical, drank entire water bowl at home and has bad diarrhea. Also a small cut on left leg. We took our own food and treats. I would never recommend this place to anyone. God only knows what they do to your pet but I know their not treated like family. Our first time and never again.
Dalton Pfeifer: The manager Fabi is very unprofessional!! She decided to yell at her co workers in front of me while my dogs were leaving! Don’t like that kind of drama or unprofessional attitude would not go back!!!
April Gibbs: 🙉
Jordana Darocha: Don’t board your pets here. I boarded my dog & cat for 4 days. My dog came home with diarrhea and vomiting, not to mention she chugged her whole water bowl as soon as we walked in the house. I sent them with their own food so there’s no reason for tummy issues unless the workers at this facility fed her something else. I was never asked if she could have treats or anything so I don’t think it’s appropriate to give peoples pets anything to eat besides what is brought specifically for them. My cat was shedding like crazy most likely from being stressed from being in a new place but it’s still disheartening to wonder about your pets wellbeing, when a business is claiming they “treat your pets like family”. The woman at the front desk is unpleasant as well, if you don’t like your job there’s plenty of places hiring. Definitely not coming back and most definitely warning others to not come here.
Amy Hughes: My dogs are nice and tired from their assessment day.
jessica noddin: I will never bring my dog back here. When i picked her up she was covered in dried feces and stunk horribly. (She was also supposed to be bathed which i paid extra for) None of her food had been eaten and she was extremely dehydrated. I should have been notified of her diarrhea/her not eating and was not, because i would have ended my trip early .These people don't care about your dog, it is just another paycheck for them.
Ruth Helms: They have a friendly staff and my dog loves to go here. She can't wait to get inside when we arrive. That says it all. Thanks, Fayetteville Pet Resort!!

Cross Creek Animal Hospital: what do users think?
Bill Brach: Katie and Averie are the bomb..the whole staff was taking care of a packed place!!!!
Ashlie Aikens: I mixed up my appointment times but they understood and fit me in to have my cat seen. The staff was very friendly.
Annika Reetz: Absolutely loved this office and all the employees. They really care about the health of your pet! The vets and techs really sit down with you and want to have a conversation about the wellness of your pet, not just in and out in 30 minutes and send you on your way. I love the relationship they foster with patients, and the office is very clean and welcoming. So happy I found this practice and I will continue to bring my dog and future pets to cross creek!
Kay Pasch: My Gucci boy started breaking out in hives and chewing his skin recently. I called up and spoke with the receptionist Megan who was able to get me in early the next morning to see Dr. Poole! The visit was quick and efficient. She was very informative about his skin and the problems he had going on. We decided to go with a cytopoint injection to help with allergies and also a small steroid shot to combat his hives! Amanda was my tech who showed my boy lots love and gave him some good cookies while he was getting his shots! After our visit he got some good back scratches and kisses in from the reception ladies. Dr. Poole and all of her staff are great and treated us like family!
Ericka Peterson: Thank you Dr. Poole & staff for always looking out for my furbabies! Dr. Poole is so friendly, helpful & thorough when checking my babies out. Thank you for always taking great care of them! Your hard work does not go unnoticed!!!
Angie Quist: My initial reason for calling was concerning a medication that was prescribed to my fur baby by Dr Short. Dr Short was defensive from the get go. I asked her a question and she said, “Oh, I don’t know what I’m giving this for?” I said, “No, that was a question, what are you giving this medication for.” As I was speaking with Dr Short about concerns I had with this office over the past year she listened about the front desk phone skills and rudeness, the concerns I had about the multitude of medication being given, but when I stated I felt they were more concerned about the money than the care of our pets she said, “I’m gonna cut you off right there, you will not speak to me that way.” She acted as if I had said something vulgar to/about her instead of understanding these were my feelings based off of experiences I’ve had with them. She continued to talk over me and nothing was resolved. My animals will be taken somewhere that we are not shuffled in and out like cattle due to having more clients than they can properly care for, somewhere that they don’t throw several different medications at you because they want to mask the symptoms vs getting down to the root problem. These are our babies and to be treated the way we are is unacceptable especially at the prices you’re charging.
Becky Lavendier: Ok. I've been trying to figure out my wording. I let the major sorrow pass. I let the anger pass. I've finally gotten over the lack of compassion for life from the first vet I spoke to.Cross Creek Animal Hospital on Skibo Road in Fayetteville is one of the worst vets I've ever come across. They were quick at diagnosing Lily. But they completely disconnect from pet and owner. I'm not sure if because Lily's diagnosis and my despair or if that's how they always are.But seeing how the ladies at X-Way Road Animal Hospital, PLLC were with Lily and myself, that showed me how disconnected Cross Creek really was. They made sure Lily was comfortable and approached her in a calm and loving manner and answered all my questions concerns and was very sympathetic to my concerns. I could see their love for our loved fur babies, and the love for fur baby caretakers. The one thing I can not get a hold of... The price difference.... Cape Fear was saying up to $2200... Where at X-Way the same thing was $447!!!! For less monitory gain..... Less then 25% Lily received not only the best care, compassion, love, and healing environment. I was also able to share my concerns. They were even there to answer all my questions with compassion. I felt how much they loved their job, environment and clients ((the babies). The thing that hit me hardest with Cape Fear Animal Hospital is their scheduler. Or "technician".I was told on Friday a week ago... If Lily closed and could no longer pass the bacteria, she would need the emergency surgery or she would die..Saturday after they closed, so did Lily. On Monday I called, and was told a "technician" would call me to schedule her emergency surgery. I still, a week later have not been called to set Lily up for emergency surgery.I can't stress enough. For our most precious comrade's deserve the best care because they give us the best care. Research vets and get to know them first and please stay away from Cape Fear Animal Hospital.
Carla Schoenberger: This is an amazing place!!! 5 stars is not enough stars. My fur baby has anxiety and he loves everyone here. If you are looking for a great vet and wonderful staff...this is the place. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to our fur babies.
Sandra Wertz: Best Animal Hospital in town! My experience there has been nothing short of perfect. Everyone there is so kind & caring, My little girl Inu just had surgery this past Friday and they made me feel at ease with the process
You: The service is good, but I stopped bringing my pets to Cross Creek because I feel that they were overcharging and taking every opportunity to milk me for more money.
Terrance L. Phillips: I once again had a great visit. What I love is the personal attention I receive and also the staff takes their time talking to me to make sure I fully understand what is going on at my visit. For me, this will always keep me coming and feeling safe with the information for my fur baby Eleanor.
,Terri Carpenter: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueExcellent care for my 3 furbabies. The doctors take their time and never rush during your visit and always explain in detail their concerns and suggestions.
Luann Lusardi: Cross Creek Vet has been my choice since 2007. They do it all and all the techs are very good with animals.
Alejandra Lopez: Always take good care of my baby, Lala
Judith N McRae: The facility is very caring and efficient.I am bringing my cat to Cross Creek Hospital since one year and always get good advice.
Nina O'Brien: Best vet ever moved here a year and a half ago .Went to a different vet .They were terrible! Way over priced not friendly at all .Found Cross Creek Vet what a difference their staff is amazing the Unbelievable service we got .kind, sweet laughing you can't get any better then that. They made me feel so comfortable I would never go to another Vet again
Hayley Ouellet: We absolutely love Cross Creek Animal Hospital. Our dog Scarlet has been going here for everything since we adopted her, and she loves it. We also board her occasionally, and they are absolutely amazing at caring for her. Never thought a dog would be excited to see the vet, but she loves this place.
Rodriguez Machado: After calling multiple times after 7:00 AM, I still have not been able to get a hold of a representative. Considering I need to know if I can get my dog into the vet ASAP, I can’t even get someone on the phone to ask about it this is absurd. This should not be happening especially when the phone says they’re closed but it is well past 7 AM on a Saturday. If this is a policy that no one answers after 7 they need to make that clear or have someone by the phone.
Dymond Spain: Even though this is not an urgent care facility, the staff saw me in urgent need of help and they jumped in and gave my fur child the care she needed when I didn’t have anywhere else to take her. They were all very kind and the vet took her time and explained everything that was happening and everything that I needed to do moving forward. I am forever appreciative of their help and I trust that they will help any dog that comes through their door as best as they can under the circumstances.
Chelsea Bogue: I have to give these guys a huge shoutout. I’ve always brought my cat Smudge here and they’ve always given him the utmost care, but recently a friend has given me a cat who needed emergency care, and they made sure he was seen as soon as they opened the next day. They did the surgery, neutered him, sent us home with medications, and saved me hundreds of dollars any chance they could. Not only that, they’ve agreed to do any check-ups I needed, and even called me to check up on him and make sure he was doing okay. The front staff and technicians are always polite, always very informative when it comes to what medications do and how to take them, they give papers that describe what was done during the surgery and how you should care for them, they’re all around just wonderful people, and I’m so thankful I found them.Thank you Cross Creek Animal Hospital for always going above and beyond, you have a forever client in me 3
Denica Elsayed: A huge thanks to Dr Poole and all of the staff here. Because of you I still have my fur baby. Butch is doing great and it’s because you kept fighting for him and refused to give up. I cannot stress enough how wonderful and caring the staff is. It was a hard long road but we are definitely recovering because of you. Dr Poole, thank you for thinking outside the box and saving my baby boy. Words cannot express how incredibly grateful I am for everyone here.
