Frankie Fielding: Mary was great and made my experience here wonderful!!!! I love that they have dresses and prices for everyone!! I left 3 stars because unfortunately the style numbers on the dresses are fake. The two dresses I really liked had style numbers that don't exist and when I called to find out the actual style numbers I was asked if I was asking so I could purchase online from a company other then their store. I let them know I just wanted to see the on-line photos and to send to family for their opinion. I was promised a call back with the correct numbers but I never received a call back. Seems strange to me!

Nathan Lacey: Our visit to the Bridal and Formal Center was exactly what my bride was hoping for. This store had a wide selection of wedding dresses in many sizes to choose from. Even better was the price of most of the dresses. My bride felt like she had plenty to choose from while still staying within her budget. Alterations on the dress were very affordable with a quick turn around time. Candice was very knowledgeable and helpful. I only wish we had found this store earlier. Even though we'd driven by this store before, the sign is not very visible from the road and the store front is not well marked so we didn't know what it was. Even with a GPS, we drove right by it the first time.

Tonya Ford: Ladies, if you are planning the happiest day of your life, DON'T GO HERE. You may have the misfortune of running into Jennifer. I like to call her the Bridal Troll. Or maybe The Anti Bride. She is rude with a nasty attitude. In fact, she treated me so badly that I surrendered my deposit on the most beautiful dress, and went right up the street to Venus Bridal on Bragg Blvd where I found an AMAZING dress. And they treated me like a princess!What's sad is, the rest of the ladies at this shop were so sweet. Jennifer just put a pall over the whole shop. Your business would do a whole lot better if you fired her. She is LITERALLY bad for your business. I know for sure she lost you a few hundred dollars because I took my money to another shop.
Angela Roy (Scrub Nurse): This store has every dress you could imagine!We did not buy a dress, but my daughter tried on a few. They were all within the 200$ range and gorgeous 😍 ✨️. They had tons of clearance dresses and many sizes. The varity was so refreshing.Staff was excellent. Not at all pushy or hovering. Very respectful and kind.If she goes to another dance, we would definitely come back again.
Brittanie West: I had an absolutely fantastic experience here. The gowns are incredibly cheap, the Demetrios gown I got was discounted by almost half where you'd get it elsewhere. They had a lot of gowns that were just a few hundred dollars. The staff was super helpful and sweet, I think her name was Kandy that squeezed me in on two separate occasions when I went on my lunch break to try on dresses. The alterations are very reasonably priced as well, hundreds below what you'd pay at David's bridal. They also sell formal gowns so I'll definitely be keeping them in mind for future events!
Marisa LeBlanc: Went in looking for a gown for my husband's Military ball. I was a bit nervous since I'm a plus size woman but Kandice was absolutely AMAZING!!!! She was patient and very helpful. She actually found my gown that I loved and bought today. She was great from start to finish. I would definitely return. The atmosphere was great and they had a very nice selection for plus size. Thanks again Kandice!!!!
Emma Lowe: If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I went to Bridal and Formal Center today to look for my wedding dress and had the BEST experience! I went to a couple of places in Raleigh a few days ago and they don’t even compare to today’s experience. We were helped by Jennifer, who was amazing; she really took her time with me going through all the styles of gowns they had and listened to my feedback of what I liked and didn’t like. We pulled 3 gowns to try and the first one she pulled ended up being my dress!!! She was super friendly and very knowledgeable about potential alterations too, which they do in house. The other lady was also super kind and helpful and called the designer to see if I’d be able to get the dress on time, as my wedding is in a few months, and worked it all out on the phone with them right then and there. They also have a range of shoes and veils to try on with the dresses and are more than happy to let you try different ones on. I was not expecting to find something today but I’m so glad I went here. We were allowed to take lots of photos too, which is perfect for wedding dress shopping. I cannot recommend this store enough if you’re looking for a wedding dress!

Yoseli Quiroga: I loved my experience dress shopping here. It was the first time I went dress shopping and after trying on 4 dresses I found the one. I told them my budget was up to $1000 and they had tons of dresses off the rack for under $1000 to look into. I was never offered any our of my budget. The lady that helped me (Trish) was super sweet, really helpful and not pushy at all. She was genuinely crying with us when I found the dress!! They also have a lady that does the tailoring, I haven't done this yet but the estimate was pretty affordable. I would highly recommend! In covid season I made an appointment and 2 people are allowed to go with the bride. The whole shop was empty just for us most of the time so it was really safe! I lost track of time but I think we were there close to 2h. I left with my dress on hand supper happy!

C B: We spent an hour picking out dresses for graduation only to get out and see the line literally all the way to the Home Decor section in the back of the store. Not worth standing in line for over an hour!!! Not just that, but the girl at the dressing room was rude. She didn't say anything to you like she was mad you were trying clothes on.

Acacia Desirae: This place is a hot mess. Things have really changed since Covid. Everything is all over the place. The store is so in organized, everything looks mess and what is there isn’t much of a selection.
Drag N Fly: Can grab a good bargain when you shop there regularly. Selection is definitely not what you’re going to find in a department store like Macy’s, but if you’re looking for something more affordable then Ross is a good place to start.

Misty McCorquodale: Best ladies clothing store in town. If you are looking for something professional or something for out on the town they have the best selection, not to mention, high quality clothing. The store has been under new ownership for over a year now and the new owner and ladies who work there are fabulous!

No greeting or anything still. I felt so unwelcome that I didn’t want to even touch anything. After walking to the back to give the customer a dressing room the employee was just staring at me like I was going to steal or something! Never felt so crappy at a store for real. Lost out on a $60+ sale because I absolutely love quays sunglasses. Other than that clothing is going to cost you minimum $50 here for a blouse. Shame because they have cute stuff. Never again.

Bella Boriqua38: After six months on steroids due to almost losing my life to Covid and pneumonia, I put on almost 100 pounds after losing 267 pounds. I went in today because I needed a dress for a wedding and I got so discouraged, really down on myself and started crying for the weight I had gained back but Chrystine and Melody pulled together and found a whole bunch of dresses that would fit me. I ended up finding a cute dress and Chrystine dressed her up as she does. I’m so thankful for them caring enough to step in not only to help me find a cute dress but they also helped me pick my head and spirit back up. Emily Smith: I finally went thru with my appointment that I rescheduled 3 times today and Bella made my experience truly one of the most amazing days ever. As a plus size bride I was super nervous about the dress shopping experience as finding the cute white outfits was hard enough but from the moment she introduced herself to me she was literally ON IT. I got to a point today where I was overwhelmed and hot and unhappy with everything I was trying on and instead of letting me walk out the door feeling that way, she calmed me down by running around the store looking for like 5 different sizes styles and colors of bridesmaids dresses all at one time 🤣 she was the most kind and patient and hardworking. She made this experience for me and actually found me everything I didn’t know I wanted. I felt gorgeous. I cannot recommend enough make your appointment and ask for Bella. She won’t let you down.

At first she wasn't very optimistic because there was only one rack of dresses in her size. However when the perfect dress is there, that is all you need. My daughter was delighted to hear that Mrs. Joann only orders one of each style. The dress my daughter selected fit perfectly off the rack & was very unique. I am so glad we took a chance & shopped local.

We have our go to store in the Fayetteville/Ft Bragg area now!

Normally they do not do refunds but with the pandemic I requested a refund. The owner stated they soemd the money to pay there bills. Offered to extend time to keep paying for a dress I could not use due to pandemic. Refused to give me my money back regardless of pandemic. Very dissatisfied!!!!!
Erin Brown: I visited Bridal & Pageant Connection and I was not impressed. I was looking for a flower girl dress and what they call flower girl dresses looked very trashy and not appropriate for an eight year old. It was a waste of my time. But they did have a large section on pageant gowns. The store wasn’t very clean and had an odor. Shop at your own pleasure. I will never return.
