James Roberts: My favorite theater in Fayetteville. Good selection of movies. Great prices for tickets and snacks. With the upgraded recliner seats I can sit through the movie without any back pains. We take our grandson here quite often for a movie and to play at the arcade. Usually spend less than $60 for a whole afternoon of enjoyment.

marqueeta chavis: I am extremely disappointed in my experience. I usually take my group of 10-13 kids to this theater during the summers sessions & we have a good time. During this visit, the popcorn was extremely stale and I asked the manager for fresh popcorn, it’s about 6:30p at this time. The manager tell me that they only pop popcorn in the mornings and that they will not be popping fresh popcorn at all that day. I am baffled because how can you only pop popcorn in the mornings for an entire day of movies. I asked for a refund and He stated that popcorn is nonrefundable, even though I had just walked away from the counter. I was willing to take something in place of the popcorn but He also refused to exchange the popcorn for nachos, Candy or anything I’d like, even though I stated I would pay the difference. He just took the popcorn and threw it away. I am extremely saddened by this experience but I don’t think we’ll be returning for the summer months this year.

If you are charging a service fee, then I expect top tier service, since I'm paying for it. I think it's fair to say, if you don't give top tier service, then you're just robbing us with our consent. 🤦🏿‍♂️

Ginny Meadows: Updated post. 07/04/2023 Fayetteville 14 🇺🇸 IMAX/Dolby is the place to go to see your movies! The staff & management are awesome. A-List/Premier lines makes things quicker & smoother. The food choices are great and come out quickly and you do have the option to order your food/concessions ahead of time on the app and it will be ready for you on the left at the concessions counter. At least in the #10 room, as I didnt go into any other.Transformers would have been better had I not felt like I was surrounded by mold.DEFINITELY A STRONG MOLD SMELL.SOMEONE NEEDS TO SERIOUSLY CHECK IT OUT. POSSIBLY DUCT WORK. OR IN THE CARPET MAYBE.Not Happy about the $30 spent..... would like a rain check.
