Nicodemous: Great Hobby Shop! Definitely upper tier and modern as far as inventory goes. Loads of GunPla (Perfect Grades go fast check their FB page as they post shipmentsinventory their first). RC cars for days! And table top games like Warhammer 40K wnd anything you need for figure painting, plus loaded of other kids more aimed at just kids like science kits and rubber band guns. If you want older style hobbies and a mix of new check Hobbit on the other side of town for things like ships and planes but also GunPla and etc.

The employees are super helpful when helping you find what you need, and will explain on how to use it. Overall, I cannot recommend Hobbytown enough!

Sam Roach: Good store, nice selection.No prices for the paints. At all. The only way to know how much a paint or brand of paint costs is to bring each individual bottle to the counter to be scanned. How inconvenient could they get. As much as I like their selection, I'll buy my paints online where I actually know the price first.

Allen: I don't really leave reviews often but after 8 years of shopping here, today was an encounter I wish not to have again.Walked in at opening. Came to the counter to pay and I guess I wasn't seen even though they were right there. The middle aged lady had earphones in. So I walked around and then came back.Gave my number and asked about rewards, because after 8 years, you'd think I'd have racked up something? I've been coming here since '15 for all my Traxxas needs and Gundam stuff.After dropping $40 on a Gundam kit and asking about my "rewards", I was mid sentence interrupted for her to take a call and deal with another customer over the phone? After 5 minutes or so of just standing there, she finishes her call and it felt bothersome to even continue to ask about my account.Come to find out, they typed my email in wrong and all these years, nothing for rewards. So I asked how it works and what about past stuff and I was informed of pretty much nothing and I suggested I'd just Google it myself since she wasn't of much help.I've kept coming back because Darren? was a blast to chat about models and gundams. He's since left but I kept coming for Gundam. Ive always dealt with Kevin or another younger kid without issue. After today, I think I'll stick to online kits and parts. This wasn't my first encounter with this lady. Cheers.

I'm a Gundam fan myself and they have a lot of them but they also have a ton of RC vehicles, games and model kits. Their customer service is great as well. Nyob Eleven: We just discovered this hobby shop in late July. Unfortunately, we will never be setting foot inside it again.My son was so excited to stop in on our way through Fayetteville. He talked about the shop and planned his return to it for an entire month. At last, in late August, he was able to go back. I parked and let him go inside, figuring I had at least 20 minutes to wait.Instead, my son came back within 2 minutes almost in tears from anger and shock. The person working the store, who I believe was an owner, was having a discussion with what appeared to be another customer when my son entered. This conversation was ENTIRELY inappropriate for ANY customer to overhear, let alone a teenage boy. The conversation involved wishing for someone's death, among other topics. Said conversation was reported to the appropriate authorities, it was THAT bad.Regardless of heightened passions and personal opinions, it is wholly unprofessional and deeply immoral to conduct such a conversation in a business where other patrons can overhear it, and doubly so when a child walks through the door to shop. If you cannot control yourself enough to greet and mind your manners to a customer, you do not deserve to be in business, and I will not patronize a store that does not respect ALL of their customers.

At checkout the item could not be sold until the release date so we asked for help from a manager. When she came over she was totally hateful, rude and a nightmare. She ended up ripping the ninja turtle plushies out of my 5-years-old hands as she cried her eyes out not understanding. We asked if they could hold the items until release date and she refused and acted like we were trying to steal from the store. I will not be back to the Target in Fayetteville again.

If you can make it inside the store continues to have major holes on their shelves. Then to add insult to injury they always fill those holes with the wrong product that has a different price point. Then at the checkout every single time there is a overring or a double scan. Today they added at extra 17 dollars to my bill by scanning the same item twice.
