I drive past two cleaners to get to them. I aways have a great experience when I go there. Ryan Jones: When one business recommends another it gets my attention. I was in the market for alterations done quick. I was routed to Easy Wash by another cleaners who mentioned they do alteration work for clothing stores around town. After a quick call they agreed to see me about taking in a sports coat. The gentleman I worked with made all the adjustments for tailoring in minutes in the front of the store and told me I could pick up the jacket the very next afternoon. Add to that a cost of well under $30 for the work and I could not be more pleased. I look forward to going back to see them again soon!

Viola Malloy: I was searching for a good dry cleaning service, the one near me closed down. So far, everything I've taken to them for cleaning has far surpassed my expectations. When my clothing is returned to me (in a timely manner) the clothing looks almost better than it did newly purchased. I recently placed a floral linen jacket in their care that had been hanging in my closet unworn for years. The jacket had become discolored but otherwise was still in excellent shape. I took the jacket to CleanPression and asked if there was anything they could do. The lady there said they had a "restoration service." I tried it and my jacket is ready to be worn when spring returns. I thought their prices a little expensive at first (no military or senior discount) but then it may just be that I hadn't used dry cleaning services for a while. The expert handling of my clothing makes me feel the prices are well worth it, if it affords me longer use of some of my favorite clothing pieces.

They have always been extremely helpful, supportive and so attentive to my needs. They understand that sometimes last minute events come down and we just need our uniforms ready in a not so timely manner. Damien Esquivel: The most outstanding thing happened this morning. I got a call from the store saying they would be able to help me out in recieving my uniform! I had a wedding scheduled today planned for me to use my Asu's and was supposed to pick up my uniform yesterday, yet forgot! Stressed and desperate i used the message button of google and actually got in contact with John! He went out of his way to make it to the store to get my number and give me a call saying he would be there for me to give me my uniform! Nothing could have been more perfect, i respect this place and reccomend for everyone to come here!
Leona Kemp: I dropped off a dress in late November and they stated they would have to do a special cleaning to avoid the colors running. I never received a call and when I can in 6 weeks later, the dress was still not ready. That’s way too long to clean a dress.
Will Wag: The service was quick and suit looks good, only issue I have is with the customer service. I dropped my suit off in my personal garment bag and they handed me two clear bags. When I mentioned I had left my bag I was told that I didn’t by an employee who wasn’t there when I dropped off my suit. Her reasoning was that if I did, it would have been there. She eventually found it folded up under the counter. I also had a heft hanger that cane with my suit, now I have a cheap plastic one that feels like it’s not strong enough to hold my 3 pieces. This was my first time having anything dry cleaned and I am not impressed. I feel the company should take greater care with customers belongings. If I present the items a certain way, I expect to receive them back that same way. They didn’t have to put it all back in the bag but at least keep it all together and don’t lose any of it.

However horrible customer service is something I won’t tolerate.Late last week I picked up a pair of linen pants that I gave instructions about how they should be cleaned. I tried them on to wear on the weekend and they were above my ankle. I returned to the Cleaners this morning and explained what happened. The employee was really passive and non chalant. She took them to the back and said that they were going to stretch them???? The pants clearly had been laundered and not treated properly. I asked for my pants back and for the Managers info. The employee offered bogus info; so I contacted another store where I was given the process for complaints! Additionally the second Monarch employee also offered an apology and tried to fix it! The problem is they are in Spring Lake. Anywho — Accountability and Great Customer Service go a long way with me! Monarch- Thanks for the memories!
