ric rosel: Delivered cement board and this place is super busy in the a.m. Park on street and if possible untarp. If there's no one at the gate pull up to it and they'll pull you into the unloading area. Overnight parking on street for about 3 trucks. The yard is tight to maneuver.

Denise: Parks Building Supply & Interior is a hidden gem! Located off of Reilly Road in Fayetteville, you would not know that such beautiful craftsmanship and friendly people are back there!! As I waited to meet with Mrs. Theresa, I was greeted by a very friendly and beautiful lady, Mrs. Jenny. She offered me coffee or water as I waited and never forgot that I was sitting there!! I truly appreciated that! I eventually met with the Coordinator for Mrs. Theresa because she was out, although I met with her face-to-face the week prior. Mrs. Kendra was so professional and friendly! She took care of what was needed and assured me that if I needed anything or just wanted to check the status, to just give them a call! Mrs. Jenny, Mrs. Theresa, and Mrs. Kendra provided exceptional service to me and were all professional, friendly and amazing!! Thank you so much!!! I’ll update you all on delivery day! 😉
Kristyn Commerford: Donald (salesperson) has completely ignored my texts, emails and phone calls for an entire month. They delivered a broken front door in MARCH and broken playroom doors ~ APRIL- neither have been replaced due to failure to order. Twice they have scheduled to install and I have taken the day off work- both times it was an hour before they were supposed to arrive that I was told they do not have the doors.

Brittany Westbrook: Parks Lumber delivered supplies to our home for a fence job and completely ruined our yard. Extremely careless and left huge tire tracks in our yard and then left without saying anything.

Mike Griffin: Got all of my roofing materials here for my house and detached garage. Great service and prices. Delivery was spot on. My Experience was great. Their show room gallery is amazing. The warehouse manager BIG Mike has the most organized warehouse I've ever seen and he and Fish are very knowledgeable about their windows doors and cabinets. Go to Parks and you won't regret it.

I needed stair treads in 54" width, but big box stores only offer them up to 42".I thought I would have to order them from an online retailer, but shipping was so expensive. Not only did Parks have what I needed, but they beat online store prices, no shipping costs, and they loaded them into my truck.Great experience...also, check out the showroom!! Wow!!
Samantha Kay Mellott: I recently built a new house and decided to go with Parks Building supply for my cabinets.The designer did a great job picking out layouts to what I described, but very hard to stay in touch with. The cabinets came in different sizes, when there suppose to be the same... The installer placed handles on doors unevenly, and not to mention placed them in the wrong places. The company did replace the fronts on cabinets 5 weeks later, but now I am having to live with 4 to 8 holes in all of my pull out drawers. (Which is the worst thing about the house to me)My bathroom cabinets had also uneven handles; they came to adjust, but now are loose because the screw hole is bigger from adjustment.Not sure if some of the cabinets came scratched or if it was from installment.
Jordan Godwin: This company has the worst communication & logistics that i've ever encountered. Our developer used them as a sub-contractor for our new home and they're currently out here for the FOURTH time doing laminate flooring repairs to the exact same area. And after calling a day prior to confirm they would be out to make repairs, they were a no show which left the Wilmington branch of the company to fill in and do their job.I can't warn people enough about the Fayetteville branch of this company; LOOK ELSEWHERE!!
