mohamed seghir: booked a load virginia to Virginia. The broker told me apt at 11AMWhen I got to shipper they told me you late apt was at 8:00AM .they told me we will load you but we will not pay detention. I contact my broker with email she respond yes we will pay you detention. After 6 hrs waiting another dispatcher call me he said they will not load you we will give you TONU. I ask for detention he refused. After that shipper called me to back to the door so they can load me. I called the broker back again and he said do not take it just leave. Keep away from them they are terrible. Do business with someone else.

Aqua Rius: On 01/17/23 they changed a fuel water sep filter. Wherein I had my filter and bulb (housing). Also I asked to diag and give the estimate. They took almost $700 for it, where $564 was for the labor. For checking the system by computer and changing my own filter and bulb. The manager stated that the work of checking on the computer was three hours, and for this they charged me so much money. I paid and left. The next day, in the morning, I could not start the engine. I had to go to another shop. They found that I had changed the filter incorrectly, due to which air bubbles got there, which prevented the engine from starting. I had to change the filter again to fix their mistake. Naturally, I paid for it again $186. All this is very bad, because it looks like I paid for air. I will never come here again.

Kevin Smith: This place is not pet friendly, they have a outdoor kennel for your dog, sorry to say I don't put my kid in a kennel, I've been to many freightliner dealers they all allow your dog into the drivers lounge. It's 30 degrees out here this morning we'll be outside cold together.

Eric Mobley: Yeah this facility is a no go I’ll go 55 miles to Florence before I come back here, been here every since 9/23/22 they told me my oil pan bolts were on back order which a truck came in brand new with a busted oil pan so they ordered the parts for that truck an used the oil pan bolts from that job on my truck so yeah thank you for that but now I’m still down for two weeks waiting on a tech to come back to work to finish my DPF system, I have kids to feed n bills to pay just like you guys

Kenneth Kinlaw: Velocity truck center is not a good place for repairs. I went to have my engine light turned off and Regen. The mechanic said it was a filter that needed to be replacedI had just purchased the truck a week and half prior to going to Velocity. When I purchased the truck I had all the maintenance paperwork and I looked in the maintenance paperwork and found the filter the mechanic was talking about was just replaced. I got my truck and I will never use Velocity or recommend them to anyone not even my enemy.

Graig Roberts: Got here last Wednesday and they told me the cpc was out and it was on back order for 6 months sorry so I did some research and was able to get the part in one day Next they said they could get me out on Saturday the latest Monday now I’m here Monday after staying in hotel for all these days and now they are saying it’s not ready and they may not be able to get to it today this place has too many excuses and broken promises
