Jada Gilmore: I got my favorite belly button ring from here alot of the stuff is really cute but I got my nose pierced here and they used a gun which I later found out you’re not supposed to do! The jewelry didn’t even go through all the way!! I had to go to a professional and get it repierced after it healed. I had a hard time picking out nose jewelry because the lady working there told me I could get a small thinner nose ring which apparently was wrong according to the piercers at the tattoo shop. I’ve also had my ears pierced here and they were uneven lol. So pretty much just buy jewelry but don’t get anything pierced because they don’t know what they’re doing. But on a positive note the ladies there are nice.
Charlene McLaurin: My daughter’s ears were pierced using gold studs at Piercing Pagoda. Less than one week later we are at Urgent Care because the actual earring - stud went inside her earlobe, and could not be removed. It was a painful and traumatic experience . It appeared the staff at Piercing Pagoda was trying to suggest my daughter pushed it into her earlobe. Unbelievable. I will not use Piercing Pagoda again. My rating would be a zero if it were an option.

The girl who pierced me was super helpful and knowledgeable about her job and held great conversation as well. The young girl at the register was a big help as well, I will be back again!! James Brown: This shop is very nice inside with a variety of artists with different specialties to choose from. Everyone from the receptionists to the piercers are very professional and from what Ive noticed take the time with each client answering any and all questions. I personally get my work done by Govina. I’m getting a Dragon Ball Z full sleeve and this is by far the best tattoo I’ve ever gotten or seen in person. I still have a few sessions left and will add photos once complete.

Angela Margeson: Need a piercing for a child? Go here! Their customer service exceeded my expectations! Sam pierced our 7 year olds ears and she did such a fabulous job. We are now one full week into healing and everything is going wonderfully. It's absolutely worth it to have it done by a professional piercer. The facility was VERY clean, they provided my kids fake tattoos which they were so excited about, and water for all of us. I can't recommend them enough!

Lindsey Lewis: Rude staff who seems like they could honestly care less about keeping business. I've gone in person to get a tattoo and left after being very rudely treated by the counter girl. Tried again a year later, same thing happened. I recently called for a quote on a piercing because despite my treatment I've heard good things about their piercer. I was quoted a price well over what I found other shops charge. I will literally never in life darken their door or ring their phone. I give it two stars because it is nicely decorated and very clean.
Katherine James: Myself and several of my siblings decided on a whim to go get tattoos while all together for the first time in awhile (we all live in different states and came to NC to visit our parents). From the minute we walked in, we knew we went to the right place. Taylor spent a wicked amount of time helping us size out what we wanted and working with the artists to get us the best pricing. She was an absolute gem and putting up with our huge group and getting us all in as a walk in was no small feat. I cannot put enough emphasis on how absolutely wonderful she was. Micah & Sham ended up being our artists (they each did two of us). They both did a phenomenal job. We all walked out absolutely thrilled with the way the tattoos we wanted came to life and all of us got tattoos with important meaning to us. We are a close family and now that we’re grown and all living in different places/states, we don’t get to see each other often and ATS as a whole did everything to make it a “core memory” for us as a family. Lala “Shimmery Coconut”: I was a walk in. My artist (Jamah) listened to what i wanted. We got started right away. I had some child care issues and left in the middle of my tattoo. Jamah was very understanding about it, wrapped it. I came back a few minutes later and he finished the tattoo. My tattoo came out more beautiful than i had hoped. Chekesha Carter: I was happy with the appearance of the establishment. We went so my daughter can get another septum jewelry and was charged 20 for her own jewelry and one ball that was missing and wasn’t told by Blane that there was a charge for him to put it in I think that was unfair of him not to explain the fees and that he was using her very own jewelry that she came in with. I’m truelly dissatisfied.. I will not be returning they just lost lost a customer. I wouldn’t have had a problem with paying but not a ball for jewelry we already came with.

Joeywas able to create a masterpiece! He listened intently and was able to complete an entire leg sleeve in a 4 month span. I couldn't be more impressed by his work. ALL of the staff was very polite. Barbara waited until I was 100% sure and comfortable before she did the piercing.
