Business Account: Whoever is answering the calls for the service department could use a few 101 classes on customer service and how to speak to people. I will be finding another company.
Martha West: I purchased a ramp and it was installed last week. I am very pleased with the ramp and the techs Dennis and Patrick could not have been nicer. It was a pleasure working with Dennis during my consultation. Dennis took his time measuring to see the best place to have the ramp. He never pressured us and answered all our questions. I will definitely recommend 101 Mobility in the future. Thank you for your service.

He loves the ramp! It's very stable and has increased this 88 year-old veteran's independence.

Debbie Burney: After working with another company for 1 week and then having them tell me that it would take 2 weeks or more to get my ramp put in because they had to order it from their warehouse in Dunn, I contacted 101 Mobility. They sent someone out that afternoon and called me with a price that evening . They were at my home at 9:30 the next morning installing the ramp. These people have integrity and give the best customer service!

Willie Newton: Worked ok until it broke down. Almost 2 weeks and no-one has came to fix it. Also it has no manual way to override it if it fails. My Mother is 80+ years old and is stuck upstairs.I would not recommend this to anyone. No sense of urgency felt. Very unprofessional.
