Nina Cancel: I would have to say that i started out having a great experience with this Venue but when it came down to the last days of me getting my dresses it was not a good experience they lost payments that i made on my dresses and the other problem i had was that i had to cancel my wedding due to covid and i wad told that i wull not be able to get my deposit back for the venue even though they was all booked up for my new wedding date so i was not able to rebook with them yes they have a great dress selection but they still need to work on other things

We really wanted a special evening for all of us, with all that's going on in the world. And that's what we got. Freddie was prompt, courteous, friendly, and fun. Long Story Short After Getting Fitted And Dressed Mrs.Pat Had Me In Tears Because I Said Tess To The Dress .Would Definitely Recommend This Place....
Jessica McDuffie: My experience at this formal facility was hands down excellent. Mrs Venus & her associates were the most kind & professional. I was the last walkin right b4 closing the night before my event and they all tended to me as if I had made a prior appt! I really did not want to inconvenience them from closing on time but Mrs. Venus stood next to me and assured me I would find my dress. She very attentive and listened to the color type and style I preferred to have. She was handing me dresses left and right until we found the perfect one. I highly recommend Venus & Vogue they have the largest inventory in Fayetteville.

The staff is professional, knowledgeable and most importantly works with customers to meet their individual needs. Although, I went to check out the venue, I purchased the most elegant cocktail dress for the upcoming holiday. Thanks Venus and your staff for the service your provide.
