Fayetteville Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine: what do users think?
Carla Parker: I remember when me and my father went there for my left waist. The whole staff were rude. I didn’t like how they treat us. I’ll pay the payment when I can too.
Sarah Perkins: Can't be bothered to update their website. Website clearly says same day appointments and walk-ins welcome. So I went to be seen by the walk-in clinic. They're not doing that today and don't have anymore appointments today. Your lack of providers and saying the Website is old are poor excuses! You make way too much money to not keep a Website updated! If it hadn't said walk-ins welcome and same day appointments, I wouldn't have wasted my time and gas coming here!
Amanda Sharp: It is now an hour past my scheduled appointment (which they requested I been 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork). The office staff claim they can not give me and update on when I will be seen. I understand that offices run late later than scheduled sometimes but this absolutely unacceptable !
Jac: This place has pulled every nerve I have. I am at the point where I want to snap everytime I speak with someone they are not accommodating and do everything they can to squeeze another dollar out of you. They are not the best around drive 45 minutes to somewhere better that will actually give you the time of day and hear you out. If you have any questions nobody will try and help you they just say oh we aren't for your doctor and brush you off this office is absolutely horrible. However the therapy side is a different story I feel sorry they have to be associated with such a sorry uncaring doctors office as they are wonderful and I have not had one bad experience going to therapy or dealing with anybody there yet
Jennifer Henry: Went to the hip doctor $60.00, he moved Mt leg around and said "Welp, if I can do that is not your hip. It's your back." Same facility different day. So I paid another$60.00 for the back dr to say " it's not your back, it's your hip." In the meantime I was told to get an MRI on my back for the back doctor.Fayetteville Ortho did not get it authorized so I had to pay out of pocket and it did not even go towards my deductible. More completely useless x rays that they did BEFORE I saw the back doctor who then said it's not my back. Final result: no relief, going to a neurosurgeon(which I had to call 5xs for them to send my office notes) out $960.00 for absolutely no reason from Fayetteville Ortho. I have been up to that office to try to get help from the office manager but have NEVER received even a phone call back from her! Needless to say it took them 2 weeks to send my records. I would NEVER EVER recommend this orthopedic office!!
Brittany Jackson Lockamy: Thank you so much Mr. Michael Dilello, PA and your wonderful staff for taking the best care of Jackson today. You all went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. In fact, I think he even had a little fun—okay, he had a lot of fun! He loves his cast and loves that Victoria got to sign it first. Thanks again!
Larry Brigman: DR BARNES IS THE BEST! First Doctor to Perform, Arthlascopic, Surgery He's Worked in Durham and Speality Hospital.. Senior, Dr's Have Bragged About his Quality and Care..he Was awesome When I Had Shouder Surgery .
Blair Estelle: I hate leaving bad reviews but after calling for over a month and requesting the medical records for my child it is ridiculous. The medical records line has a full mailbox and no one ever answers or returns calls. I have left messages and left my contact information with the operator several times. They changed the provider after 2 visits and didn’t provide reasoning or options. If I brought up concerns they were dismissed. They billed my insurance as seeing doctors that she never even saw. After dealing with this for months and resulting in my child not healing properly, we went for a second opinion. I am so happy we did. The questions that I raised were valid and the path the new doctor had taken without even asking. It is sad that proper care and consideration can’t be provided and sad putting anyone through this especially a child. The physical therapy side is wonderful. The physician and medical records is a horrific experience.
Mike Goff: I have been going here since I had rotator cuff surgery. Dr. Barnes and his staff are excellent. The physical therapy is awesome as well. They are welled trained and consider the patients' rehab most important.
misty ogden: everyone was great to work with and they encouraged me and always pleasent to have as my therapist
Lonnie Herring: I had three appointments with Dr Schaffer and each time I waited 1.5 hours or more to be seen. When I finally was seen, there was no recommendation or anything. I went to Raleigh Ortho got a shot in my knee and was put in a brace. That’s what I expected from Fayetteville.
Keyshanda King: I love the facility and staff. They are always nice and they move pretty quickly. They are very caring and I will definitely recommend Dr McBrayer to anyone. He is such a nice man and did an outstanding job with my surgery 👏 .
Karen Bullard: Dr. McBrayer is outstanding in every way!!!
CINDY EVERS: Great service and professional employees. Very kind and compassionate.
RAYMOND MERRIWETHER: The staff at Fayetteville Orthopedic show you that they care about their patients.
Jacqueline Denning-Suggs: Dr. McBrayer, Danielle, the staff & nurses in D-Pod are absolutely phenomenal! We can honestly say; Dr. McBrayer, and his assistant Danielle, literally do not stop until you get the level of care they would want for their own family members. I don't know what my family would have done without them on numerous occasions. Really, the entire staff from the check-in staff, x-ray technicians, staff that fits your for walkers, crutches, and any other aids you might need, right on down to the VERY sweet, polite, and accommodating young gentleman at the checkout desk... they are ALL amazing people! Walk across the hall to physical therapy and those are some pretty wonderful people as well. They'll work your butt off to make sure you are rehabilitated, during which might not seem to be so pleasant, but they make sure things are working as good as they possibly can after going through any kind of traumatic event that causes you to need rehabilitation. Fayetteville Orthopaedics is definitely the place to go!!
Andrew LaFontaine: I just want to give a huge round of applause to this place! Danielle and Dr Mcbrayer have done an amazing job of making me feel like family. From my first initial appointment through scheduling me for surgery and even afterwards with follow up care. I couldn’t be happier with how this place treated me! Courtney, Tim and Blaire are very professional and it’s clear that they have a passion to help people. Great job making a scary situation a little less scary. Highly recommend this place!
paul Taylor: Wait times here are absolute trash, I bring my elderly mother here pretty regularly as this is one of the few places that accepts all her medical coverage and the time we spend waiting in undoubtedly ridiculous, we arrive 15 to 20 minutes early and wait hours to be seen, here is an example, her appointment was for 1130am this morning and we arrived at 1113am, it is now 130pm and I am still sitting here waiting for her to be seen. Two hours have now passed and she still has not spoken to a doctor. We have actually sat here in the waiting room for over 4 hours to be seen for let that 10 minutes. I do not know who has time for this but we sure don't. You could literally show up, sign in, and go have breakfast/ lunch or do some shopping, come back and still sit and wait probably an additional hour before they put you in a room to be seen a few more hours later. How about instead of taking more and more patients and providing less than adequate care you focus on making your visit times more reasonable and give your patients some actual meaningful care with some real interest in their needs. My mother and I have actually walked out a few times after waiting several hours and never has she been asked what happened or why she had left before being seen. I almost feel like they are banking on people getting up and walking out so the insurance can be billed and no care given cha-ching next in line please. Absolutely sad, I would like to give this review some negative stars but I guess no one really wants the truth these days and I am forced to give even the slightest rating of "satisfaction" I will post this review on as many forums as I can find so that it may assist a new patient with their search for professional care.
Clyde Roberts: Wonderful people work there from the doctors to the janitors great surgical team. This 83 year old just had knee operation just 5 days ago and I’m doing great, i highly recommend Fayetteville Orthopaedics.
Robin rhw4christ: I had the best time at physical therapy. Never thought those words would make print, but there it is. Even though I was doing my strengthening exercises, it felt more like hanging out with close friends. Dr. Lindsay, Breonna, and I chatted about the most random things from travel and theme parks to toddlers and gorillas. The hour flew by fast. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming like they've never known a stranger. Fayetteville orthopedics will always have my business.
Clinton Fells: Dr. Barnes is the best! I had both rotator cuffs and a bicep worked on by him without any complications. As for the physical therapy personnel...what can I say. They care about each patient and do their best to bring you back to 100%. As of 7/18/2022, l am still in therapy due to having both rotator cuffs done within 4 months of each other.

College Lakes Recreation Center: what do users think?
michelle: clean and family friendly. nice place to meet and chat
Daphne coleman: It’s rained alllllll day but the lady there was amazing about it
Maurice G: All sports recreation for kids of all ages. Great for parties, baby showers, and many more events
Heather M.: Fay city pools are a great place for your family
Mrs. Gail Patterson: Nice and clean.
Ginger Blossom: Very clean pool!
Megan Ahmad: My kids enjoy the pool! Very clean and great environment💛 Five dollars for four people is not bad! Will definitely be back!💙
Quincy Kendall Bias1997: It's been so long since I went to there. Years ago in my kid generation, I was playing tween football. Getting pads and helmets and sometimes practice. Just hours ago, my nephew started playing Soccer ⚽️ since last week. Just finished practice. He has a event coming tomorrow. He only practice Mondays and Fridays. Also hours ago, My mom, my brother and myself got our chances to vote. 🗳 WOW. How time changes.
Nicole Sims: Awesome experience and friendly people! Coach Cameron is an amazing coach and I'm so excited for the season to start!
Up4Drea: We just moved in directly behind the pool so we walked over today to swim.... here is the summer schedule.... they are open:Tuesday - Sunday from 12:00pm -2:30pm Then an hour break and open from 3:30pm-6:00pmSlide is closed this year and they allow coolers smaller than a 3qt Island Breeze Family cooler (your cooler has to fit inside this cooler)
Shanae Davis-Abney: I'm new to area as of April 2019 so I've only had the pleasure of visiting this rec center a couple of times. My son played soccer for them in the fall that year and he loved it, he loved his coach and has been asking to play for them again ever sense the season ended. We only had one visit to their pool, but the kids liked the pool at the center by FTCC better, I don't know the name of it. They liked that one because it has a dedicated pool for the smaller kids to play freely.
Tyrone Francis: Great location.. get out the Vote
Kyle Doucette: I take my son here for karate lessons and will be bringing him for swim lessons as well. The staff seem to be extremely friendly and kind. Everything looks to be reasonably priced and wellanaged. I've never been to a rec center before and was always cautious about them. This place changed my whole out look on them. Keep up the good work!
Barbara Mckoy: Too.many people
Big Lock: Sundays adult basketball open gym is great exercise..ran great.
Regina Hart: Our youngest son swims here occasionally with his swim team for practice. It's usually clean and ready for them when they arrive. Restrooms and changing areas are as well.
Mia Kaleiwahea-Perry: Great place to get resources on how to support our Fayetteville Community, especially through youth sports.
Brittany Lewis: Really tired of the slow and lazy life guards. They are so slow to get back to their chairs aftet break. What should be a 15 minute break usually ends up closer to 20. They need to learn time management and be in their chairs ready to blow the whistle not 5 minutes later. However the price is good
Daniel Garcia: TThe lifeguards and Staff are inattentive and either flirting with girls or on cell phones (when on slide duty). They're late getting back from breaks and close the slide and pool early
Joyce Walton: The college lakes pool area is really outstanding, great for all ages, all families. The two pool sections, plus a large water slide with 4 life guards onsite and plenty beach loungers complete this summer experience!
Brittini Nicole: My sonshine and myself enjoy this place to go swimming during the summer.
