Matthew Quigley: Choose this Attorney and her team!I will start with make sure you are prepared to be accountable for your actions. Be willing to listen,and take advice. Accept that you have probably made some mistakes. She will let you know about them don't worry. Give her every bit of information she asks for no matter how relevant or irrelevant you think it is. Trust me you will see it come together.I really didnt think she liked me in the beginning which can be scary,but it doesn't matter because she is professional and does her job well. Which can be so rare these days. I think I had been use to the salesman ship I had encountered with other attorneys. She doesn't do that. She will be honest with you about what she believes she can acchive. After spending more time with Mrs Hardin my confidence grew and I could really see the passion she has for her job, believe me I didnt make her job any easier. I would be extremely confident to go into court with her even though we settled our case. Which is what I had hoped for. Her reputation is well known for being a fighter as ive learned. I honestly would enjoy to watch her litigate a case inside the courtroom. Hopefully not mine, ever again! Desiree Corona: I had a terrible experience with them, i maintained my composure but they charged me a invoices after I canceled they charged me again. They’re terrible, I payed $3500 & got absolutely nothing done. I tried to continue service & they denied me. I canceled my service at first because I thought I would be pcsing & didn’t want to continue service in Fayetteville when I thought I wouldn’t be around. I will honestly never be recommending any of my military friends or people to go to them. They stopped responding to me as soon as I canceled with them I wanted to ask the steps & charges I was going to be getting. They responded whenever they pleased. They charged me $3500 to file child custody which is nothing but filed papers, I could’ve done the pro se child custody but I didn’t wanna go to court so I just paid to be represented but they got nothing done. I didn’t even get custody & the other party didn’t even show up, so it should’ve been something quick & easy. Overall they were TERRIBLE. Save your time & money. LOOK ELSE WHERE. I contacted my bank and sent them the invoice they sent me so they can refund the remainder money but they denied my claim & charged me the full 3500 because they added a new invoice at the end after I canceled

Shea Mackey: LSS Victoria Hardin did no preparation for my case and pressured me into signing documents that were not fully explained to me. She failed to review any of the documents provided to her until she tried to cram it all in on the court date we waited months for. I firmly believe she was just tired of my case and bullied her way into the easy way out without concern for myself or my family. It took me this long to write a review because I struggled with the words to describe how toxic Ms. Hardin is but toxic says it all. She should be immensely ashamed of herself. I feel as though it should also be noted that she has zero understanding of the military and the requirements of Service Members serving overseas. Save yourself, hire anyone else.Response to Ms. Hardin: Your grand example of your services to the military only further show your ignorance with this case. My case had nothing to due with financial settlements regarding military pay. I'd be hard pressed to believe you remember any of the conversations we had like when I was serving overseas and you told me to "just get here" after my compassionate reassignment and leave had been denied.You're failure to prepare was evident on the day of our hearing. You stated "you have no idea how bad this is". As a service member who was actively holding a security clearance, a several year old history of post-partum depression should have been an easy thing to explain. You were even offered an expert witness weeks before and you said it wasn't needed. You may not remember the details of my case but I remember every word of it. There was zero counseling or explanation of the settlement and what that truly meant in the long run for my case.Im not speaking ill of your office workers. Woman at the front desk, lovely. If I recall, paralegals name was Jennifer, also fantastic. This is about you. Your bad advice, your mistakes, and your failures.

Amanda Dykstra: I am currently going through custody battle and a divorce. I first started out with Chris Peebles and that was an absolute nightmare. After letting him go and hiring Mrs. Hicks, I have never felt more confident in this whole experience. She works very hard for her clients, and you can tell this is not just a job for her it is a passion for her to help people in these situations. She is very strong and cares about her clients. I HIGHLY recommend her for divorce and custody needs. You will not be steered wrong or disappointed ever. I wish I had hired her from the beginning of my separation and custody.

Ms. Ferguson was the attorney who advice me from the very beginning to not get back with my husband back in May, 2022. She knew in her heart that he was bad news and was only returning back in the marriage for me to drop the charges.Fast forward 4 months later I find myself back in court and rehiring Ms. Ferguson once again. She has worked really hard to send me to get my evaluations done in the Haymount Institute. She is working hard in getting my son back. Even though the hearing is not until 01/03/23 I know I am in good hands. She is a bulldog in the court and will work very hard to get the judge to hear your side of the story. I recently was asked questions by the judge and Ms. Ferguson spoked on my behalf to explain to the judge what the opposing party is doing to me. I do recommend her and believe she will do everything in her power to fight for you. I know that people provide some low rating based on how she speak but your attorney is not supposed to be your best friend. She has a strong personality and that’s what makes her a good lawyer because she’s not going going to tolerate nonsense from the opposing party. I hope my review can help people in selecting the right attorney and that’s Ms. Ferguson.
Jonas Tyler: Do yourself a favor and find an ethical lawyer who has your best interest at heart. She's a bulldog for sure. Unfortunately it's to a fault. She will consistently ignore your request on how you prefer things done in favor of taking the brash approach which leaves no room for finding common ground with opposing party. While looking for and after finding different counsel i was informed she has a horrendous reputation within the community. Apparently she is known for her unethical practices. I can recall a few instances where she displayed either a very poor memory or an unrivaled capacity for lying. The worst part is her pricing compared to what you'll pay elsewhere. It became very clear that her unyielding and uncompromising behavior was done in order to pad her own pockets. It's clearly about her bottom dollar and more billable hours. Divorces are already messy. Pick a lawyer that understands family court is about obtaining a resolution which is in the best interest of the family and kids in particular. Pick patricia and your relationship with your ex will probably undergo unnecessary strain and damage.

Stephanie McCoy: Please run. Although the negative comments get deleted-stay away from this severely outdated attorney. A majority of the time you will spend trying to hear her over her dogs snoring. Personally, I believe she has way too much on her plate and can’t keep a paralegal to assist her. Currently she called a friend to help. I paid 3,500 for custody after the divorce…she waited for me to get served…..just for her to file a continuance-then prep for the case in the cafeteria of the courthouse.Not only was I addressed by the wrong name during the hearing (multiple times) itself but I basically paid to watch her teeth get kicked in by my ex husbands attorney. Absolutely mortified she said she’ll call me the following day. When I asked about scheduling the special hearing she seemed defensive and said she was going to. Needless to say, I finally found a fearless attorney-who completed my request in 24 hours versus Patricia who did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for three months.Save yourself and your pockets and find someone who’s not a miserably selfish human.

Zahanine Evans: Attorney Spain worked on my case for about a year, in which we only had about 3 court dates (my case was minimal for joint custody). Her contract states that her fees are non refundable, however she provided 10 hours of work (according to my invoice i requested). I spent $2000 for the attorney to provide 10 hours of work and for her to repeatedly take the side of the opposing party (as if she was not my attorney). I would not recommend her to anyone and if you do choose her, please be sure to work her and utilize your full amount of the retainer fee.
