Carolina Family Practice Center: Franco Jorge L MD: what do users think?
Amanda Leigh: Tried to get on as a new patient in the beginning of February, was told it was a 6-8 week process to be approved. It's now the very end of April and after several calls asking for an update I've received no information. A complete waste of time, the new patient coordinator doesn't even get in until after they close for the day so there is no way to contact her other than leave a message, which is never returned.
Danny Cunningham: You won't find a doctor who cares more for his patients than Dr. Franco
Wanda Williford: I have been a patient over 28 years. That says it all!
Howard Harris: Where do I started I am 58 yes old and my sister recommended me to Dr. Franco and when I say that was the best recommendation it was. I have a history with meningitis I had it 4 times it wasn't until I got with dr. Franco did a dr. Say why I keep getting it. When I told dr. Franco how many times I had it his first response was he want to know why so he sent to a specialist that was suppose to be the best wrong answer when I came back and told dr. Franco how the specialist treated me he was upset and sent me to another one. Long story short I moved back to Virginia Beach but guess who I'm keeping as my dr yes you got it dr. Franco. He is worth the drive and if I need a hotel that to lol. He has spoiled me lol they need to have a Oscar award for dr. He would definitely win.
MarknTonja Vaughan: Dr Franco will definitely find out what’s wrong with you.
Jill P: Dr. Franco has treated me for 19 years as well as my family. He is THE BEST. He will find out what is wrong with you if there is something. He saved my fathers life. I know patients that drive for hours to see him after they have retired and moved away from Fayetteville. Furthermore, he is known to attend funerals of his patients, has called numerous times to check when the family or I was ill. He isn’t paid to go to funerals or make calls to check on patients to follow up. He makes the time because he is a fantastic person and I will wait for him as long as it takes because I know when I am in need, he is the only doctor I trust with mine and my families life.
David LaMar: I have never called a clinic during business hours and received an automated message that no one is available to answer your call. Today was a furst for me.
Devin Autry: I have great concern for the welfare of patents @ this facility, troubling to say the least.
Deb Collar: Huge pet peeve of mine. When you call during posted business hours only to get a message that the office is closed and then instructions on how to leave a message. There is certainly an opportunity to improve customer service in this regard. Not a good first impression.
Rhonda Groves: Dr. Franco is the most caring doctor I know. His staff is so patient. The wait is well worth it.
Heather Sturgill: I’ve been seeing Dr. Franco for about 4 years now and can’t say enough good things about him and his staff! Yes, you will wait. But once you are with Dr. Franco, you understand why. It can be a hassle, but I’d rather wait and know that I am being taken care of and that my doctor actually cares. He takes his time and asks questions. I’ve never felt rushed or felt like what I was saying wasn’t being heard and addressed.
Tiffany Bonnagio: Dr. Franco is simply the best. He is the kindest doctor I have ever been a patient of. Yes, you will wait, but he is worth it. He will listen, examine, and come up with a treatment plan!! You won’t feel rushed, unheard, or pressured ever!
jason beldon: I worked in the hospital and very often after Dr. Franco had spent his day in his office seeing his patients he would go home and probably eat and then zip back up to CFV to check on his in-patient patients. He was the most thorough provider I had ever worked with as a nurse. He treated us like we were a part of the team and never talked to us like subordinates. His patients loved him and he would do everything to try and heal them. He is an amazing man and exceptional doctor!
Valerie “DukeGal54” Jones: I also read some of the negative reviews on this office and since I have actually been employed by Dr. Franco, I wanted to give my input. I worked in this office for several years and since I have been away greater than five years, I cannot say anything about the staff that is there now. All I can do is comment on Dr. Franco and his God given talents as a family doctor. When people talk about having to wait a long time, they are exactly right. You do have to wait a long time to see Dr. Franco. This is not the office for you if you want to run to the doctor during your lunch time and be back at work in an hour or a half a day for that matter. If you choose to go see Dr. Franco, more than likely you will be there most of the day and according to what time your appointment is, you may even go into the early evening hours; however, when you are finally called back to see him, you will be treated as if you are the only patient in the office. Your time will him will be well spent. He will not rush you, he will listen to every word you say and if there is anything wrong with you, he will find out what it is and will not rest until he does. If you have a problem that requires a specialist, he will refer you right away. He will not drain your bank account trying to treat a problem that is better left to a specialist. His compassion for human life, especially the geriatric population is just amazing. I would not be afraid to say that he is probably the most compassionate, caring doctor in the state of North Carolina. So if you want a physician that will rush you in and out, then this is not the place for you. BUT, if you want a physician that will give you his undivided attention and truly cares about your well being, then put you name on the waiting list!
Oblekat: I decided to write this review after reading some of the negative ones on here that I feel are unfair to Dr. Franco. Let me start by saying I have been a RN for 9 years that started my career at Cape Fear Valley (so I did not work for Dr. Franco personally). I started going to this doctor because he has what most physicians lack... compassion. He is the only doctor I know personally that has stayed until late hours of the night with his dying patient because he didn't want to leave them to die alone. Let me tell you... you wait for an appointment... we all know that we check into the office in the AM and then go shopping until they call, so what, plan your day out or find another doctor. BUT if you want the kind of doctor that will hold your hand when you need it the most, then go to Dr. Franco. Thank you Dr. Franco for being the best damn doctor I know.Jessica Colburn Lucero, RN, BSN
Jennifer Goodman: I will start by saying I did not see Dr. Franco. I attempted to start as a new patient and was dragged along for 2.5 months by an office staff that lacks both knowledge and basic customer service skills. I was told I would have less than a 6 week wait list, then when I called back 2 months later, I was told they didn't know what the hold up was and that they would call me back. No call. 1.5 weeks later I called back and left a message. I received a call from someone who stated that they didn't know what was going on other than that the new patient coordinator had to speak to Dr. Franco to make sure they could see me. When I asked if they were using patient medical history as a screening factor to determine if they would be accepted, I was told that they did not know, but that they do not discriminate against patients. Then they went on to tell me that I may have to wait 6-8 hours to see Dr. Franco, even with a scheduled appointment and that I can plan to be triaged in the morning and then called so that I can come back in to be seen sometime that afternoon. When I asked why I was told, "no one here, not even Dr. Franco, can explain why that is, but it has been like that for the last 20-30 years." All of the reviews about the office staff and wait times are 100% correct and I would recommend anyone looking to change physicians look elsewhere.
Vontavia Moore: If you’re looking for primary care doctor I would look elsewhere. Extremely long wait times. I arrived at my appointment about 15 minutes prior to find out that the doctor was not at the facility and it would be a few hours before I could even be seen while waiting in the waiting area I was able to see countless pharmaceutical reps go back and speak with the doctor once he got there while me and his other patients were sitting in the waiting room waiting. To me it seemed they were more important than his own patients.
Anthony Boone: Dr Franco is a excellent doctor and is a excellent doctor and the staff is amazing.
Kim E: LOVE Dr. Franco! He's been our family doctor for years. He is thorough and stays up to date. Wait times can be long but good, professional care is hard to find so it's worth it!
Steve M: Dr. Franco and his staff are fantastic. He cares for my mother, and is also my doctor. My mother has a myriad of health issues, including diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and a heart condition. She has been able to live a very high quality of life because of the professional and accurate care that Carolina Family Practice provides. She has led an active life with her family, friends, and church. She held down a very demanding job and excelled. I doubt this would have been possible without Dr. Franco and his staff. They are on top of the latest in medical care and treat each patient wonderfully. Thank you to all of the great folks at Carolina Family Practice!
Rita Grimes: Dr. Franco and his staff are a patient caring and kind group. He takes his time to explain to you what is wrong and do everything he can to make you better. He makes you feel like that you are his only patient. I love Carolina Family Practice Center.

Cumberland Family Practice: what do users think?
Scott Mccue: My son passed away Nov 4, 2022. As of 16 Nov, the Doctor has yet to sign the death certificate. Electronic signature was mandated 1 Jan 2022. This office is in the stone age as they said they were unaware of this. N.C. put the word out to all Medical physicians in Oct 2021. 22 Nov still no death certificate.Staff and Doctor were pleasant and caring.
Courtney Swoboda: Lady on the phone was nice, but they only treat people 18+ of age. Not a family doctor.
Eddison ten Holt: Friendly and knowledgeable staff with little wait time upon my visit.
Helena Locklear: This has been my Dr Office for over 2 years and all of a sudden some new Girl Brandy I have never seen said my Co Pay was 95 dollars!!! I have never paid that and I tried to tell her. So I call BCBS my insurance and they called her and also told her she was wrong!!! I mean if you don't know ask some one or call the provider number. Better yet look at my card which tells you my co pay. Then Brandy lies to BCBS and said the co pay wasn't on my card, clearly it is!!!
Sarah Herman: The place is small, and really out-dated. When I say out-dated, I mean the whole inside hasn’t been updated since 1980. The patient rooms are small, and they leave the door open when the leave your room. It cost me $100 for them to tell me they couldn’t help me, and give me a referral. $100 and I have great insurance. And for new patients, they do a urine test, which they told me during my visit, NEVER gave me one, and CHARGED me for it. If you want a good urgent care, I recommend NextCare on Glensford ave. Very updated, and it costs way less.
Mikayla Cox: Great people, great doctors, not so great accounting records. Last visit I was told the office owed me money for over paying and somehow I owe them more money. This is the third time I've discussed my payments with them and Everytime I'm given a different answer.
juvencia stefanko: I had an appointment with Dr. Whitney today and they told me what he is gone now. He was a very good PA. The best.
John Winjum: Dr. Whitney has been very professional and helpful. I was very lucky to have been referred to him. Now the wife is going to him and she likes the way he listens to her and offers good input. Great overall experience.
Gary Reed: Whitney is the best! Front staff is amazing!
Perry St.Laurent: Great staff and always able to get me an appointment even on short notice.

AAA All American Associates in Family Medicine, PLLC.: what do users think?
Ebony Brown: A good friend of mine referred me to this practice, I trust her judgment but talking to their office manager didn't make me feel like I was going to be taken care of well. They require you to send your medical information/intake packet with your medical information on it, over the internet which is not secure. They also require you to send your ID over the internet before they schedule your appointment. The internet is not secure or HIPPA compliant when people provide their medical history on intake forms. Most people don't know how to send encrypted emails from their home. Moreover, military ID's are not supposed to be copied, but this is what the office was requesting. My friend spoke very highly of the providers in this office, however their intake policy may expose health information and violate the military's policy that states not to copy ID cards. After speaking with this office Manger, I no longer wanted to schedule an appointment here.
Samantha Strickland: Dr. Santz is great! I have always avoided doctors because when I have gone for my appointments I’ve been rushed and brushed off. Dr. Santz is the only doctor I’ve been comfortable seeing. He always addresses all of my concerns and never rushes me. I am the healthiest I’ve ever been thanks to his help! The office staff is very friendly as well!
lyn lynn: Dr.Santz is a very good doctor. He will answer all your questions, no matter how long it takes. I recommend his office for any of your medical needs.
Sharon Payne: I am a new patient at this facility. Dr. Santz was very thorough with my exam. He asked me questions and gave honest feedback. His delivery is matter of fact but I appreciate his willingness to make certain that I understand all aspects of my visit. The front office staff were kind and helpful. So far, I am pleased with my care and the pleasant demeanor of everyone I interacted with.
Gwendolyn Campbell: I have been going here for a couple of years. I was super ecstatic because of the genuine care. However, after a couple of recent visits, I’mRethinking my decision. I felt like the doctor was rude, and for no apparent reason on two recent visits. I found some inconsistencies in statements that were made. I was told that maybe they weren’t the right office for me. I found this incredibly offensive as I’ve sung this doctor’s praises and even convinced some of my family to become patients. I’m the type of person to whom you cannot be rude and take my money.
Satsui: Great With Everything
Mariana McCottry: I don’t understand why people have left bad reviews because my experience with them was absolutely amazing. They were super kind and helped me get through everything. I would 10 out of 10 recommend a friend to come to this clinic.
joseph bryant: The doctors were very professional! Would highly recommend to anyone 10/10
Deb Frazier: I found out I wasn't a patient when I went to fill a perscription I had just left her office with. CVS said they called to verify the script, and were told we were no longer patients?
Vincent Espinosa: I've been going here for years. The doctors and staff are very professional, proficient, and care about their patients.
Loretta Swank: As a new patient Dr V allowed me to run out of my blood pressure and IBS medication because of my work schedule, I couldn't schedule an appointment that was satisfactory to her. I made an appointment for the week I was off from work and ask for my medicine up to that appointment and still didn't get my needed medication. Blood pressure medication is not something you can just stop taking. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone unless you like being taken advantage of with co pays and misuse of your insurance for unnecessary appointments to get your refills. I will never go to this office again.
TinkTink910: I see a lot of bad reviews and I don’t understand why! I love the people there they are always so kind to me! The doctor listens and refers me to specialist I need to see. My last doctor would just gives prescriptions and I wouldn’t see her for months! Dr V has done more for me in the last year then they did in 10! Yes the going back for test results etc or for refills can be time consuming but I’m sure it’s so they can keep up with their patients
Chris Glover: The overall service is terrible, The office tried to force me to pay for a visit I never scheduled or attending. The Receptionist was rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend attending this office to any one.
Kimberly Graham: urs agoThe worst doctor I have ever seen. She bills for complete nonsense, is ALWAYS running an hour behind and has zero follow thru. Her bahavior is probably Tricare billing fraud, but I’ve spent enough time being annoyed by her office that it’s not the worth time to pursue. Be prepared to get any results (blood, lab, pap) you will have to make an additional appointment, time off work, book childcare, etc for her to walk into the room an hour late and tell you “labs look good”. She literally charged me $50 to write “I don’t know” on a form. It’s insane. Save yourself some time and find another option.

Norris Cynthia M MD: what do users think?
Ed Blanchard Jr.: Dr. Norris and team have cared for my Mother and late father for over 25 years.Nowhere ,will you find a more competent, caring, and "go the extra mile" team or physician in our area. Their practice reminds me of the efficiency, and quality I have experienced at Duke University personally. A true professional.....you do not find easily in today's world.care about your loved one?...then i highly recommend this Practice.
Thretha Chance: I Called Trying To Find The Best Family Physician Close To The Cape Fear Hospital, Since I Live Off Village Dr. Just Been Diagonsed With Diabetes. Seen That You At A Review Score Of 5. But You Dont Take Medicare, Medicaid, or Tri Care. I Have Medicare/ Humana. How Can One Be The Best If They Dont Service All or Discriminate on Insurances.( Poor/Rich , Black/White) This Is Not Good. Review Should Not Be a 5. You Dont Even Serve or Provide Service To Help All People. Not Good Service for You Are Discriminating!! Just Saying!! Looking for The Best But You Are Limited. Thanks Have A Bless Day. Don't Forget About The Less Fortunate.
Latisha Malloy: I have been a patient with Medical Arts Family Practice for many years and I love the service. They are friendly, great doctor patient relationships and the visits are very informative. I have to say that Mrs. Angela Jackson, has been my physician and I feel like she cares about me and my family as if we were her own family. Dr. Kelly and Dr. Norris are great and has a great staff working for her. so 10 thumbs up for Medical Arts Family Practice.

Cape Fear Family Medical Care: what do users think?
Mitzi Martin: Love Dr Sangineni, great care, very busy because best in town, not CFVMC owned.
Tremayne Gilchrist: Today, my daughter had a scheduled appointment for a sports physical. However, upon arriving at the appointment, we were informed that they had attempted to contact me in order to reschedule. Surprisingly, I had never received any calls or messages regarding a change in appointment. This unfortunate situation has occurred before, which is why I feel compelled to leave this review. I have witnessed others experiencing the same issue, where they show up for their appointments only to be told that the clinic attempted to call and reschedule without leaving any messages. It would be more preferable if they simply informed me that the doctor was unavailable and apologized for any inconvenience caused. In such cases, I wouldn't be as frustrated if they admitted to not being able to reach me or failing to leave a message. Making appointments requires time off work and the loss of income, so it is disheartening to hear that they supposedly tried to contact me but failed. It is crucial that improvements are made to avoid such situations in the future.
Annie Benzing: They lost my Husband Richatd Benzing hearing aid charger and now this is going to prolong his Rehab. Take care of your patientspersonal items
leemay20: Called to schedule my mother a doctor's appointment and the person who answered the phone was on a personal phone call. Once she ended her personal phone call, she rudely asked why I was calling and then rudely cut me off while I was explaining my mother's condition. After politely telling her to have a nice day (I am a manger over a major health insurance company's call center department - so I do not argue with customer service agents) I hung up. I will not be scheduling an appointment. The saddest part is, the Endocrinologist, that has high ratings in this office, is going to lose many future patients because of this lady.
Gladys Pitts: Only picked up
Nereida Johnson: My husband and. I are very happy with the care we receive. Mr. Richards is very knowledgeable and friendly. He takes time to answer questions and keeps himself up to date wit current practices…. Overall We are very happy here and are grateful for everyone that works here.. they are very professional!!
J R: I was seen right on time for my appointment and I thought Dr. Sangineni was attentive to my concerns and very thoughtful. Thanks for all you do to keep us healthy!
Sabrina Garrett: I’ve been patient for over 20 yrs . This office is completely gone . I’m so disappointed in this practice . The patient care is nonexistent . Even if you call the after hour doc on call with a issue … to be told you are not considered a emergency and not to call again … Really I’m the patient … then again the magic word ..Care … not there … I’ve been told here is still good doctors out there guess I need to look in to that .
Brittany Danielle: this has become the worse doctors office. family has been there for 15 years (extended family for 30+ years) and PA Michelle Lightner is a negligent and unfit doctor whom i will be reporting to the NC Medical Board. AND I will be reporting this disgrace of a facility.
Nahomi Colon: So who ever is answering the call is extremely rude. How will you feel if you are already feeling not your best and the person on the other line can’t even be professional. I’m not to sure how the doctors or nurses are because I will not step foot in this place based on the first person patients speak to. I hope she is having a better day so she can be a little nicer to people.
Blake McCluney: 45 minutes after my appointment time I was still waiting so I left. When they called me they didn’t apologize of offer to reschedule. ***look for the “we are disheartened” copy and paste response***
JENNIFER MURRAY: Don’t you hate it when you love your doctor, but the staff that you have to go through to see them is disgustingly rude? I’ve been seen there for about 3 years now and half the front end needs to be fired and replaced. Honestly not sure why that hasn’t already happened!
Colin Conklin: Called to schedule an appointment. Who ever answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. Medical care at its finest.
Sharon Lambert: No matter how many times you call or no matter what number you call you can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I’ve had to wait weeks to get prescriptions. I am very unhappy with the current situation. I don’t know what is going on there. But I’m going to be looking someplace else for a doctor. The difference between now and when I started going there three years ago it’s like from 10 to 0. When you call the doctors office and everything goes to an answering machine there’s not even somebody at the front desk answering the phone there’s something going on, something is not right.
Alexis Garrison: Was assigned to a PA at Cape Fear Family Medical. Booked the soonest available appointment which was 3 months out. Arrived today 15 minutes prior to my appointment - to an empty reception desk. Waited a few minutes before being called up for the receptionist to say I am too late to be seen for my appointment time, but I could come back in 3 hours or be seen at their next available appointment in OCTOBER. Their new patient forms take 5 minutes to complete and were still completed before my appt time.Would NOT recommend. I've already found another facility that has availability this week.
Sierra Shofner: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It is impossible to get a appointment within a acceptable time frame. Made a appointment back in January for a appointment this May. I was then called 5 days before my appointment with Ms. Black that she will be gone that week and the next available appointment wouldn’t be until “the end of July or early August”. I accepted the end of July appointment but will be switching offices before. If you respect your body and time please go somewhere else because they don’t.
Crushed Grapes: Never seem to get a real doctor here they dont help with much and i personally get all my medical info and refferals weeks later. I'm leaving asap
Katie E: How do I get ahold of someone to schedule an appointment? I’ve tried calling….
Antonio Porch: Rude staff. Turned away for being 10 mins early to appointment (instead of 30) when nobody mentioned it when I scheduled the appointment. Been taking the wrong dose of meds. For 3 months now I have to wait another 3 months.
Monique McCollum: If there was zero stars that is exactly what they would get. Unfortunately this happens to be one of the practices I have for my insurance to go to. Scheduled appointments multiple times and they were canceled every time due to the provider not being in the office EVERY TIME. I have a job that I have to take off time in advance. I don’t have the luxury to take off any time I get a call that my appt is canceled every time before I was supposed to go. You can’t make me a patient until I have been seen but no one can see me. I call back to finally schedule a new one and the receptionist on 11/23 at 2:06 pm was so unprofessional and rude. Don’t work in healthcare if you have a problem helping people or at least being a decent human being. I work in health care and I would never treat someone like this. I’m sorry that you felt inconvenienced taking my call but how about never getting an appt and receiving an attitude for no reason. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY. Apparently they’re not accepting new patients anyway at this time so I guess I dodged a bullet. You would be too.
Jessica Shallop: I have been seeing Dr. Sangineni for two years. She was always polite and professional. I felt comfortable addressing my medical concerns with her. However, the experience with the nurses and some of the receptionists have not been positive. They are rude and have a negative attitude. I decided to change my provider and no longer be seen at this medical center for this reason. I will miss Dr. Sangineni's care, but I cannot tolerate the disrespectful attitude of the nurses and receptionists.

Pinnacle Family Care PLLC: what do users think?
Erin Avery: Dr. Cupid seemed great during my initial visit. I looked forward to seeing her for my follow-up, to go over concerns from my first visit, only to be rudely told that my insurance is no longer accepted after arriving for my appointment .
sandra kirkman: Dr. Ray is great. He is genuinely concerned about my health, and will not hesitate to "gently" chew me out when I get off track. Love this place!
Carolyn Dunston: Dr Ray is an excellent doctor; extremely knowledgeable, very concerned with the whole patient. His staff is warm, caring, and efficient.
Shamira Butler: They are very pleasant treated all 3 of my children and did a wonderful job at doing so. Watch my children grow and Dr. Ray encouraged them in school as well as their behavior. I appreciate the staff here, always friendly and caring. Any medical concerns were treated accurately or a specialist was recommended.
Olivia and Michael Chijioke: Do not make an appointment if you have ANYTHING to do for the day. Wait times even if you have an appointment are RIDICULOUS and unacceptable when there was no one else in the waiting room. Doctor Mashelle Bradford literally sat in the room next to me while I waited for her for 45 minutes. She had no patients and was on Facebook on her laptop which I saw as I literally walked by. She's lazy and unprofessional. Terrible customer service and they don''t care if your time is wasted. Save yourself the frustration of having your time wasted and FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE
Nigel: Dr.Ray is great
Ni Shay: Dr Leah Yearwood is amazing! I’ve had two visits so far and every visit has been great. She’s a doctor who cares for her patients and will go above and beyond to meet the needs of her patients! Thank you Dr Yearwood you are appreciated
Milton Griffin: Dr. Ray is very knowledgeable and compassionate. When it comes to medications, he is up to date and willing to do the research to make sure his patients are taking the correct ones. He shows that he really cares about us, his patients, threw his words and actions. I can sometimes over hear him in the hallway talking to his elder patients and it is very loving. I have not seen a doctor on this level for many years.Signed. Milton Griffin
Diamond Wall: This place is very unprofessional I called Friday October 4th to see if I can come in because I was having chest pain the receptionist Patrice told me no because they was getting ready to close at 1:30 and I said well if I come or y'all going to turn me around she say yes BECAUSE they was about to close I went there today and they still didn't want to see me and told me that I suggest you go to the emergency room. Oh I was telling them that I could barely breathe.
Larry Williams: Great place for healthcare.
Marcquez Marsh: They are amazing and friendly. They are hilarious as well. They will work with your situation and make you feel welcomed and safe
jaquavius ayers: Very great place to visit with your family. Staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. My new family care:)
Ekpankuma AgeGradeNA: Unprofessional place to visit for your healthcare.
Lala Cruz: Don’t go here . The receptionist is unprofessional!
M B: My review is not about the doctor. It’s about their administration which is as important as a good doctor. They showed a very poor service to us.My husband made an appointment two weeks ago. He was very struggling with unknown cause. He called them a few times before his appointment day to see if there is any slot available from cancellations. There was no luck.He ended up waiting for 2 weeks and went there only to find that the doctor was absent.A front desk lady told him she tried to call him, but she didn’t leave a message. My husband checked his account on their website and no communication or change was found for his appointment. They even had a wrong email address for my husband in their system. They didn’t do anything decent. A front desk lady said she couldn’t leave a message on his voice mail box, butI just checked it and it was working. To make a long story short, they don’t care for their patients. Patients make every effort to make time to see a doctor. But they tried to call only once and don’t make any further effort to reach patients with appointment changes. Very disappointed.
Ashley “Kakie” Nïcole: Called too see if they were accepting any new patients the nure sharlecee or whatever had a very nasty attitude wouldn't call back
Denise Paye: Kudos to Pinnacle Family Care! Dr. Ray and his staff are a remarkable medical practice team. This office has a comfortable setting beginning with Kathy and Cherelle. These ladies are the first team players encountered as you enter the office. They set the tone and atmosphere for your visit. They have pleasing personalities; they are patient and do their very best to make patients feel welcomed. As medical assistants, LeAnn and Lillian are compassionate and go beyond the call of duty to comfort patients before Dr. Ray enters. Dr. Ray is an exceptionally good doctor. He is well-versed and takes time to listen to your needs and concerns. He has a passion for his profession that is depicted by his care, compassion and attention shown by the provisions for his patients. He is a genuine caring individual. Dr. Ray and his staff are phenomenal. Thanks for all you do!
Jacob Johnson: Thank you for providing great service to my family & I over the DECADES 👍
John Freudenberg: Stay away from this practice! They're a headache, and not able to accept United Healthcare insurance. I decided to stay with them after United Healthcare dropped them, and though they knew my financial situation, they still overcharged me after assurances from the doctor that they would work with me. They didn't work with me at all.The PA and lady at the front desk are nice but their business manager is unprofessional, adversarial, and completely miserable. Life is too short to have to deal with people like this.

Cape Fear Valley Primary Care: what do users think?
Rosalyn Hinton: I am very upset with the quality if service this medical facility has since turning into cape fear health. The ladies that answer the phone have no phone etiquette nor are they trying to understand the severity of things. If things don't improve I will be forced to move to a different physician. Sad because I've been a patient since I was a child. I
Robin Williams R.: When you call there, be ready to be on hold for a long time. I requested a refill with the new provider since mine left to go to another office further away.
Dawn: Things have changed! All mentioned below except Ms Lightner are Gone! After COVID pandemic once we as a family felt a bit safer going back to see them, they gave us a hard time coming back to see them. Basically a New Patient again after being their patient for over 30+ yrs. They even said they don't know where my son's records are.Dr left without their patients knowing it.The Clinic when take over by CF changed in care of their patients to being like a cattle roundup and get them in and get them out. Dr doesn't have time to really spend time with patient to find out what is wrong with them. If one goes over 15 or 30 min appointment that's it, as a patient has to get out.....Rushed through and never gets full medical needs of patients often.I gave 3 star. May be even change to less stars the way I'm seeing it.Below review done over 3 Years Ago!They are some of the very Best Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners (at least ones that have been there the longest and I know well) in the area/NC. Dr Sampson and her assistant Phae(?sp) are my assigned Team with a PA/NPI have used Me. Heine forever. I also use Ms Lightner. They give back to their community in so many ways. They do a lot of volunteer medical services at public assistant clinics on their off times. Real down to earth people. We are Longtime patients for decades(yes have visited and researched others at times but cannot compete).First Grandmother was a patient no longer with us on earth. They did so well with her that after hubby retired from military we began using them. My children now grown also use them that live in area(even one and spouse for the longest time came back themselves and brought their children back for medical needs even after moving out of town over hr+ away for almost two yrs until they found one in their area they were satisfied with). Now grandchildren some now adults use them. They’ll let you know they trust them with all their heart. They bend over backwards to care for their patients going the extra mile.First, One has to remember they are humans too.Second, not very often do you have to wait long to be seen after your appointment time. Please remember, if you do and you do all you can do ie. If longer than 15-20 min go up to front desk and let them know you were just checkingThey usually are on top of it and are aware. Now, before you get attitude, think about it...if you are scheduled a particular amount of time for your medical appointment and your Physician finds you have a bigger medical issue that needs to be taken care of(handled) ASAP while taking care of you. You should hope they do it rather than saying all out of time, later. This clinic wouldn’t allow that. They will take care of their patients! It may be more time over your scheduled time into someone else’s time.Every Life is important! I would hope you realize if they go over your time, someone already in the back has needs that were found at their visit ASAP, very possibly an immediate matter of life or death. This doesn’t happen often, but please understand that you would pray if it was you that they would take care of you as well.Don’t get an attitude and act without thinking such situations out, placing you as the patient that needed the treatment(s)/service(s).You will have no regrets if you become their patient(s).I have had some personal feelings and issues about them merging with Cape Fear. That’s for another day. This is about the people they service my family and me.Pray all is well with youGod bless
CRYSTAL THORNTON: This place is hit or miss it depends on which doctor you get on if they even want to treat you or not. I actually showed up to one appointment because my doctor was unavailable they gave me to a different doctor and he just told me well you're not my patient so I'll reschedule you for in a couple of months don't worry no charge today.
Wayne Huff: The staff here are very nice and professional. When you have an appointment they already know your name before you even tell them. I don't know how but they do..lol. Dr. Fleming is an excellent doctor. Very professional, and he takes time to get to know his patients and their concerns.
mark sears: I’ve been going here for a year now I have no complaints they see me with in 30 mins 15 mins early so about 15 mins wait time then u see doctor visit are quick if your healthy enough that’s all I’m saying
Blake McCluney: New patient and had to wait about 3 weeks to be seen. Had an 11:30 appointment, arrived 15 minutes early to check in. I waited for 45 minutes and finally left. They called about 5 minutes later and said they were ready for me. After I told them I had other obligations there was no apology or attempt to reschedule just “okie dokie” then hung up.
sayed mahmud (Moon): I took my wife there today. It was our first time visit here. Honestly speaking We had a very good experience there. Everybody was very nice and helpful. Specifically I have no words to describe about Dr. Cecilia, in one word she is Wonderful. She really Care about her patients. She is so nice to her patients. Never seen a doctor like her before. Thank you so much Dr. Cecilia.
Mary Jackson: Dr Mitchell is a great Dr but your front desk workers need an attitude adjustment.
Lady Echo: Sara Fazekas, RNP is friendly, thorough, and caring.
Kelsie Lynn: If I could give negative stars I would. I'm very sick trying to get an appointment with my Dr who is amazing and I love. But the front is the worse people to actually have a job. Not only are they extremely rude in person but they don't do there job and like to hang up on people attempting to make an appointment. Was on hold for 15 minutes and got hung up on. Called back and same thing. I called back 3 times and still no answer. They need to do a rehire of people who actually want to do there job instead of sitting on their personal phones and being rude!
Kevin Schilling: No one answers the phone.I've been attempting to schedule a routine appointment for weeks.
Amanda Rose: My doctor is amazing and listens but the receptionists are lazy and rude beyond any other office I have been to and most of them are to busy on their cell phones or chatting about whatever to do their jobs very unprofessional and horrible doctor office environment. But again my doctor is amazing! They badly need to replace all receptionists and bring in people who actually work and have respect and aren't lazy and will answer the phones!
Olivia Saunders: If you’re a person of color, I HIGHLY suggest you visit another practice. Not only did they dismiss my pains because like most black women our cries are ignored but Dr. Imber prescribed me CLUB SODA when I complained of leg cramps when I was deficient in Vitamin D. Jennifer Hall is incompetent, she will refer you out verses accurately assessing & creating a treatment plan. Listen, your life is important and these quacks don’t live up to the oath they took to treat patients effectively.
Aurora Crowell: I had an appointment at this place last week and it was canceled last minute because my primary doctor was not available to see me. They rescheduled the appointment with my primary doctor for yesterday and when I went there I was told I have to see another provider because my primary care doctor was not available once again. In all fairness, I have been going to this place for over 10 years and I never had any issues, but it seems that lately they cannot get their appointments straight.
Libby Hobbs: I have been doing here for 25+ years. I use to love the care they gave their patients. But since Cape Fear took over it has gone down terribly! No one in the office at check in seems to know what they are doing. Urgent care area was shut down and even the doctors leaving.
J. Mama: Systemic lack of concern for patients, to include providers and office management. Try Doc McStuffins, or another health system.
Adam Murphy: I got a separate bill for a place that deals with fayetteville family care. I ididnt drop off any blood work so why am I getting billed. I just paid fayetteville family 151.00 they should have taken that to pay path group. Hell if I knew I was going to get a bill I would have went myself.
Tammy Cooper: I use to work here several years back. I was Jim Hienes nurse. Im a pt there and see miss Hall. Jim Heine is the best. Miss Hall is great too Summer , who works up front is very sweet and I never have anything to complain about on her. My husband goes there, I don't care for the pharmacy D. Since capefear has took over I can say I see a huge difference. Seems the staff are not as happy. They appear over worked. I think it was a mistake to partner with cape fear. I know most of the providers and they are all great. I have mixed feeling about Dr kurahna after the way he treated my poor mother. I recommend any anybody there but him. Everyone is nice but there is a difference for sure. Cape fear definitely changed this place. I miss Dr Rucker.. I would recommend this facility. Ify ou can get Jim Heine as your provider you will have done extremely well.
Doris Scott: They are so professional and attentive. Even if they are behind you know as a patient they will give you the same time and attention necessary for your visit. I love my nurse practitioner (Sarah) and her assistant (Amanda).. Sarah is very thorough and current with what is evidenced based regarding practice guidelines...Great place

Medical Arts Family Practice: what do users think?
todd mclaurin: Had a great relationship with Stacy. I missed some appointments due to my profession. Now banned for life. Stupid policy in my opinion but I'm not the doctor. Stacie is the best in that office. Highly recommend.
Mary Grace: I love this practice. The office staff, nurses, phlebotomist, and doctors and PA's are all awesome. Very professional and personable. I have been seeing Dr. Kelly for over 10 years and she is amazing. We need more doctors like her.
Jax ter: Ms Anderson, my provider, and the staff at medical arts family practice are OUTSTANDING! Cannot sing their praises enough. Ms Anderson sees everyone in my family and that alone is a blessing. I always feel like my family and I are a priority, our concerns and questions are always addressed within a timely fashion, and the entire team is always friendly, professional, and genuine.
stacie hair: I have been going to Medical Arts since moving to Fayetteville in 2007. They are one of the few providers who will follow you if your admitted into Cape Fear Hospital. I nearly died 6 years ago due to a missed diagnosis of Lupus that was damaging my Liver. Thankfully I had Ms. Jackson who looked at all the information, listened to me and got me to UNC where they confirmed what she suspected. Very good customer service and care. You won't be disappointed!
Jontue King: I have been going up see Mrs. Anderson the PA for about 2 years and she is wonderful! They are very efficient and I've had some health issues that needed immediate attention and they have always been great at scheduling to see specialists in a quick time frame. My previous Dr would have me waiting for a long time to get the care I needed and I've never had an issue while at this practice. She is very attentive and compassionate, you can easily tell she cares about what is going on with you. I refer everyone to her. Dr. Jackson is also great. My mother is her patient and she loves her. I've continued to be impressed with the effort that has been placed into insuring I have better health and their desire to make sure I have a better quality of life. The front office staff has always been kind to me and there have only been a few times when I've had an issue with their compassion, but nothing that would keep me from continuing to be Mrs. Anderson's patient.
Susan Eldridge: Great staff!!!
Nicole Friedberg: The staff here is VERY rude, especially the nurse who calls you to discuss clinical questions, prescriptions etc . Their office hours are also Monday through Friday so if you’re looking for flexibility, don’t come here. Don’t waste your time with this practice, go elsewhere, I know I will be
Rachel Leah: I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and hospitality I received at this location. Every person I encountered from the front receptionists to the PA Rebecca and even the check out person discriminated against me. I have never Experienced anything like this before. Today was my first time and also my last time here. I will never return.
Teresa: I highly recommend Dr. Cynthia Norris at the Medical Arts Family Practice on Owen Dr.Never before have I had a doctor who really takes the time to *listen* (she even takes notes!) and thoroughly analyze all of the data she collects. She doesn't rush you. She's very meticulous and insightful and she always knows what symptoms to check for and what medications or supplements to suggest. She's never pushed me to take any drugs or undergo a particular treatment plan; she just explains the options, tells me her recommendation and lets me decide. She patiently explains anything I don't understand and if there's anything she doesn't understand, she doesn't simply dismiss it or pretend to know about it--she looks it up! Even if she doesn't have an answer, you can count on her to find one so that you don't have to settle for an "I don't know." She also keeps up with new advances in medical treatment and medications.I really can't praise her enough. If I ever move out of Fayetteville, I would keep her as my doctor even if it meant I had to drive a couple of hours to have an appointment.I didn't just find her by accident, either. I did some research online to find a GP in Fayetteville who had positive reviews online.Perhaps her policy has changed, but I recall that she would only see one new patient a month. Because she was booked solid for several months, I scheduled my first appointment a whole year in advance. It was worth the wait. After getting the first one out of the way, I have not had to wait long for an appointment. The staff at MA has been very pleasant too. Especially the German nurse, **CORNELIA (edited 12/31/20 to correct name. So sorry for the error!). She's warm and friendly, and you can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients. I'm very grateful for the care that I've received at MAFP. Je
Pam Langevin: I have had nothing but great care from this office and the entire staff knows me!
Elizabeth Gurnee: Great providers. Terrible administrative staff. So sad.
Joao Ferreira: Always received the best attention. Didn't have to wait long and all the staff was very pleasant. Ms Pessetti was always very professional and clear explaining the whole process. She has been what anyone should expect from a good healthcare provider. I'm not impressed about some reviews that I must say aren't true about Ms Pessetti. Some people expect for a professional to do more than their job of taking good care of them. As an IT business owner I know how some client's sometimes can be!
Credit Fair: THE WOMEN WHOM ANSWERD THE PHONE.WAS RUDE AFTER ALL.MY CAR WAS GIVEN AWAY.UNFORTUNATELY, I WAS UNABLE TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT ON APARTICULAR OCCASION.THAT ALLGED FEMALE. WHOM ANSWERED THE PHONE.AT MEDICAL ARTS FAMILY PRACTICE. FOR, UBER, OR, LYFTHORRIBLY, HORRIFIC!THERE ARE WAY BETTER PLACES TO TURN TO FOR HEALTH CARE IN NC.AFTER ALL.PLEASE BE-AWARE.
B Chavis: Front staff is nice, and nurse Christina is wonderful! However, Physician assistant Pessetti does not have any bedside manner. I quit going to her because of this reason. First off all I got hurt on my Job and because she got tired of filling out paperwork she let me go off of fmla! She was always short with me and never letting me finish what I was trying to tell her. She would always say," I don't need all that just a yes or no." All and all she needs bedside manner and to take time for her patients.Second issue is I am being charged for a no showVisit I called and cancelled because I was on 7 days. Now over the phone I'm basically being called a lair because a female by the name of Becca is saying that I never called. Moral of the story is after over a year I am exteremly unhappy and do not recommend Pessetti you anyone.
Brian Graack: We have been here for a few years. Yesterday, I took my two girls to get their yearly school physicals done. We just received new insurance from my out-of-state company. I had to pay the out-of-network price. I should have been in-network due to the type of insurance. Cheryl from Medical Arts helped me clear up the mess and I was refunded my money. Also, Staci Pessetti, PA-C is a fantastic PA! She treats us with respect and listens rather than dismiss and tell. She is wonderful and explains everything she is doing or wants us to do to make all of us better in the future. With PA Pessetti, you get one on one and does not rush through the appointment. I recommend her to anyone looking for such care! The staff is also wonderful! Very forthcoming and takes the time to listen!
Loretta Nally: Great staff and quality care in a timely manner!
Snookie Davis: Angela Jackson is a wonderful doctor and takes the time to listen, the staff is awesome
Detra Richards: I have been a patient of Angela Jackson for many years. I love her because manner. She is personable, loving and she truly cares about her patience. You get one on one attention. She does not rush through your appointment. I recommend her to anyone.
Brianna Elise Fobes: I love having an office with both great front desk and care providers! Every visit (and there have been many needs for my visits) have been nothing but wonderful. They truly display their care and concern for my continued health. Thank you to all who work here, but especially to Mrs. Kathleen and Mrs. Sidebotham!
Donna Miller: Love Ms Jackson !
Julie Johnson: In 2006 I could find no help. My employer contacted Angela Jackson on my behalf. Mrs Jackson communicated extremely well. She seemed to feel my pain at a time when I desperately needed help. Someone to really listen to what I had to say. She took the time to let me explain what I was feeling. That was over 10 years ago. I will be forever grateful. She is a wonderful PA and is very knowledgeable. Takes the time needed to explain conditions, side effects, progress and long term concepts. Praises progress that I have made which energizes me to press on to improve my health both physically and mentally. Jimmy

New Hope Family Practice: what do users think?
David Dew: Dr. Fernandez is a great physician whom I have been going to for 15 plus years. However the office manager seems a little out of touch with realty. I called to make an appointment so I could get refills on Meds I need for my blood pressure. It seems I have a pass due balance that I was unaware of due to the fact of changing my phone number and address because of going through a divorce. I have been out of my meds for over two weeks now because CVS and New Hope are playing the blame game on if a fax has been send or not. I just need my refills so my blood pressure doesn't continue to go through the roof and cause and health issues. When told about the balance I told the young lady that I would pay it when I came in for my appointment . I was then told I must pay the balance before they would even make an appointment for me. Dr. Fernandez cares about his patients health. I have no clue what his office manager is concerned with. It is defiantly not for his patients health which is the reason she has a job. How quickly we forget who the customers really are in the health industry.
Anna Barrett: Dr. Brooks and Dr. Fernandez are compassionate, trustworthy physicians with much experience and expertise. Their comprehensive approach and attention-to-detail is unparalleled in my experience. They have contributed to my excellent health by their focus on prevention and care when it is needed. I overwhelmingly recommend them!
Philica Foxx: I've been coming to New Hope Family Practice for 10 years and I love it. Dr. Fernandez and his staff are great, i haven't had any bad experiences at all, nothing but the best!
Monique Johnson: If I could give this facility ten stars I would. I have been coming here for about seven years. I have had the honor of seeing Dr.Brooks and Dr.Fernandez. I have also been blessed to see just about every PA at this establishment. I want to really commend Dr.Brooks and Dr.Fernandez for choosing the most AMAZING PA's ever! They are knowledgeable and willing to listen to what is going going on with you. They don't complain if you take a little longer and when I say they get down to the nitty-gritty they do just that!!I currently see Dr.Sullivan (PA) and when I tell you that she is amazing...I mean just that! She is amazing!! She really listens and makes eye contact and she is very thorough!!Bernice the medical assistant has also been very friendly, patient and kind. The receptionist are the same!I have to say that as an African American woman, or being just a woman, our medical concerns often fall on deaf ears...but not here!! If you need a family doctor...this is the place to be!!Last but not least, please don't count the PA's out!!! You will be missing out if you do!!
Jeanette G: I moved all of my records to this facility last winter when I had a really rough go with a broken rib and possible pneumonia (X-rays were iffy). I couldn’t be seen in a timely manner for a follow up from urgent care at my doc I was established with since I was 18 (looking at you SRAHEC). So I chose New Hope. Yesterday I wasn’t able to see my actual doc, but a different doc since she was available to see me at my earliest convenience. I have to say I was extremely dissatisfied. She cared nothing about my history or patterns with the issue I’m dealing with. She repeated scripted info that I’ve known since I was a child. I was treated like an assembly line item. I wanted to discuss my issue. I wanted to discuss a possible referral to a urologist. Aren’t doctors supposed to help? Listen? Show empathy? The history of my issue is just as important and I’m just wondering why this wasn’t of concern to her. I’m already looking for a different office to switch to. The front desk staff are kind, though.
Daniela Campos: Dr. Fernandez is amazing! I started seeing him when my mother was his patient. (over 10 years ago) He is compassionate caring and professional. He takes the time to answer all your questions with a smile. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. It's always a delight experience, not to mention the soothing atmosphere you get at his office. Thank you to all the staff as well for being professional and caring!
Jen: I started feeling sick with flu symptoms on Sunday so I went in on Monday morning. The office did not have any flu test and my fever was down because I had taken an alieve earlier that morning. She decided it best to still treat me as if it was the flu and was going to send over a prescription for Tamiful and a cough medicine. Well it’s now Wednesday I’m still sick and more than 48 hours since she promised to send over my prescriptions and my pharmacy hasn’t heard anything from the office. I called twice on Monday and twice on Tuesday and all 4 times spoke to someone who promised to rely the message to the lady who treated me and to make sure they have the correct pharmacy on file. I feel let down because I’m going to have to find another doctor’s office to help me.
Maria Johnson Macklin: I have been a patient since 2007 and love Dr. Brooks as well, so out of respect for her and the quality care I have received I will not detail any of my items that I have issues with at this time. I will discuss any of my concerns with Dr. Brooks when the opportunity presents itself. However, this is merely being written to give credit where it is deserved to Brittany! She was very professional on the phone and in person while waiting to be seen. With ALL the changes she is an asset. I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Keep up the Great work Brittany!
James Partington: I have been very pleased with the services provided by New Hope Family Practice. Response time for issues that come up like prescriptions and questions has been refreshing compared to other places. Brittney with New Hope was very helpful and very responsive. Thanks.JPIV
Tori G: Dr McGorrian is great. I have never had an issue with her. However when calling to follow up on referrals and future appointments, I am never able to get a hold of anyone and always have to leave a message. It usually takes about 2-3 days for them to give me a call back as well.
RIchard Hall: Very professional and seen quickly.
Zuleika Diaz: I love Dr Fernandez his being my doctor for several years. I usually don’t have any issues with him. Now, office staff is awful mostly since the last couple of years. They never answer the phone, you leave a message and something they take 2-3 days to answer you back, if they where supposed to call you back for some requested information something they don’t even call you. Front desk is unprofessional, they are very rude and they even gossip about other patients right in front of everybody. I’m the kind of person that almost all the time even when people are rude I try to be respectful and polite but I’m done with the front desk personnel. It’s a shame! Specially knowing how of a good doctor he is.
Kelly Ozgunduz: I am so disappointed be be writing this review. I love Dr Brooks and Dr Fernandez and my husband and I have been seeing them for over 15 years. In the last year the practice has changed so much. I consistently have a problem getting phone calls returned. It's difficult to get in to see Dr Brooks, although she is technically my primary care provider. I don't mind seeing the PA but apparently everything still has to be run by Dr Brooks. I had a yearly visit in December and asked for 4 medications to be sent to express scripts. 2 of the medications were incorrect and it has taken me weeks to get this problem fixed. I left numerous messages that were not returned. Today I spoke to Marilyn. She was incredibly rude to me. When I asked to speak to the Practice Manager, I was told that she would give her a message but could not guarantee that she would call me back. When I questioned her about that statement, she said "I didn't say she wouldn't call you back, but I can't guarantee it. I can't even guarantee that I will be here tomorrow". Wow. Well Marilyn, I hope you aren't there tomorrow. Or any day after that. Customer service is obviously not something you are cut out for. I have never been treated so unprofessionally. I would love the opportunity to speak with Dr Brooks directly, but based on past experience, I am pretty sure that won't happen. It looks like it is time to start looking for a new doctor.
Shaun Bryant: I love this office. The Staff/Doctor are Phenomenal. He really takes my concerns to heart. Environment is very friendly. Nothing but good things to say. Highly recommended!
Sam: I have been a patient of Dr. Fernandez for years. He is the most passionate person I have ever encountered. He is concerned not only about your physical health but is always willing to listen to things of a personal level. I have not always been compliant...lol But he continues to be a phenomenal physician and human being. I recommend this practice 💯
L Holly: I love this office and have and will continue to reccoment to family and friends! I have been going there for 8 years.
Brett Swain: This place wasn't the worst experience I've ever had. However, it certainly wasn't a pleasant one either. The staff never answers the phone, instead always letting it go to voicemail, which was the biggest hiccup for me. My first appointment they tried to schedule me with a bunch of lab tests and other unnecessary things(even tried to get me to see a psychologist to prove I'm ADD.) There wasn't really a caring sincere vibe there. I cancelled all my appts and moved on.
allison bishop: No one greets you (they didn’t greet my husband and I anyway) when you walk in. So you don’t know who to check in with or how. After we got a room, they asked me if they could have a urine sample later to check for bacteria and infections. I said yes. Dr. Brooks came in and talked with me for a while. She was very thorough and caring. Fast forward to me heading to the restroom to take the test. Dr comes in the room while I’m gone and tells my husband I will be drug tested. I wouldn’t mind doing this willingly. I feel like this was a complete invasion of my privacy. When I filled out my paperwork I opted to use the med portal for billing. They inserted a random “#” in my username (which is supposed to be the same as my email). I keep getting emails from them and I can’t sign in to pay. I’ve also been trying to call for days to try and figure this out and only getting a busy tone. A few other weird incidents have given me some seriously strange vibes from this place.
Teresa Tubbs: My doctor is Dr. Fernandez, he is a great doctor. The staff, including front desk, nurses, lab, all are very friendly on on spot when it comes to the job. Without a single doubt, I know the Lord pointed me to this office. I have been a patient going on seven years and I have no complaints! :-)
Wm. Benjamin Woodford: This place does all they can to swindle you out of your money. Schedules unnecessary tests just so they can bill you and your insurance. They are also 20 minutes to 45 minutes behind schedule. The staff is not very friendly.
christina Simpson: It's wonderful to have doctors who really listen and care about you. I'm always amazed at something they remember about me! Especially since I rarely go to the doctor.
