Lisa Robinson: One of the representaives called me on Friday the 3rd of September to tell me ( A Customer) that I was rude to an associate of their and this same representative ( Valerie Shoe) who I had tried to call that previous Monday to speak about my situation Never even so much as to return my call..But she had enough Gul to call my phone to tell me that her coworker said I was rude to her..OMG who does that and then told me that my call was not important..So I Pray they never think to anyone that they are not important..Them two ladies owe me an apology..Now that was rude of them to assume that without even getting my side of the story
Marg Shooter: Chris Pickett has been absolutely terrible. I waited 2 1/2 weeks for a reply after leaving numerous voicemails and emails. When he finally contacted me again he was extremely rude and condescending on the phone. Not the same helpful man that walked through my home previously!

Eric Reed: I was sideswiped by a customer of NC Farm Bureau in Sep 2022 and my case is still open. The agent came to my home took pictures I received estimate but now I waiting for the Agent to receive a response from the client. I have pic of accident and client contact info, plus driver license and insurance information and yet they are trying to drag or deny my claim. I am contacting Better Business Bureau and preparing a small claims complaint against the Company and their customer for the damage along with personal attack on my claim. Oh did I say I have a witness to the accident. Beware and report any delays to an attorney for your sake.
Rachel Smith: I was involved in an accident in 2019 and I am still within the statute of limitations on the Bodily Injury portion of the claim. I personally have worked as an insurance producer since 2018 for other various companies. I inquired about reopening a claim - everyone I spoke to was patient and understanding, until I had the absolute displeasure of speaking with Kevin M. He was condescending, rude, interruptive, argumentative, and his overall demeanor over the phone was extremely distasteful. He argued me and provided false information regarding the statute of limitations in North Carolina. He would not let me speak. I called back to be transferred to his supervisor and spoke with Mia who was very helpful but his manager Heath M declined my call stating he would call me back. I'll await a call from Mr. Heath, meanwhile subrogating through my own policy with State Farm, which had absolutely no issue in helping me re-open this to resolve my charges for the injuries acquired. I understand if the company is not willing to cover the costs; however, I am very displeased and insulted by the way in which I was spoken to. Kevin is utterly disrespectful. Update: Heath M did return my call this morning. He asked what I needed assistance with (despite me having left three specific notes for Mia to pass along and she stated she would take note) - my company is already handling it. He didn’t really answer any of my questions just stated he would “address things” about Kevin M’s lack of manners. Which I doubt will happen.
Austin Lingerfeldt: You should be proactive and call the office to get your case addressed. NC Farm Bureau works hard to guarantee a slow and painful process to get anything accomplished.
