I’ve done things from just printing papers off, to shipping things out and all of my experiences have been great. I’m ALWAYS greeted with kindness and a smile. Every staff I have spoke to and that has helped me has been extremely helpful, informative, and kind at this location.They work diligently and I’m not sure if they deliver my packages that I order as well but I have never had a problem with it so If they do then there’s that. Definitely my staple location for anything shipping/printing!

SunShine Johnston: This fedex has a variety of items to fit your packing needs. This location also takes return products from Att. They were a little busy, but the manager assured us they would help as soon as a station was open. Customer service was friendly and I would recommend.
Kimberly D Valmores: Fast, easy and reliable. I went in this morning to ship computer equipment to a company I used to work for, and I didn't even have boxes either - but once I came in, one of the employees helped me wheel in a heavy computer monitor and then assured me that the FedEx staff would focus on packaging all of that equipment for me. Another employee then made sure I got the cheapest payment option since my former company didn't offer to pay shipping costs. Good service, thanks everyone.

Give a shout to the guy who helped me ship my documents and another shout to the guy who helped me print out my document ( only one page but he patiently waited more than 10mins to receive my email )! Amanda Lynn: Fedex is such a terrible company. My package has been sitting on their truck for 5 days and this is NOT the first time this has happened. Even worse is that THEY DO NOT CARE. There is no way to address this issue and customer service is a joke.

Amanda Hails: Oh multiple occasions have Fedex drivers not delivered my packages for 3-5 business days, and instead for those 3-5 business days my packages have sat in their trucks. At first they would mark that they had tried to deliver the package, which was a lie as I work from home and no one tried to deliver a package. And now they are just driving by my house and marking that the package is operationally delayed. This has happened 5-6 times and their customer support system is not helpful in the least. Fedex drivers seem to be able to do what they please with packages and it has gotten to the point that I do not wish to buy from any company that ships with Fedex.
Fail Forward: Absolutely zero professionalism at this location. This location has been closed without notice, no warning, but is still sending out notifications that packages can be picked up at this location. When you call into Fedex customer service, they don't even know what is going on. There appears to be huge lack of communication going on within the organization and I have been attempting to recover a package for the past several days. First we were told that the location would be open on Wednesday, then Thursday, but actual Fedex HQ has no idea why the location is closed or when it will be open. Their answer is to "keep calling every day to check to see if it is opened" Yet notifications are still being sent saying that your package will only be held at the location for a certain period of time. I never thought I would see the day when the USPS would operate more efficiently than a privately run delivery service, but well done Fedex you've achieved the unachievable. I will not be using Fedex as a result of this experience.

He said that your last pick up was at 5 o’clock. I’m here sitting in front of your building only to see that you close on Saturday at 3 o’clock and your last pick up is at 3 o’clock. Charles Lynch: Box was beat up badly. Customer service lady was nice though and helpful. But that box was beat up like It went rounds with Mike Tyson in his prime.
Alyssa Johnson: I paid a lot of extra money to guarantee the shipment of a live animal by 12:00pm the following day. It did not arrive until after 4:00pm after I had called the FedEx help line. Which might I add SUCKS. It is impossible to get the AI to let you speak to a human. It just made me more angry. Bottom line - do not make promises you cannot keep. I should not have to speak to a supervisor to get a delivery driver in a van specific to this sort of delivery to show up to my house. They’re lucky my animal is alive sitting in a truck in 80+ heat. Not the first time I’ve had issues with something extremely important and time sensitive. Do yourself a favor and pick UPS.

T T: I like to approach any and all situations from an understanding point of view. I keep a kind manner, and I'm not one to give people a hard time, BUT I do prepare myself for someone to give me a hard time. I had a situation with a delivery that caused me to leave work early and drive out of the way. I knew how I was going to explain my complaint in detail if it came to that point, but I first approached the worker and asked if they even had my delivery considering the phone operator said it wouldn't be at the location, again everyone is calm and kind without even knowing there is an issue, and within seconds of looking up my shippment she told me it was there and she walked right out with it. The end. It wasn't such a bad day, after all. Most of my reviews are explained this way because I like to remind people to chill out and be aware of yourself, your emotions, the situation, AND OTHERS. Even if it was their fault there's no point in ruining the day by having an attitude before you even know if it can be fixed in a calm manner and when it is their fault you can remain calm and politely tell them where they went wrong and leave knowing you are still going to have a good day because fussing and yelling at people about something that was a mistake, out of anyone's control, or YOUR FAULT is not going to do anything but annoy everyone and now they gone look at you crazy every time you come around. I'm just here to spread a good word. Relax and be kind. Fed was great. Good day.

Jennifer C: So upset, I paid for a cake explosion box to be delivered on my grandsons birthday. Fed ex lied said they tried to deliver it but we have adt and they never tried to deliver it. I asked her to please deliver today that he has been waiting all day she said we will Monday my drivers left. I said can we pick it up she said the person who it’s being delivered to has to pick it up with an I’d. I explained that he is 7 and has no Id. I had to go through an hour of calling everywhere to get this picked up, finally the place I ordered the box from called them and told them it could be picked up and gave them the name. We went back and they denied it again until we showed and insurance card with the child’s name. All this and they didn’t do their job.

ross mills: The experience I had here was amazing. The lady working the desk (I wish I caught her name)was extremely helpful and very nice. Service was very fast and inexpensive. I used to use UPS but now won't use anyone else.
Kelsey Loren: I’ve been here maybe 4 times. One of those times, their computers were down with no idea of when they’d be back up. The second time, they were closed for an hour at lunch yet their hours say they’re open from 9am to 6pm. If they’re closed for lunch, the hours should note that so people can plan accordingly.
David Presson: The moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and assured that I would be well-served. The person handling my package (passports, visa applications to an embassy, and the return envelope) did a great job. She asked the right questions and gave me clear options. Great to know that such a competent and positive person works at this location.
StrictlyStreetzTV: Went into this location to ship car keys from Fayetteville NC to Elizabeth City NC, I was quoted a price of $14. When i told the young lady i would be using apple pay she politely informed me that i would have to switch to another computer, which was fine. We switch to the computer 3 feet away and she put in the exact same information with the same keys and same address but the price changed to $23 within 2 minutes. Almost a $10 increase just for using apple pay. The young lady was very apologetic and informed me that there was nothing she could do because the computers were on two different systems. I think this is something that your company should look into. I dont think its fair that i was charged $10 for switching my payment method.
