Carolina Aquatech Pools: what do users think?
Michael Liles: Nice little place. Geared more toward installation. Has all the essentials but not a place you find a bunch of accessories. Man behind the counter was very helpful and informative.
Marianne Massie: Very pleasant things done in a timely manner
Stanley Gainey: Great service, they seem to care about helping you with your pool needs
Denise Singer: Great people very helpful
Dawnelle Pham: Great and knowledgeable people.
Ibrahim Mahdi: Holler at the guy at the counter. He'll take care of you. He's been doing it for a long time(20+ years). They rent out a sub-pump to get rid of your nasty water.Remember this post Aquatech because a brother wants a discount.
Sophia Williams: The customer service I experienced was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They did not want to help me at all. They rushed me as my husband was telling me a question to ask them. He tossed the strip on the counter as if I was a bother to be asking. I’m a first time pool owner & where I was recommended was completely horrible. They do not want to help.
Mary Moore: Always friendly and knowledgeable. Only place I go to for my chemicals.
Jaclyn Ramos: Hot tub slowly wearing away because I decided to listen to these guys and not add calcium into my hot tub. Interesting how everyone else who sells chemicals say you need at least a little bit of calcium so your equipment does not wear away with soft water.
Alo Alapati: The staff at this pool supply store are real people that actually care about your pool care needs very professional and knowledgeable about all pool needs. This is the only pool store I’ll ever go to thanks guys!
Christopher Tackett: Best pool place in town
William Troy Northcutt: Scott took good care of me. I'll be returning for future pool supplies. Thanjs
Ken Hein: Great services! I tried to fix my pool water issues on my own and should have known better. Free chlorine was high but total chlorine was 0. I had a chlorine lock I couldn't get to break even after 12 lbs of Clorox shock! One test and a handful of chemicals within an hour of running the water went from green to blue and the PH and alkalinity balanced, chlorine balanced and stabilizer came up! Never again will I use the cheap stuff, it cost me more than double trying to do it myself.
Judy Morris: Great service!! No pressure, great advice and friendly staff and environment.
Jimmille Cradle: The best customer service in the city. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful for newbies such as myself. This is now my one stop shop for pool service and supplies.
Jose Mairena: Knowledgeable personnel
Hilda Newell: Awesome, helpful, friendly service. Always have what I need to keep my pool ready.
Cheryl Gibbs: Good people that work there. Our pool was disgusting and swamplike when we moved into our house. They helped us out a ton with everything we needed to know and how to do it.
Patricia Brown: This is an awesome store, the owner and staff are top notch.
Susan P.: Exceptional Customer Service. David and his team helped me to understand how my pool system worked, even though they didn't install it. They are experts in the field. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need. I always trust what they say and follow their recommendations. There is no need to go anywhere else for troubleshooting, maintenance or supplies. Carolina Aquatech Pools has everything you will ever need!

Debra Bullock: Very helpful with my green pool! Thanks!
Andrew Scogin: Nice place
Danny Cunningham: Staff generally pleasant and they do a good job on water analysis.i switched to here years ago from another pool place in town because they were not! No regrets 😊
Debbie Blackmon: Always the best of the best! Great products. They will not oversell to you. Great customer service and very knowledgeable!
Francisco Noda: Started our pool adventure at the end of 2021. We were shopping around for different vendors for a while but stuck with Parnell because of Mickey who was respectful, insightful and courteous during our initial discussions. Doug was also very respectful and well-versed with our requirements, answering any questions before, during, and after construction. They accomplished the job quickly and efficiently keeping us apprised on all stages of the development. We have already jumped in several times, in our new in-ground pool and we are really satisfied and know if any questions arise or need assistance, we can reach out to Parnell. And most importantly we absolutely loved Kathy!
James BeltonIII: Yes, the staff is awesome and they had everything I needed.
Johnny Gause: We have had our pool about 3 years and when thet got done with it we noticed there was wrinkles in the bottom of it they said any problems they would fix it well ive told them 3 times and yes there still in the bottom not 1 employees call me about it just not good businss
Michael Mcdade: New pool owner, they got me into their system, and outfitted me w an easy maintenance plan for my pool. Great customer service here, will be a repeat cuatomer.
Kevin Martins: Extremely smooth and very transparent sales process on our new Jacuzzi hot tub. Mickey went above and beyond to ensure our best interests were his top concern. Highly recommend, at this point, for sales.
Susan: They have two locations one in Fayetteville and one in Lumberton and if you want to keep your pool running you need to be able to have somebody professionally do you pH and by your pool supplies there
Melanie Western: This place is fabulous. The employees really know what they are doing here. They provide water testing for free and then recommend the chemicals you need for your pool. The only complaint I have is the price of the chemicals, it is on the high side.
Mr. H: I get all my supplies from there. Nice staff very helpful and knowledgeable
Gin McCormick: Thank y'all for helping me with my pool!!!
Sarina McNeil: Update 1 year later: our liner had to be replaced after only a year. Parnell said it wasn't covered under warranty so they wouldn't fix the issue.. come to find out they installed the liner without making the appropriate drainage updates and sealing the drain with sand in it. Which likely caused the leaking in the first place. I do not recommend this company company your pool repairs..Overall pleased with the installation of our in ground liner. However, the one downside I had with this company was that I was constantly calling them to get updates on installation and other random things that needed to be scheduled. I feel as the customer, you the business should be doing the upmost to make sure I know the timeline and what is going on. I would like to give 3.5 stars.
Jeff Smith: Great store. Knowledgeable staff. Very helpful, eager to serve the customer.
Richard Rodriguez: My wife and I want to thank Parnell P&S for their great and professional job they did with our 18'x36' pool. Thanks to Doug , Julio and crew, and Mickey for all that they did. If we had to do it again we definitely would use this A class company.
Joe Williams: Just wanted to give a five star thanks to doug, mickey, robin, and both Julio's and all the boy's. You guy's did a first class job on my pool from start to finish. My wife and I are so happy. We are happy to be apart of the parnell family.
David Reeser: Love this place everybody's always so nice , and willing to do whatever they can to help !!! Thank you guys!!

Parrot Bay Pools: what do users think?
DT: Extremely rude. I asked for a quote for a specific design for a pool, so I could decide which contractor to go with. He told me he doesn’t “play those games” and if I want to get serious about building a pool I can hire him. There are plenty of pool contractors in Little Rock to work with. Stay away from this guy at all costs. If this is how he behaves when you ask for a quote, I can’t imagine how he behaves if there is a problem and you’ve already paid him.Update: incorrect. I wanted to email him a picture of the design I wanted. I had no problem with having him come out to give me a quote in person. He specifically said he wouldn’t participate in someone shopping for quotes. I don’t know anyone who would choose a contractor without asking for quotes from multiple businesses. In fact, every other contractor I’ve contacted has had zero issues with me sending them what I want and either giving me an estimate or coming out to give me a quote.
Dexter Morgan: Positive:Professionalism
Adam Landers: Positive:Quality
Chase Burlison: Critical:Professionalism
john shoufler: There were several issues caused by not sufficiently compacting end where a patio ledge was built. I started communicating the issues to Larry and Chase as soon as they occurred which one was right after the steps were poured. Larry will not answer calls or text and will not call me back. I have a recording from when I visited the office and talked to Chase where he said they were just discussing what they were going to do to fix my pool, they nothing else. $60k+ and they can't make it right. Do not use them.UPDATE: I added some screen shots from the times we communicated so readers can look at reality instead of slander. My contract had a 2 year warranty for all structures as the price price point warranted. This shows incorrect pour on ground that was not sufficiently compacted. Professionalism, look at his response not owning HIS failings and instead resorting to slander. Pool chemistry has nothing to concrete pour, which was the main subject. Yes the pool was green when we went away for 2 weeks on vacation and three of the six ozonator modules burned out a year into ownership of the pool. These modules are supposed to last 5 years but they actually last 1-3. I have replaced them all once and some twice already in six years. Larry talked me out of salt water and into Ozone as he is the expert. The size of my pool and the size of the ozonator, my pool will grow algae in two days if one module burns out and there is no recovery until they are all working. I keep 6 on standby now at $86 a module for when algae is noticed in my pool.Services:General construction,Swimming pool light repair
Clinton Akerberg: We met with and interviewed several reputable pool companies in the area, and after a lot of time invested we went with Parrot Bay Pools based on their workmanship and the design Larry did for our backyard. We have a sloping yard and his design addressed all of our concerns with regard to drainage issues.Although the project took a little longer to finish than normal due to weather delays, Parrot Bay provided the quality we expected and suggested other ideas we implemented that makes for a beautiful landscape around our pool. We financed our pool with the assistance of Parrot Bay and the lender they recommended. After speaking with several lenders, Larry provided a great service that pointed us in the right direction. If you are considering a pool project for your backyard, we highly suggest you visit with the people at Parrot Bay. We couldn't be happier with their attention to detail, overall design, and process which was enjoyable at every turn. Highly recommend!!Services:General construction,Design
William Millard: Trust me you don't want Larry Rogers to build you a pool. He can't admit when he is wrong even if the truth is staring him in the eye. I know he will blame me for everything but the truth is the facts were there were leaks that we could never get him to admit were present until we had a third party leak detector or licensed plumber to prove there were still leaks within the pools plumbing system. And I didn't want to proceed with concrete decking or plaster until all leaks were found and fixed. He even went as far as emailing myself and my lawyer that he had finally proven I was a liar and tampering with the gauges on the pipes holding air by tampering with them. He stated in his email that he had his employee's install a tamper prove gauge. First off all air gauges are tamper proof, if you tamper with them at all they are useless because they won't hold pressure at all. LOL. If you don't believe me on this please check with the Contractors Board and ask for all the documentation that has been presented by the Millard's and Larry Roger's responses. I bet you will think twice doing business with this man or his business. We are going to court and it will now cost thousands more over the initial budget because I will not allow him to be able to profit over my financial loss of having to fix everything his employees seemed not to do properly, such as gluing and the placement of the pipes in the ground so that they would break so easily. Trust me get someone else to do your family pool.Service:General construction
Cindy Norman: My pool was built in 2015-2016. Larry was very informative and knowledgeable yet responsive to my questions and preferences with the pool design. Some problems were encountered ( a water pipe leak that was difficult to find--I believe my very rocky soil was a component to the pipe breaking once filled with water) yet Chase persisted until the problem was found and resolved. They have met my expectations and I do have an attractive pool with minimal upkeep that is easy to enjoy.
Shannon Weaver: My husband and I paid our down payment on 5/31/16. We were told our pool would be an "8-10 week build". Work didn't begin until the afternoon of 10/19/16 when they began measuring and painting the dig lines. We were told weather caused the delay. Excavation was on 10/21/16. The gunite shell was sprayed on 11/3/16. Coping, beach entry stone and water line tile were worked on 11/19/16. The waterfall was built 12/16/16, and the form and rebar were put in place for the concrete decking the week after Christmas 2016. Concrete decking was poured nearly a month later on 01/23/17. The concrete subcontractor came back out to rinse and seal the concrete deck 02/09/16.After this point we received very little communication from Parrot Bay. An approximately 50' long trench for the electrical was dug the end of January that I later filled myself so we could landscape that area... and so we didn't have a trench to jump over every time we went to the detached garage. The next step was plaster. What we were told (several times -when we actually did receive communication) was the plaster will happen in the next couple weeks. Once plaster actually seemed imminent (because we started receiving more communication from PB) it had to be pushed back so the step tiles could be ordered. The step tile that we'd chosen back in October 2016 was not ordered, even though we were told it was ordered at that time with the water line tile. When questioned on this the response was we "thought you would change your mind". Plaster was finally applied 04/09/17. Pool fill with water that weekend. In March we noticed cracks forming in the concrete. There were also several places where the concrete sealer was applied over some bits of plastic film that caused the sealer to bubble and peel back. After the concrete subcontractor owner came out to look at the concrete deck problems, he sent someone out to try to make some repairs. He also decided that the concrete was too slippery and it would possibly help the cracking if they applied a 2nd sealer containing silica for grip. This was done on 6/7 and over spray coated the pool water. It also burned the sod all along the edges it met the concrete up to a foot out. The cracks in the concrete deck are even bigger today. The response we've received is anything else they might do would make the concrete look worse. The heat pump PB originally installed was a 2013 model that wasn't able to communicate with the main pool control panel to properly regulate the water temp. PB decided to update the panel inside the 2013 heat pump. Then the heat pump began cycling on & off on & off when the water temp came close to the setting. It would turn on and run for as little a 5 seconds, shut off, and even before the fan stopped spinning turn itself on again. On 6/8 I videoed it doing this 5+ times in 3 minutes. Two weeks ago the heat pump was finally changed out for a 2017 heat pump. The waterfall leaked from the first. PB has been out here at least 5 times to fix the waterfall (most often without notice they were coming out). It began leaking again each time. The beginning of June they removed and replaced the entire top. The mortar they used then was a slightly different color.Last week PB came out again to look at the waterfall. I specifically asked for notice. They were supposed to get here at lunchtime. They came early, 7:30am, bypassed our neighborhood's security gate, and climbed over our locked backyard gate. These workmen never even knocked on our door so I could unlock our property gate for them. They removed and replaced the entire top, again. When they finished they left debris and trash everywhere. There was mortar dust all over the landscaping, completely crushed plants, an old yellow brush in the bottom of the pool, mortar footprints on the coping & concrete deck, large lumps of dried mortar stuck to the plaster...I will NOT recommend this company to anyone I know. The lack of communication, lack of prompt follow through, plethora of excuses, and poor subcontractors being the main reasons.
Wendy Ferguson, Realtor: Google says they're open on Sunday but they aren't. Spoke to a nice sales person name Larry, very helpful.
Ron McCann: The design and execution was near perfect. I had a problem after the pool was paid for and all checks cleared. The problem was resolved quickly and painlessly. The building process was not quick, weather related issues slowed us down. You cannot beat Larry, Chase and their top notch crew. If youre getting ready to build a pool, youre getting ready to drop a lot of money. I could have had a less expensive pool but not a better one. Don't have regrets, go with Parrot Bay Pools.
S K: We have been very pleased with our pool. We first met Larry at our home without having a specific pool design in mind, however he listened to our likes and dislikes, surveyed the potential pool site, and came back with a design that was better than we could have imagined. We had also met with other pool contractors, but the attention to detail Larry put into his design was far better than his competition.Chase and the other construction guys also did a great job. Chase is very knowledgeable about the construction process and the equipment. He was able to answer all of our questions. Chase was also always available whenever we needed him, which was very important to us.If you're looking for a new gunite pool, you should at the very least give Larry, Chase, and the rest of the team a look.
Christie Proctor: Very Experienced and Knowledgeable! Great to work with from Day One! Pool is beyond what we could ever have imagined!!!
Lon Akerberg: When we were looking to have a concrete pool installed in our yard, we interviewed four builders in the Little Rock area. All four were reputable companies however, Larry Rogers with Parrot Bay Pools explained and demonstrated to us how our pool design was going to fit the slope of our yard and draw out the functionality associated with our terrain. We had a drainage problem and all this was resolved with this design. The crew and staff at Parrot Bay were exceptional to work with. Excellent craftsmanship in their stone and tile work. Supervision of the project was superb as well. I highly recommend their company.

Tri City Insulation & Build Prod: what do users think?
Erica Walters: Spoke with a manager today, who after almost 2 years of complaining about water damage happening in upstairs bathroom is refusing to come and look at their frame that is cracking and leaking because it’s “outside 1 year warranty”, when I brought this to everyone’s attention September 2021 3 months after moving into a brand new house. Incredibly poor work, terrible customer service for a military family in Moore County. Highly do NOT recommend because you will likely get a response as I did that was “nothing I can do for you, we can sell you a new shower door”. Horrible
Laura: The customer service was not professional and never returned my messages. They don’t keep appointments and they don’t call you to reschedule or explain why they didn’t show up. After months of trying to get my fireplace hooked up I had to call someone else. Excuse after excuse if you can even get someone on the phone.
Dan Wilkes: Great customer service
Marilyn Pearson: Fireplace installation. Totally ripped off. Been trying to get them to service for .8 months. Built new home with Ben Stout. Trying to get them to convert to electric. Jaime Greene. You outta be ashamed.
Mickayla Allen: If 0 stars were an option they’d get that. Ordered a fireplace back in October 2021, comes in February 2022. THEY STILL ARE NOT DONE INSTALLING. Have been told newly promoted “Tim” doesn’t want to be bothered with his unfinished job. Unprofessional, to say the least. Should’ve been fired not promoted. Goes to show the direction of this company and what it values. Definitely not it’s clients.
Scott Warner: Choose a different company for gutters. Tri city came out and installed gutters on our house August 18th (after rescheduling us twice). Things happen, especially during a pandemic, so we were understanding and patient. Part of the job was to put leaf guards on. There is still a portion of our house without the leaf guards because they didn't complete the job...and guess what's happening now that it's fall? The installers also left cut metal pieces from the gutter guards all over the place outside of the house, so I had the pleasure of cleaning up after the guys who charged me $4,100 for this job.We have called and set up a time for the installers to come back out and finish the job at least 4 times now and they never show up. Every time I call back, they have to look and "see the next time they will be in our area" which usually means we get scheduled a week out. A week later, nobody shows up again. This company won't take you seriously, so don't even bother. We should have went with roofwerks.
Cheryl Eaglin: Would not use this company again. Water runs behind the gutters when it rains. One man installed the gutters. I made a complaint, 2 men came out for 5 minutes and quickly left. Bill came out twice and the problem still exists. Bill said he was going to bring another supervisor, but I haven't seen them yet. Very disappointed and would not recommend them at all.
Kenneth Hubbard: They did not call or have not showed up
Michelle Graham: Wish I never had installThey leak behind gutters when rain, turning board black with mildew. They have been out couple of times but still leaks. One of the men that came out told me they had not caulk the space on guyters. I'm 72 widow I feel Jeff lied & promlse to fix the problem but haven't seen or heard from him..Big mistake to use this company. I rate them a big head ache& regrets.
Amanda Brock: Great Place Great pepopl Great work...Call them today and get them to do a job for you .....
Debbie Waitley: They didn't have the particular color vinyl that I needed, but they went out of their way to find out where I could find it.
melanie roscoe: Had an appointment from 12-4, they called at 2:51 to tell me that the installer called in sick. "She didn't know was her excuse. It took me from 9/28 -10/8 calling daily and leaving a mess to even get the appointment. Now have to wait another week. Poor service.
Kim S.: I got two quotes for gutter this company and another. The other company quoted me 3x as much for the same type of gutters (seamless). I think the only difference was the hangers they used and that wasn't worth the 3x quoteThese guys gave me a great quote for my whole house. They got me in within a month. When they came to install it only took a couple house and they were very nice and courteous. There happened to be a major rain later that day and the gutters worker beautifully
John Bennett: Great prices
Earnest Feaster: Great service
Damon Edge: I love my job and.....
Cindy Rosado: I recently had TriCity install gutters on my home sides and rear. The representative Jeff was professional and responsive. The crew that did the install was timely, professional, skilled and quick. I would recommend this company if your need gutters. They also do shelving!

Affordable Pools: what do users think?
Jocelyn Deighton: Hands down best company around!!! Ken responded quickly and knows about pools and pumps inside and out!!! Will never go anywhere else! Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy! I could not be more impressed with the service and efficiency of Ken and his company! Well done and thank so, so, so very much! I appreciate you more than you know getting our pool back up and running!!!!!Services:General repairs maintenance,Swimming pool equipment maintenance,Swimming pool equipment repair
Arthur Saffo: Good people
B Fisher: Best pool company around great price excellent customer service highly recommend
Jennifer Flanagan: Positive:ProfessionalismI wasn't aware of this store until today. After leaving my usual pool maintenance store empty handed (they are having trouble keeping things in stock) I happened to look over at the right time and saw the sign. They had the exact item in stock and the store employee was helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you.Service:Swimming pool summerization
Rhett Stroupe: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ValueAffordable Pools replaced my inground pool vinyl liner. Chris and Dominic displayed professionalism and awesome customer service! My new liner looks great! Keep up the good work!
Danni Wynn: I can’t thank you enough for not only taking time to try to fix the problem over the phone, but getting some one out here quickly to fix the situation. I bought a home that has a pool that was built by Affordable Pools and it’s nice to be able to ask questions (size of pool, shock and chlorine questions) and the sweet woman on the phone answered all of my questions who was so pleasant to deal with! You forever have a loyal customer! Thank you!!!Service:General repairs maintenance
Elbert Terrell: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueVery nice family business and reasonable prices. They are definitely worth the wait. The owner was very honest about the process and any questions I had. Highly recommendServices:General construction,Remodeling,General repairs maintenance,Swimming pool water analysis
Jordan Stephens: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Value
Alyssa Stoffer: I would not recommend this company. The liner was replaced on my pool just fine. But the communication or lack there of has been awful. We hired an outside lead detection company to come out to determine where a leak is post the liner install. Its in the light they installed after doing the liner. I've been instructed by their office manager not to call the office because I was rude. So my husband called to try and get answers and he was greeted with unprofessional attitude. My renters have also tried to get a clear answer on what work was done pertaining to the bottom drain and they were given a different answer then my husband. Its a complete mess and a total waste of our time and money.Updated-12/28 -Funny that “thou shall not lie” isn’t part of your “Christian values”. We took your company to small claims court over 18 months ago and WON. You can keep your false narrative but I’ll keep telling everyone to stay away from your company.Services:Remodeling,General repairs maintenance
Michael hedgpeth: Critical:ResponsivenessCalled 4 or 5 times to get an estimate on an in ground pool. No reply. Even stopped in one day and they said they had me on the list - have yet to see anyone and it’s been 3 months. Needless to say they will definitely NOT get our business.
Michael Solomon: In process, will write an in-depth review of my experience once complete.
mary mullaley: Okay
Melanie Livingston: Our experience from beginning to present has been exceptional! I wouldn’t waste time with any other company. Ken is straight up with everything, does what he says, is on time and very professional. His staff is professional and friendly and gets the job done! Lisa is super friendly and very knowledgeable about all things pool but rest assured if she doesn’t know something she will get the answer to you as quickly as possible. I am 100% satisfied with my pool installation and the service that I have gotten with it.
Jerrod Keplinger: Really disappointed. Affordable pools advertises itself as a Christian based business but that’s not the experience we’ve had. The owner gave us a price which was to “include everything” but when it came down to it, tried to back out of his word and charge us much more. It’s too bad you can’t trust a mans word anymore. Losing the business of two pools.
Scott Caisse: I used this company to replace the liner in my inground pool. The initial work was done and was timely. On the second season part of the liner started to come loose. I called and asked The owner to come and look at it. He explained that it would be an $89.00 service call. He said the warranty was only good for one year(almost $2,500.00). My issue was with the workmanship not the product. Poor customer service and does not stand behind his work. I will pay someone else before I give him the business.
Dante Oops: We are absolutely in love with our new pool! Ken did listen us careful and give us advice which he was very knowledge. He never pushed mew to get something bigger and more money. Ken did a beautiful and professional job. I was very impressed with their pricing compared to their competitors. I love that they are a family ran small business. Customer service was great and we have no complaints. I highly recommend this company for the job.
Stephanie Searor: This company did an amazing job installing our pool liner last year. Their prices are fair and they do a good job; however, because they are very good, they’ve gotten very busy, and definitely need more help. The owner’s daughter is doing a majority of the work, and she definitely doesn’t have enough hands or time to get everything done. I hope they can find some good help so that they can take care of even more pools in Fayetteville!
Clinton: Had a great experience from day 1, I highly recommend Affordable pools. Our pool was completed on time no changes in the price no issues and have been enjoying it for several months. Ken and his team are great! I'm not sure about some of these bad reviews because you don't pay until each phase is completed so they don't take your money for a job not completed. I will continue to use and recommend affordable pools for all our pool needs.
Amanda Brown: I was nervous about getting an inground pool installed I had several company's come give me estimate Affordable Pools had the lowest price and didn't try talking me into something I didn't want. He was honest with me about everything up front and did it exactly how I wanted it. I am very pleased with this company!! I will be using them for all my future pool needs! Thank you so much for making my backyard my own paradise
Victoria McIvor: Contacted them in February now it's June and the work was finally completed. My liner was ordered and replaced no problem but the concrete to get fixed is where my trouble began. I had to call them and ask them when the work was going to be done. They never called me without being prompted to explain anything going on, until I asked for a discount for the inconvenience is when I got an explanation and them saying no we can't come off the price. They said the concrete guy was in the hospital for two weeks and with the rain they couldn't get it done faster. My thing is there was plenty of days between march and may to come finish the job but what really upset me is no explanation for anything until I ask for them to come down in price! They should've contacted me and explained to me during the process but they didn't. His daughter took off a hundred for the inconvenience but not her father ken. She understood I was upset and took off what she could which I am thankful but her father was like sorry my guy was in the hospital for two weeks and there was rain so I can't come down on the price. Mind you they had since march after the liner to finish. How many days is that? Exactly, I will never consult them again or recommend them. Very poor costumer service. But they got a star because that's the lowest choice and because of the daughter. Thank you for the discount and I apologize for being so angry in the store. It wasn't you just the whole situation.
Shawn Holmes: Great company! I would refer him to anyone he was very willing to work with us and fast! The owner is very hands on every step of the way
