We were told by the company’s owner or manager Chris that we were overcharged by the company and it would be reflected on the invoice, never received a new invoice. Called weekly about the open invoice that was never corrected and was recently told it was being moved to collections. We ended up paying it just to be done but it wasn’t what we agreed on.Not very responsive or trustworthy. Spent over $2k for things that we never received and services never rendered.

The reason for our service was due to the fact that we have been having quite a few issues with our fire system for some time now and originally had another company come into our store to take a look. The previous company was at our store 2 months ago and MAN that company had NO idea what they were doing and messed our entire system up EVEN MORE, to the point that halfway through the service we told them to just leave. Today Chris and Drew were at our store, and they were able to give us some information on what the previous company may have done and what was causing the issues, and they resolved our problem in about 20 minutes along with making sure any questions we had were answered and making sure we had all the information we needed on hand if the situation were to happen again. If we have the issue of needing another company again, I hope we are able to request your company in the future and more specifically Drew and Chris, because they really were great! Having them as employees is an absolute asset to your company! Thank you guys again!
