Jen V: I wish I could give a positive review for the company, however, I couldn’t even get an appointment made. The office receptionist was exceptionally rude, was not interested in my home because I live in a different town. My home needs two chimneys cleaned and repairs made to both, the job wasn’t important enough and they “would lose money” going to one call instead of the two or three they could fit in that time. Also because they are in “hurricane mode” i was not able to schedule a quote for my home. I do not know how much I will be spending to make the necessary repairs to my hone, but I know that I will not be using this company. It’s sad, too, I am a dedicated customer to companies that do good work.

Marissa: I called for an estimate to have a brick mason come and repair/ remove the clean out door on the chimney to prevent bugs. The current door is off and at night we noticed bugs were finding their way in, so we decided to have the problem fixed as soon as possible. An inspector was sent out and suppose to give me a free estimate. No estimate was given to me at the appointment and I never heard back from Clements about my repair estimate. He didn’t seem very knowledgeable about that kind of work. I think I will be going with a different company that can help me with brick masonry repair.
