From the moment I walked in and filled out the intake form I noticed all the beautiful amenities and the sound of running water. I felt as though I had left Fayetteville and teleported to a place of calmness and serenity. My therapist listened to all of my concerns and tailored my therapy session accordingly. I will be back for breakthrough pain and highly recommend this establishment. I was unaware that this type of professional service, care, and attention to detail existed in this city. El H: I have gotten a massage here twice; both times it was exceptional, and I have no complaints about the massage services.However, I recently got a basic manicure and pedicure here, and it was not at all worth it. The massage is $100 for an hour, tip included; the basic mani/pedi was $100 WITHOUT tip included, which I found very strange. The technician who did my nails absolutely ruined my cuticles on my right hand- the left hand was barely spared because she realized that my right hand had started bleeding due to how harshly she was cutting away at my cuticles on the right hand. She then continued to paint my nails, which was ridiculous because 1) that is unhygienic and it stung and 2) there was literally blood mixed in with the polish that made streaks. It looked horrendous. When checking out, the owner proceeded to blame me, saying I must be anemic and tried to laugh it off. I questioned the price of the manicure and stated I was unhappy with the result, she tried to make up for it by giving me some very cheap ($13 on amazon) face cleanser and tried to explain it away. I was very dissatisfied with the service, especially considering I had made this appointment for an upcoming engagement photoshoot. The polish barely lasted a day as well. It was overall unprofessional, and I should not have been charged for the manicure.As a side note: Both times I have been here, the TV above the sitting area has had FoxNews playing, and both times the owners made comments to us about what was being broadcasted. I go to a spa to relax and get away from the bombardment of news and politics of the world, I do not want to hear or be subjected to someone's (anyone's, regardless of affiliation) political views and comments after receiving a massage at a local business. Leave the politics at home, or play the news in the breakroom.

An Bui: I have been going here for a while and it’s a great facility and service except that they have not done much for Covid precautions recently. There’s no mask requirements and no temperature checks, especially with the therapists. When I tried to ask about Covid policies the owner dismissed me and said I don’t have to come here, which is fair but I have been a customer for so long that when I ask about Covid , it was very defensive and I, as a client, just want to be safe especially since I work in the hospital and am dealing with very sick patients. I am writing this review to keep it transparent for future customers who are concern about Covid. If not, it is still a good place but there are other spas out there that tries to make it safe for customers and understand their concerns.

Wasn't very calming at all.At the end I had tipped, and they continuously showed other people's reciepts begging for more of a tip. They kept saying "no, no. There was no technique for apply pressure to relax muscles. I stopped by yesterday after driving up from Florida. I was sore and stiff after the long drive, but the masseuse left my lower back even more sore after walking on me like a cheap floor mat. I left a small tip but she really didn't deserve that.

She grabbed my hair together and pulled it. I told her no I dont like that and she leaves the room when another customer came in even though they had other people working. Im assuming she is the only one that semi speaks English. Then she comes back and is staring at the clock and finishes early, but I was totally cool with it. I go to leave and she runs after me asking for a tip. Nevertheless, worst place I've ever been to. I feel like I need a massage to get rid of the pain from this massage.

The pillow they have only allows you to lay on your side which, I felt didn’t give my massage therapist a good advantage of getting the spots I really needed done and my massage period. It’s not worth the price nor the time. Plus my mother also went the same time and said, “she felt like her massage therapist wasn’t very customer friendly. It smelled like she had just came from smoking a cigarette.” So that’s all she smelt while receiving hers. She didn’t give her the warm towel as mine did but, it was left on the counter w/o her knowing. Even though I asked to focus more in my lower back since I’m pregnant, a full body is still just that. My arms didn’t get touched at all. This is a place I just honestly wouldn’t recommend. Even if I wasn’t pregnant, still would spend money else where.

When I called and spoke with representative, I was told corporate doesn't always get things sent through when canceled on website. I then asked if she could cancel my membership. I was told no, it needed to be paid up to date. I explained again I Canceled online in good faith. It was canceled and that I am not paying another month when it should have been canceled. They will not close my membership until I pay for the month I had already canceled online. Such a scam. If canceling membership online does not work, why is cancelation offered on their website?

Scarlette Rhodes: I was very unhappy with the service I received from your staff last visit. March 20 @ 1pm. I have been a customer for many years paying month to month even during the COVID years. I scheduled my 2 hour deep tissue massage with Andrea. She always does a phenomenal job hence me scheduling monthly massages with her. I understand that emergencies happen.Why was I not notified that Andrea would not be available. Why was I not given the opportunity to reschedule? We have to notify you 24 hours in advance of a change or get penalized (pay a fee). The reception staff member (5 of them sitting at the desk) stated "I'm sorry, I meant to call you". Then in front of the entire staff and customers in the waiting room, stated I have put you with another therapist and I'm sure she will do a great job for you. That kind of behavior put me on the spot. I agreed to allow this therapist to perform my 2 hour deep tissue massage.I was not satisfied with my service. The first 40 minutes of my "deep" tissue massage with through a blanket/sheet. Then my therapist had to take a cell phone call, I have never had a therapist interrupt my service to take a personal cell phone call. She was very polite but kept talking about "I needed to just tell-off whoever was making me so tense". I am an Intensive Care Unit nurse for 25 years, I have had back surgery in the past which I am sure is in my chart if she had bothered to check. I have never had a massage therapist with her technique of thumping and pinching. None of which had the desired effect of a "deep" tissue massage that I requested. I told her my neck and shoulders were stiff and she did not spend more that 5 minutes on them. She used an excessive amount of oil that was running off me at times. She also removed my hairband (without asking) and started running her oily hands through my hair and pulled it to help stimulate she said.After my massage was over, I was not offered a washcloth, towel, or anything to wipe off the excess oil before expecting to dress and exit my room.I am not a confrontational person by nature, so when I exited the facility, I paid my fee and left disgusted. I know I should have demanded to speak to a manager at the time but I was too angry to verbalize my displeasure at the time.Please have a manager call me to speak about this incident. I spend way too much money at facility to be treated like this. This could have all been avoided if your reception staff had simply called to reschedule me instead of guilting me into taking an inexperienced massage therapist "that will do great for me" per the male receptionist.

Additionally, Brianna in the office is very nice to deal with and on numerous occasions has fixed mistakes by other office/counter staff.Tim is difficult to book. I expect this when you find someone good.In general the place is a mill and the counter staff really does try. It doesn't appear the franchiser provides them with much training.HERE IS THE PART TO READ CAREFULLY.They absolutely will push you towards the membership for reoccuring revenue for them. Like gym memberships their terms make it tough to cancel. Be prepared for two to three months billing from your request to cancel.GIFT CARDS AREN'T GIFT CARDS.They market the hell out of the gift cards by email and text. You purchase them and give them to friends and they have restrictions on number of visits, their use, etc. Including trying to charge the gift card holder additional funds for the same service you purchased on a gift card they marketed. I have not seen this anywhere else with gift cards you purchase (these are not the 'free' or invite a friend to try gift cards. These are cards marketed at holidays or 'special deals'). THIS IS THE REASON FOR CANCELLING MY MEMBERSHIP. The franchiser couldn't care less...they got money from you and will get a new membership with the next sucker...MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICYAt cancellation request they didn't cancel. They said someone would call me in the next day or two. That never happpened. I called again and again. Melonie was supposed to call me. I then stopped in personnally and asked for Melonie to call me as she was supposed to call.Ultimately, days and days later and after the next billing cycle, they emailed me a link to cancel. Their strategy allowed them to book two additional months. The next thing will be to ensure the reoccuring charges actually stop...can't wait...

Will not repeat this location.
