Javier: I've been in to the store four times and can truly say the customer experience is above average. Today I spoke with Savannah and Kris and they both made me feel welcome. We were given options between uniforms and asked about other items we might consider for use either now or in the future. The entire time we were there we saw nothing but smiles. Great staff and a beautiful store! The owner is definitely doing something right because the staff is always in a great mood and working hard. We will definitely be returning for all of our future purchases. Thank you!

Eddie: The workers here are usually very upbeat and attentive and make it a point to greet and walk up to you to ask if you need help..but whoever was working the floor 6/12/23 there was none of that for me. Even if they weren’t actively doing anything they looked me in my face, walked past me and didn’t say a thing like they were busy. If I wasn’t required to get my uniforms from here for nursing school, I’d just order them off Amazon for cheaper like I normally do.

I was ready to walk out and she came over and saved the day. The store got $200 out of me because of Jamika. GREAT customer service. Keep this young lady around!

Shahari Pierce: This is a really neat store! I was very surprised by how large it is on the inside. They have a variety of items, from scrubs, shoes, novelty items and masks. They also custom design I.D tag holders and badges for any occupation. The customer service was outstanding! I caught them on their black friday sale, and ended up getting everything half off! I am definitely returning for products I may need in the future. I highly recommend them.

Farah Manila Hennis: First visit today and I'll deff be coming back in the future. The store is large and open and there's a wide variety of colors and brands. All the team members were super friendly and helpful, gave advise and kept checking back in with me to see if I needed anything. I had our 3 year old with me and they set him up with crayons and coloring pages so I was able to shop in peace. The scrubs I picked are super comfortable and came at a good price as well. Can't wait to wear them at work.

Breanna Wade: They have a okay option to choose from and you can order things if they don't have it but if you need anything bigger then a 3x; there isn't all that much to choose from & very little in store options.. the prices are high (uniforms are expensive) but I found a place with better options and prices in Spring Lake..

Steff B: My first and last time in this store today. Purchased a scrub jacket for work. Cashier rang price at $29. I had to ask about employer discounts. After discount applied, price was $23. Six dollar difference. The employee was willing to let a customer overpay for a purchase. Make sure you ask for your discount because this place just wants your money, not customer loyalty or repeat business.

Even if I can’t find what I’m looking for in store they always offer to help me by either calling their other location in Fayetteville for me on Skibo Road or they will order it for me and I was able to choose between picking it up in store or having it shipped to me house. They also give discounts on specific items!

L M: I knew I would find what I was looking for at Castle. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I found a large selection of uniforms in a multitude of styles and colors. Besides uniforms, they have shoes and accessories for the job. They will help find what you need, even if it's not in stock.

Both have warranties and work very well. They have a variety of colors, but when they didn't have the color cuff i liked, they offered to go to another store for me and had more there to choose from my second trip back. Thanks to Ursula Suitt. She was very kind and friendly. She was very helpful. Would recommend this place to everyone who needs medical supplies or uniforms. They also offer discounts to students. Han Stw: Free museum in Fayetteville. If you are into learning about military special operation and war history, this place is definitely a must-visit if you are in the Fayetteville area. There is also a simulator ride where you get into a platform that moves around pneumatically to simulate being military vehicles ($10 to ride). Gift store available.
