Excellence Auto Solutions: These Jokers are just standing around looking at a $1500 set of tires I have bought, and paid them to bring to me. I called today to see where they are, "Sir we can send them out tomorrow". Wrong answer. If you want good reviews DO NOT stand around looking at each other while you are sitting on my Bread and Butter!They cant even Hotshot something that is 3 days late, and only 30 minutes away... Would have been better off picking this up myself.Get a clue people. Get it together.

Richard Johnson: SEFL brought an expensive item to us. They had knocked it off of its original shipping worthy upright pallet and then piled it all on two pallets and strapped it down. It came to us with broken parts and serious scratches. We were not going to accept the freight, but the driver made a call to the office and they gave us a case number. We unloaded the freight. The customer we ordered it for would not accept the item so we had to order another one and have it shipped through a different carrier. It was in perfect condition when we received it. I filed a claim for the item, as I have no use for it, and SEFL denied the claim. They told me they would not pay my costs and could not tell me what they would pay. Now I have to get quotes to see what it cost to repair their damage for an item I don't need and that I have to pay the company that I ordered it from. It is wrong that a freight company can damage what they have been charged to deliver, damage it and it cost the one they shipped it to. Amazon would make this right with no problem. They care about customer service. Seems not the case with SEFL. This is worse customer service I have experienced with any company. They break it, you buy it!

Mountains: My package was sitting in Southeastern Freight warehouse in Fayetteville, NC for two working days. The dispatcher never called me to ask about a delivery set up. Dispatcher claimed he didn’t have my contact info, which is bullshi* because they receive everyone’s contact information they have to deliver to. Turns out my phone number was ON THE LABEL from the vendor as I expected. This particular dispatcher just didn't give a shi*. Nothing but excuses. People just want customer service.... that’s all. Driver was courteous. It's a shame one bad apple winds up costing these guys 3 stars.

Capital Hardwood Flooring: Called the Fayetteville office twice to let them know that after 230 pm that no one would be around to get the load off and or be there to inspect the product - the lazy person on the phone said he would let the driver know - the drive knew nothing about not showing up after 230 pm and came anyway - Office persons are junk at this location

Kayleigh McLean: Rude people tried telling us they were charging us extra 100 to deliver flooring when we already paid shipping thru home depot I had to call home depot to get them to step in and talk to these people about how i was being treated. They told me i better have a forklift to get it off the truck if i didn't have help I said who keeps a forklift at their house? Thats when they said well its going to cost $100 when they get here. I ended up having to go pick it up ourselves and when we get there since we were loading it up with no help we backed in and some guy storms out and says I told you to pull in not back in! Unbelieve.

Even changed my voicemail to provide a name and phone number at the front desk who would sign for the shipment in anticipation of the delivery driver calling confused again about how to deliver. Still failed. Had to drive to their warehouse to pickup what I paid them over $100 to deliver to me. Bad business.

Tony Coley: I wish I could give them 10 stars! I needed something special done with my delivery, so I contacted the terminal though my seller. What I needed was not difficult, but they didn't have to do it, either. The terminal manager was super friendly and told me the driver would do his best. The driver went above and beyond with the placement of the pallet. It was very thoughtful and nice on both their parts, and I really appreciate it!

Amberly Rhyne: Let me first off say that I love UPS ground service. They bring packages everyday to my workplace. However, one afternoon a UPS freight driver was coming for a pick-up (note: he was at the wrong location because we had not called for a pick-up) and decided to circle around our building, acting like he knew where he was going. Well, a couple of minutes later this ups driver comes in the office and says that he has gotten stuck. We proceed to go outside and check things out...well, he had dug up a good bit of our yard trying to get unstuck. After he finally got unstuck by calling a wrecker service, I contacted my UPS account manager. He notified me that since it was ups freight, he couldn't do anything about the situation so he gave me the contact information for the ups freight location that this driver had come from. I sent an email to the ups freight manager at the Fayetteville location explaining what had happened and included pictures. We spoke on the phone and he told me that he would be emailing me right away...well, a day goes by and still no email from him so I sent him an email letting him know that I did not receive the email. He then replied and told me that he was working on filing the claim for me and that he did not forget about me. 3 or so weeks go by and still nothing from him.... I emailed him once more asking where we stood in the process-another week goes by and still nothing. I tried to call his extension multiple times and was sent to his voicemail. I couldn't leave a voicemail because after the voicemail greeting, an automated voice said "we're sorry, we cannot process your call" and hung up on me. I then took it upon myself to call ups customer service to see who I could talk to about this issue. I was finally directed to a lady (I won't mention her name) that let me explain to her the situation and told me that she was going to email this manager herself to see what was going on. She called me back and told me that if I had not heard from the manager by noon the next day to call her. Still no call OR email from him so I called her back and she finally gives me the ups claim # to file for insurance purposes for the damage. I asked her if she knew why the Fayetteville manager had not gotten in contact with me and all she knew was that he told her 'he had been busy'. I understand being busy... I work a lot and receive lots of emails on a daily basis, but if you can't have the common courtesy to reply to an email after 2 or so weeks you shouldn't be the manager. Very unprofessional. Worst customer service from a ups freight manager I have ever received.
