Kameren Kelly: They were hired by the selling agent to make repairs to a home that I was buying. The agreement through the seller was to repair and replace all damaged wood on the deck. For some reason they refused to touch the pergola. Many of the posts on the deck are obviously damaged and were not repaired or replaced. A lot of them look like they were just stained over to hide the damage. There is obvious structural damage to the pergola, which is attached directly to the deck, and a very clear effort was made to not repair the pergola as an even line of stain can be seen on the support posts. I am very disappointed with the end result. The repairs took longer than I had agreed on with the selling agent and I was unable to see the repairs until the day before closing. I was forced to extend the due dilligence date and loan terms with my lender, resulting in out of pocket expenses on my part. I was told on multiple occasions that the repairs were finished, only to drive by the house and see that it was still actively being worked on.

honey bear drops: Someone came to do a runthrough for a kitchem reno back in January. They never called back with information, then months later , I called and was given the run around 3 different times. They finally said they wouldn't be able to help with a kitchen' renovation. So unprofessional. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The man I spoke to said we were supposed to call back about appliances, and I told him not to worry about that and if we can work around that. He was rude and seemed like he didn't want to talk. Smh. Bad business.

Alison Taylor: Harold came out 3 weeks ago Tuesday to give me an estimate. Nice enough dude, but the first words out of his mouth were "how are you planning to pay for this?" Didn't offer up any suggestions for a kitchen remodel, I had to keep bringing up things to include in the quote. I could be wrong but I was hoping to have someone that would know what goes into a kitchen remodel and that could point things out to me that I wasn't even thinking of. He said he would get back to me in about 3 days. All of my other estimates came in a little later then was promised so I didn't put much stock in the timeline, I get that things come up. After a week I emailed the company to touch base and see if there was a update on the estimate and to make sure Harold don't forget about me/misplace my contact info. 2 weeks later still nothing.

daniel shapiro: They do great work. I've used a bunch of other companies to work on my house over the years and they have been the best. They really are honest,reliable, and do great clean up. You really can't go wrong with these guys. I just got tired of working on my house on my own and doing the DIY thing. It's not as fun as just sitting back and hammering beers, while other people are working for you. I only ever DIY anything because I hated paying someone and seeing that they did a crappier job than what I could have done. I'm glad I finally found a company that was worth what they charged because you don't always get what you pay for, sometimes you pay and just get screwed.
john shivers: We gave this company a call. The guy came somewhat on time but was off because he wrote down the wrong house number. We were on the phone with the company when he showed up. He had an idea of what he wanted to add to our house. He was offering us a covered porch. We finally had to show him pictures of what we wanted and then he promised that he will go back and write up the estimate and email it to us the next day because he did not have the price for the wood.He got some good measurements and up until today we don't have the estimate. Hopefully you are not in a hurry to get anything done because this company move in two speeds(slow and stop) and is not worried about you as the customer with your time line. Harold is a good man, however I don't think he knows what he is doing.

I always felt that the communication was top of the line and thanks to Mr. Cooper even if we hit a bump in the road little time was lost. I have already referred people to Bramble Builders.
JD Hill: When looking for a contractor to reface our fireplace Bramble was the first place I called due to the one positive review here on Google. I was excited when I called because they were able to come out the same day to give us an estimate. He arrived on time but lacked any sort of motivation or vision for the project. He simply came in, listened to my ideas, took no measurements and told me he would send me the estimate. Two weeks have past and since then I have hired another contractor (Craftsmen Building) who has given me an estimate and designed and completed the project.

sebastian kaiser: Mike from precision overhead garage door service was extremely helpful fixing the springs on our garage door after one of the springs failed. Pointed out some other potential issues that could reduce the life of the system and was able to fix our garage door / replace the parts in an hour. From start to finish they work with you every step of the way from designing the first set of plans to handing the keys of a finished home. Not only do they do residential custom homes but I also got the opportunity to go to some of their commercial and government job sites the quality and detail that they put in to their custom homes is also transferred into the government commercial world so no matter what type of job they’re doing they strive to do the best they can be. robert golliher: Scheduled an estimate and they never showed up. Not only did they not show up but made no effort to contact me and let me know they wouldn't make it. I called them and no one answered. I will tell you in my experience, a company that doesn't respond or value your business will not deliver the quality you would expect. Help is hard to find these days!UPDATE** Company called to reschedule and make it right. I passed and chose not to hire them because first impressions mean a lot to me but at least they called back.UPDATE #2** Owner of the company called me and essentially tried to bully me into giving them a five star review saying that them missing their appointment has nothing to do with their quality of work. They then continue to say that I was mistaken about my appointment date even though I took off work to meet them and gave them an hour past their time and left them multiple messages. The time they SAY was my appointment, I was out of town for so I would have never scheduled the appointment then. They also said that I will get a bad review one day for my business as well for Mad Dog Powersports. Sorry man, I won't because I treat each customer with the utmost respect and value their business, not just the high paying customers. I would like to see proof of when YOU scheduled my appointment because I can guarantee you cannot offer any. Lastly, the bottom line is his family member in charge of scheduling made a mistake and he cannot handle a bad review based on poor business. There are multiple reviews now that say THEY messed up their schedule and cant keep appointments. Poor business and customer service all around.

Juliana Myers: The front facade of our house was worked on due to storm and rainwater damage. Riverstone Construction spent about 2 weeks working on it. 2 interior long sturdy 19 ft pine wood pylons were made on site to stabilized the the front facade. 6 older glass panes were removed and replaced with 6 better quality wood framed Jeld Wynn glass panes. Outside front facade woodtrim was all replaced as needed and restained to match the outside stain color. Interior trim work was redone as need and restained to match. Jasson Robbins has David and Jacob working hard as Master carpenters. Beautiful carpentry woodwork. Another Jason stained the outside and inside finished woodwork. Turned out amazing. Front facade work turned out solid and beautiful. Inside and out our loghome looks more classy, than just rustic. We recommend Riverstone Construction for all kinds of building needs or work. Isaiah Dixon: Great company and staff. Danielle and Jassan were really easy to work with. I got my estimates and consultation within 48 hrs of the initial appointment to see the damages of my roof. Juan and his roofing team did an amazing job on our new Driftwood colored roof. They started a day late, but had the roof done in less than 2 days. His crew got to work on time as scheduled, and did a fantastic job.During our renovation, any little thing I had a question about Lewis was quick to respond to, answer, or correct. Bella L: Buyer beware! We purchased our home in 2021. I normally don’t write reviews, but these builders are the worse in my opinion. Do not purchase from them until they fix everything. They will tell you don’t worry;” you have a year warranty and nothing gets fixed.” They let our warranty run out so we spent thousands to fix their mistakes. I will never buy anything from these builders again. Do your due diligence before buying a home from them. We have new neighbors that are dealing with the same problem we had. T C: Will not support military movers. AVOID this builder if you are military and PCSing to Lejeune. Unprofessional and unresponsive. We found a home that we were interested in and when the listing agent finally got back to us days later she said that no offers were put on the house. When we submitted an offer, it turned out the builder had already accepted one that the listing agent did not even know about! Even more frustrating was that the other offer was submitted after we tried contacting them for info. After that ordeal they told us another lot would be ready for July since that is when we needed to be in town. Once we started putting in an offer for the lot, they came back and said July was unrealistic two days later! To make matters worse, after our offer on another home was accepted the original one we wanted was back on the market!! We wasted a week and a half with these people and potentially lost other homes that went off the market while going back and forth with them. Do not deal with these people, especially Alex in Oyster Landing Sneads Ferry unless you want to get back doored on shady offers and dealings.

Ian Chen: Very bad experiences so far from this builder on an investment property in NC. The house were found to have multiple issues during the annual inspection. Everything is still covered by warranty. Two months passed after I filed the warranty claim followed with emails and phone calls. No response. Kirstyn Rossman: There are many issues I could list in the development of our home. We understand things happen, but the communication was the worst part. Anytime we reached out with questions we were treated like we were an inconvenience. We closed 2-3 months later than planned. On our closing date, we had a huge list of things still not completed. We were just so thankful to finally be in our home we figured it is what it is.Until we had an actual emergency in our home. We upgraded to a gas package. When our stove was installed, I would turn it on and the flame was HUGE. We contacted the warranty department to send someone out. Our choice was to not use the range at all while we waited weeks for this to be solved- so I cooked on the lowest setting which damaged all of my nice pots and pans.A technician came out and said "all set!". The issue remained. So they sent ANOTHER tech out who said the stove was incorrectly installed and that he fixed it. The next morning I made breakfast for myself and my two small children, ages 3 and 6. Within an hour, the carbon monoxide alarm went off. I thought it was a fluke but called 911 and went outside with my kids and dog anyway.The fire department came and said the carbon monoxide levels were toxic. They sent out EMS to check out myself and my daughters who did in fact have a low amount of carbon monoxide. They stated had we waited a few more minutes it would have been a medical emergency. It took another fire crew coming and doing remediation for over an hour to fix it.I called C&C warranty, they sent out another tech. He couldn't find the source. Just said I dont know what to tell you. I was too scared to use the stove so called AGAIN. They sent the appliance tech out this time who immediately saw the conversion was done incorrectly. One of the techs had installed to natural gas instead of the correct setting, causing the natural gas issue.After all that- the only call I got was from the foreman who has been the only consistently kind person. No one from C&C called to even offer an apology for what could have been a devastating incident. I can never recommend this company.

Dav S: Finally closed 4 months late, the foreman is a joke actually called me up fussing at me about some list that I gave someone, I told him I live 3 hours away I have not been there since pre drywall. After that he shut his mouth. The reason they are late they claim supply chain and lumber but bottom line it is a money grab for them right now and they use cheap labor and poor quality, foreman seems to be absent alot or atleast in his own mind, had no attention to detail. Literally had about 20 broken tiles in backsplash the they missed it before my final walk through. Sales team and sales support are incredible but it ends there. Honest truth if you try to wipe a smudge off the wall the paint comes off. The plastic electrical boxes in ceiling are cheap quality and i am not sure nor do i trust them to hold a ceiling fan. I had some friends in another city (Pinehurst area) have very similar issues so it is not isolated in this area.I have been told lie after lie from foreman and have it all documented. Their warranty team is really good and i appreciate them. The backyard was a mess, old tires, sandbags, beer cans, brush, poison ivy and much more, i kept asking about it and was told it was my problem, 3 days after closing the foreman tells me he is going to have lanscapers come clean up because other 2 neighbors complained too. Well think he can not send anyoneback on to my property after closing and of course they never showed, needless to say i am in deeeep on clearing this mess myself. I could be here for days but do not waste your time the owners do not care either, I called them and they avoided me by having someone else call me, cowards!!! I'm old school I believe in facing it head on
