Bill “Revenant” Automaton: Worst Garbage Collection ever.. Rude, unprofessional, never open except the 7th Monday of ever 9th month. Recycle is sometime around Christmas and MLK day but only if the year ends on a even year number.... USE ANYONE ELSE... You have been warned!!!
Kyle Antonius: Been calling for 3 going on 4 weeks trying to get yard debris picked up. Every time I'm assured they'll swing by but the truck never passes my house. I can hear the truck in the neighborhood but it never comes down to the end of the main road.. Pretty annoying.Edit: they finally picked it up the 6th week. And since then they haven't been back by to pick up the yard debris that is currently sitting out there. I'm about to cancel and go to the dump myself.
Kathryn Tremmel: Ever since they changed the recycle pick up to every other week it has been hit or miss to get our recycling picked up. They have not picked it up now for over a month. When I call they blame it on a new driver who doesn't know the route and then they will just pick it up with the regular trash the next day. So why do I pay for 2 pick up days and then they don't even take the recycling as recycling but rather mix it with the trash. I wish we had another option for trash pick up cause this is beyond ridiculous. The office hours are alo extremely inconvenient. What business closes on a weekday at 1? They don't stay open long enough to take care of the issues.Service:Trash removal disposal
David Avila: Awful service. They skip my cans at least twice a month and when they do they don't even do a good job. If anything is out of the cans they WILL NOT take it, it doesn't matter if is a box 3 times the size of the cans they will leave everything out of the cans. Not worth a single penny.

Will take yr money while giving sub par service with no compensation.They go thru yr cans and complain about content that’s not against the written rules. Often hires workers that do not want to work. You can hear them complaining about it loudly very early in the morNing. Actually waking to it every Week. If you have a complaint. YXMY MXYXMY: My review is based on the recycling crew (Don, Jason and Shaqim). They are so helpful. They collect the recycling bins even when I've forgotten to put it out and they put the garbage cans back without damaging them. They also put the huge trash can back that the Monday crew leave by the curb. Thanks Recycling Crew, you guys are awesome!!!I know people do not often think about the job that the trash collectors do, along with the recycling crew, but all of you are appreciated. If we as a society did not have trash collection and recycling, we all would have to find other ways to dispose of our trash and get rid of our recycling. Thank you!
J C: Today as I walk through my neighborhood I found the most disgusting site of leaked garbage everywhere. I called to speak with a supervisor and was told they would call me back(never happened). At some point they came out and covered one of the large spots with what I equate to kitty litter, but left the remainder of the neighborhood a disaster. We have had people calling for over a year with no resolution. My next steps will be to file a complaint with the county and the EPA. The entire neighborhood now smells like hot garbage. Luckily I have pictures of everything!!!!

Us McGuire: Company side: Poor customer service, takes a few phone calls to get anything done.Trash collection side: Terrible.They leave the streets in worse shape than before they came. There are lines of liquid going up and down the streets from their trucks. They often leave pieces of trash along the street and the regularly put recycles into the trash side of the truck.

I’ve literally watch them casually reach into the trash and grab bags but it was okay for them to leave bags still in my trash. DRGM Manning: All American Sanitation(Note): since my initial posting in 2017, I have to adjust my review to five stars. Although I did encounter the situation initially posted, they have come through as being the best sanitation pick up service in my area. All American Sanitation trash pick up has been the first to pick in our area. I do my morning runs on Mon/Thu and my trash is picked up, when my neighbors trash does not get picked up sometimes late mornings, afternoons and late in the evening. I've had service with All American Sanitation now for over 4 years.

By the time you finish RENTING a trash can from All American Sanitation--you could have PURCHASED your own trash can 800 times over!! Your fees with All American Sanitation for having your OWN trash can is $1 cheaper. Really.2. I now have services with Southview Sanitation [you need to provide your own trashcan] and Southview Sanitation prices are 90 times cheaper than All American Sanitation. I tell you All American Sanitation got me for YEARS!!!!!!!3. I cancelled service with All American Sanitation and I was a loyal customer for YEARS. After PAYING attention, my eyes were opened to the double standards of All American Sanitation ZERO consistency standards. I finally became tired of reporting the behavior to the office. Bye All American Sanitation!!!!!!

Mary Quayle: I’m happy with the company. When we first signed up over 2 years ago, we had one missed day, and I was irritated that their office hours ended too early for me to reach them. But the person I ended up speaking with was courteous and displayed a high level of customer service, so that went a long way with me. We haven’t had any other problems. The way they schedule recycling and yard waste might not suit all, so be sure to learn what they offer. I love how simple they make bill-paying, which is really what prompted me to write this.
Dr. Griffin: My husband and I have been with All American Sanitation since we bought our home in 2017 and they have been pretty good to us.We had one issue at the very beginning of service, where they forgot to pick up our trash, but I have a doorbell camera and noticed very early that my trash was forgotten, so I called the office, told the receptionist of the situation and they came back out that day to my trash.I can see how some people might say that customer service isn't the best, but I haven't had an issue with their customer service, the lady that answers the phone doesn't always sound happy, but I imagine that working in the trash business is not a happy job.We get our bills on time and they have online bill pay, so it works for us.Just make sure you read and re-read their rules, which are listed on their website and I think you should be fine.

Chris Poole: I have been with All American Sanitation for years and have always paid my bill on time. A few weeks back they skipped my trash pickup so when I called to ask them why, they said sorry and came back to get it, never telling me that I was overdue. A week later I get my bill in the mail which said overdue with a 10 charge, so that same day I sent a check. A few days later they came and took my garbage can! I am very disappointed in the way they handled this situation and will be moving on to someone else. When I asked why didn’t they tell me when I called, the lady said it wasn’t her and she didn’t know why, Really! I’m moving on, they just lost a loyal customer.
A s: 5/13 Only had this trash service for 2 weeks and today they didn't take our trash. They removed a broken table that was leaned up against our garbage can, but failed to empty the garbage can.Update: 5/24 called to get the pickup for yardwork which they acknowledged. When I got home today, they didn't remove anything. You don't get what you pay for with this service. I'll be switching to the other service.Update: 6/2 we've officially had all American sanitation for 1 month. Today, they took a few boxes, but didn't take the trash can full of trash. I've called and left a message to understand what we can do to get this resolved.Update 6/5 Got in touch with them today. Still unsure of why our trash isn't taken regularly, but lady on the phone line was nice. Hopefully things turn around for us and our trash get picked up.update 9/15: They skipped my house again. Annoying to get off work and realize they did this when their business hours don't allow you time to call and correct said action.10/2018 they broke the lid off ou garbage can and didn't bother to say anything or fix it. When we called to see if they'll replace it, they said they won't cover it. ... Really? Damage to private property and you're willing to put it all on the line?
