I was able to get my wedding ring cleaned, get my ring size, and shop for a customizable ring as a potential gift. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. They gave amazing insight on how to clean my ring and info on my stone. The owner himself was there and everyone who works there is military affiliated. They also have military specific jewelry that would make perfect gifts for loved ones. All in all just a wonderful experience with people who you can tell truly enjoy their job. Will be returning!

I searched for over a year for a good quality and reasonably priced ring with no luck until I found Heritage Jewelers. They made the ring and shipped it in one week in time for Christmas, which is incredible. The best thing about it was to everyone’s surprise that it’s the exact ring he lost many years ago. Sergio Marroquin, Jr.: Heritage Jewelers was recommended by Batteries Plus to replace the battery in my Casio watch. They replaced the battery and then asked for payment of cash or check. I had neither! The lady stated that she would take my name and number and for me to come by at my convience to pay. WOW! You don't find places like this anymore. On my way out I browsed the various items and ended up buying a very nice bracelet for my wife. Without asking she gift wrapped it and put it in a nice presentation bag. Everyone is very friendly and helpful without being pushy. I will be returning to buy more.

And something many people dont or wont understand is gold buyers do not give you what you paid for the ring, thats not realistic. Sikatsu Rin: Ms. Parvaneh was very nice and saved the day. Mrs. Parveneh assisted me and showed wonderful customer service. After waiting about 10 mins in line I became very upset because I was in line behind another customer, and the lady at the register completely ignored me after finishing with that customer, as if I wasn't standing there, and left to go assist customers who had walked in just walked in looking at jewelry. She didn't even say excuse me, or I'll be with you in one moment. She completely ignored me, left, and when she had to come back to the front, didn't even acknowledge me or ask if I had been helped, indicating to me that she did see me while I was waiting in the line, but didn't care to assist me. It ended up being another lady with dark hair that kindly let me know that someone would be with me shortly, and that's when Mrs. Parvaneh saved the day. If you come to this kay Jewelry's, Mrs. Parvaneh and the lady with shorter darker hair will treat you with great customer service.

The process took about 2-3 months (my fault not the stores), but once I was ready and had the funds, Jessica was a complete rockstar addressing all my concerns, criteria and budget requirements. She even came in on her day off (multiple times) to accommodate for my busy and strict schedule. Ultimately she helped me land the perfect piece and she made this experience special and easy for me.
