andy gomez: If I could give this business zero stars I would, I called to get a quote on replacing a broken glass on a window, I gave them the dimensions that were on the window sticker and was given a price, two days later I drove to the store, waited over 15 minutes standing there, even though a lady clearly saw me and kept rolling the chair to see if I was still there. When they finally assisted me the price to replace the glass was almost $50 more than quoted over the phone. I returned two days later to pick up the window, first they couldn't find it, then I was told I needed to drive around back to pick it up from the loading bay. When I received the window I noticed the backing that holds the glass in place was broken, when I asked the person who handed me the window about it he replied with "we don't have any of that kind of backing so nothing we can do" then told me if I wanted to complain then I could walk around to the front and speak with someone. A gentleman who according to him was the manager looked at the broken piece and then ripped the piece even more, only to tell me that they don't carry that piece and will have to be ordered, told me I could leave the window there, I did not want to do that as it was going to rain and also my A/C would run constantly without a window. He offered to have someone install it at my house once they received the piece and tried to dismiss me even though they did not have my address. This took place in May 3rd, and today is May 29th. I have called multiple times to see if they have received the part and they continue to tell me that it takes 10-14 days for the part to arrive. I needed the broken glass repaired as the house was going to be rented and now I have to find another place that can fix it before the new tenants move in.

Annmarie Taylor: My husband and I had a horrible experience with AAA Glass company, which ultimately led to us canceling our order and requesting a refund. This occurred over 3 months after paying a 50% deposit and placing our order for a shower door and shower glass. We were initially given a 3 week turn around time for our custom order that turned into a 3 month+ wait without an end in sight. We were often left with no communication from our sales associate, further when we did receive updates about our order they were initiated by us and were unnecessary excuses about why our order was never actually processed or accepted by their manufacturing company. I would not recommend this company to anyone in the future.
Daisha Freeman: We bought an antique cabinet that was missing the glass in the door. AAA Glass had a new piece cut and installed the very same day! The customer service of Kaitlyn and Mr. Freeman was fantastic. The price was also much cheaper than the other places we had looked at!
Sara Farley: The lady at the front desk is awful. The worst attitude, doesn’t care about the job, doesn’t seem to know how to do it or doesn’t want to do it, and didn’t write the dimensions of our mirror in the work order so we got it later than expected AND the mirror was the wrong size. Honestly an awful experience and probably won’t go back.

Now Aaa glass is trying to file collectionsapril20 2022 for a job that was paid for August2021 have not received a call or anything until today and now be ause they have all new people they have lost payments and are reporting me to collections almost a year later. If I did not pay they would have reported me long before now. They are awful. Use any other co.pany.

Since I was asking them to make two screens for a discontinued window from a company no longer in existence; the technician/"shop guy" (Henry) talked with me to ensure he knew exactly what I wanted. The result--the screens fit perfectly. I am completely satisfied with the company, and will use them again if needed for other projects.

Called around to compare prices and Allstate was by far the most accommodating. By phone and scheduling no more than a week out I was able to get a much needed repair done in less than a couple of hours. I scheduled an appointment, arrived a few minutes early, and they completed the installation in about 30 minutes while I waited. They were very friendly throughout; from my initial quote request to completing payment. Another nice aspect was that the payment was exactly what they initially quoted including tax! I wish all businesses were run this well. I won't go anywhere else in Fayetteville for glass.

Shelby Harrell: The speed and service were excellent. Safelite quoted me almost $430 for a passenger side window that had been busted out during a robbery. They also would’ve had me waiting for like a week, which was really inconvenient. Hope Mills Glass only charged me $151 and did everything the same day I walked in. I was so thankful that I called around to check my options instead of just sticking to the big name. I saved a lot of money going here.

I have a vehicle w plastic over the rear windo to keep the rain & debris out for months now —- unacceptable service. Pathetic.
