Inan Ordukaya (LIO Holdings, LLC): **Update**The management team reached out and addressed my concerns to my satisfaction. Issues been resolved in less than 24 hours. I appreciate it. Thank you.Super friendly staff but the good stops there. I own my truck for a year now and I have been taking my truck to Flow GMC for service. To this day, I never get to have the service done in same day. If I took my truck for three things, two would get done and I have to come back for the remaining service. It didn’t bother me much until last two service. About a month ago, I took my truck for the required maintenance. Part of the maintenance was to clean the fuel system. However, I found out that the fuel filter was not part of fuel system cleaning service. So I schedule another service to change the fuel filter as well as the transmission service that was not done during the prior appointment (ordered parts). Long story short, I picked up my truck after service and paid for everything including the fuel filter but my warning light came on few days ago to change the fuel filter. I called and text the dealer and I was told a manager will be in touch but I haven’t heard anything yet.
Brigitte Anderson: Trisha is the first person to greet you when entering the facility. She is always very courteous and personable, makes you feel right at home. The facility as well as the restrooms are always very clean. They also offer free wi-fi, water, soda, snacks, coffee and hot chocolate as you wait for your vehicle. I have never had a negative experience at this location.

(-2) Just a reminder I don’t need to sign up to finance $100k with your company. Treat your people right and they will come back. I left with 0% faith that the bumper to bumper warranty will actually cover anything. I anticipate a phony excuse, just as phony as the pamphlet reads about outdated ignition system coverage. If you want any more information feel free to call me. Still time to change my review. Luke should have my number too. I don’t want to speak to Gerry.Update:Got a call from the manager after the review. He apologized for Gerry. There’s more to Gerry’s story. Long sorry short, from a consumer side of view, if the company wants to take care of their people move them to a position where it won’t affect sales. Secondly, he is going to request to update the warranty info. But I’m still on edge wether I’ll cancel within the 30 day mark.I got the hitch information from Luke, day late and a dollar short for the timeline I told him I needed a fifth wheel. But he did send it after the review is posted.Overall I’m at 5 out of 10Next adventure will be in service, under 500 miles and I got a service parking brake light. No fault of the dealer.

On top of that, they suggested to do a couple of other things. Unfortunately, due to the time it took to fix my car, I do not want to go back to Buick.

For my first oil change service I brought to the same dealership, & it also took an extended period of time. Don’t know if I’ll be returning to this dealership for service after my last two encounters.
