Matt Hyatt: Not a fan. I bought my golf cart from here a couple years ago and brought it back to get the batteries replace because I figured I’d give them the return business. I called about dropping it off to get the batteries replaced. They said if I dropped it off Thursday afternoon it would be done Friday morning by 9:30. So I did just that. I called Friday afternoon and was told they could possibly get it in still if not, it will definitely be done Saturday morning. So I ate the cost of the RV site at Myrtle Beach on July 4th weekend where there is a minimum night stay for Friday night so we could go down with the family golf cart. But by Saturday afternoon I had no calls about the golf cart being done. When I called, he gave me some story about his dad who does all the mechanical work just got up and left for the beach on Friday because he didn’t want to work. Had I known this before, I would have came and got my golf cart, got my own batteries and installed them myself. This is the problem with a family run business and poor communication with customers. Needless to say, I won’t return since they really don’t care about returning customers, just selling new golf carts. Which, while I was there, they had to take a brand new golf cart back to get repaired because the brand new one wasn’t even working properly.
