Aaron Plank: It's probably the worst experience I have had at a Chinese place. I am almost never negative, but when I say my dog could have seasoned the food more, I am not exaggerating. I had to load my "fried" rice with soy sauce because it tasted blander than white rice and took my main dish home to recook it with some flavor. Their salmon for sushi is about 90% fat. Buffet sushi has better ingredients. Had really high hopes for the place because of reviews, but both our dishes and sushi were worse than the frozen food I eat.

Amocoru: The reviews drastically overrate this restaurant just like most things in this city. The chashu and ramen eggs both tasted great, but that's where the positive ended. The shumai was fishy. The tonkotsu broth tasted like lightly flavored stock with ginger in it. It wasn't creamy and thick and didn't coat the noodles at all. My wife's chashu-men also just tasted bland and like soy sauce and ginger. Absolutely 0 depth to the broth at all. The noodles had a great texture but the broths had less depth than a grocery store ramen packet.

Prices range around $10, but for 4-5 more bucks at other Asian spots in this city, you can get better taste and quality.

They use to give you a side of rice a side of carrots and your entree with your meat choice and vegetables.The last 3 times I have ordered have been a sore disappointment. I received that same tray with the entree section filled with only rice, no carrots, and the 2 small sides filled with an over abundance of onion and a meager portion of steak. I will no longer be ordering from here. I wish I would have thought to take photos.

Xavion Heard: I don't like writing bad reviews, but if you run a restaurant, the least you could do is make sure your food is fresh. I ordered some beef dumplings which were fantastic, good job there. I also ordered teriyaki salmon. It smelled good, but thats about as far as it goes. The sides, rice, veggies, were fine. The fish itself was bad. It tasted like soap which is a clear indication that it was expired or close to it. I can't remember the last time I spit out food from a restaurant. I can't speak for the other dishes, but stay away from the fish. There wasn't even any teriyaki sauce on the fish, not that it would help. Really disappointed.

The sushi was disgusting, and to mention that it was mainly wrapped in a thick layer of rice. My family and I got food poisoning, and we spent the night with stomach pains and vomiting. When we noticed how greasy the food was we should not have eaten it, but we paid for it. This place is not worth it. None of us even finished our food because of how processed it tasted and the grease.
Emonee Glover: This was the WORSTTTTTT experience of Salmon I have ever had. I am a salmon lover. The picture on the right is what I order. The picture on the left is what I received. The two slabs of unseasoned salmon are poorly placed over a bed of chopped onions, with a serving of poorly made rice, and cafeteria-like carrots. I will not be ordering any food from this establishment again.

This is not something that anyone looks for in sea food. Whether sushi or other wise. They also forgot one of our entrees, the poison spider roll.
Michael Mitchell: Food is great! Kobe Japanese isn't only a Japanese buffet restaurant. They have Korean Barbeque, Vietnamese Pho, sushi, and Japanese food! Its a great experience if you like this type of asian fusion. Food is great quality and 20$ a meal is a great price considering the large selection of food available! Highly recommend!

The salad was the best part of the meal. Definitely don't recommend this place. If you want good hibachi food, go to Miyabi.The Korean grill is pretty good though if you want that. The beef bulgogi is tasty.
