Brown Jandura: what do users think?
Shannon Hershberger: Hard packed and fun. Park at Clark Park and head north on the Cape Fear River Trail for about a mile to find the "hard" section on the right. Keep going for the beginner and intermediate further up on the left. I don't remember the names of the trails. There are big signs marking the beginnings so they are easy to find.
Jonathan Martin: Completed Mountain Bike Trail is over 12 miles. No sand hard packed single track for all levels. Trail head is at mile marker 3.2 on the Cape Fear River Trail (East Coast Greenway). Follow the green arrows! Starts off green and progressively gets more difficult. Amazing fun well designed hand-built trail.
Eddie Ketch: Cant get there based on directions. There is a gate and private property signs everywhere

Power Line Trail: what do users think?
Gods Child: This trail is on federal property, if you do not have a DOD Id you’re not entering. This is not a trail for civilians. If you really want to hike this trail, go ahead and visit the nearest US army recruiters office.
Van Meredith: Just put on a ruck and go... too easy...
AE: Last time I ran this trail was back in 2015, it looks a little different now of course with the new highway. The trail it self is still the same sandy, bum kicking trail. If complete the whole thing it’s about six miles. Just be careful especially after it rains the sand cliff becomes soft and watch your step. Besides that it’s an awesome trail run.
david lombard: ugh stay clear of the coppermouth nest.
Zac D: Great trail other than washouts
Thomas Campbell: I'm working at a facility close to the trail but from what I see it's out in the boondocks and looks like primitive hiking to me. Not a lot of people around.( actually no one around). Looks like great hiking
Chris Pedersen: Great trail for hiking, walking, or running. You do have to have base access to get to the trailhead(s). Trail is made of pine needles on packed sand, dirt, and gravel in spots. There are several areas where the trail has been washed out, but it is easy to circumnavigate these spots. There is little to no signage, so I recommend a gps or phone with GPS to check your location from time to time, unless of course you like wandering around. Highly recommend if you are tired of running on pavement.
Mr Atlas: Great hiking trail
ROANHORSE 3,2,1: It's a good trail for a good run, if you wanna run on an actual trail rather than a road or side walk.
Jeff B: Best place to run
Brett W: This is one of the best trails on Fort Bragg. Hit all the hills twice for a better challenge.
Louis: Very good running trail. It has a combination of dirt, sand, small hills, and hard surfaces to challenge you and help you build up your endurance. It's a little over two miles one way from Canopy Lane to Longstreet.
Matthew Ziglar: Good run and ruck route
Janet: There're so many side paths that if you aren't careful, you'll get lost. The texture is always changing from sand to gravel to clay to dirt and there're plenty of hills. Overall, it's a very versatile trail and my all time favorite on post

Cape Fear River Trail parking: what do users think?
Emily M: Quiet and peaceful. Love the scenery.
Valerie: The walk is awesome, the parking is lacking. There has just never been enough, I get the reason, just wish we had more areas like this one, nice and flat for handicap people to navigate a bit better and very close to home.
Tiffany T: Great, loved it. There is however a lot of tires and no trash cans on the main trail going to the botanical garden. Wild daffodils were blooming.
Sharlisa: We really enjoyed walking the trail. It doesn’t go in a circle so we walked to the falls and back. It rained for a whole week prior to coming to the park so the kids got lots of fun mud and puddle fun. There is Porta John if you have to go to the bathroom but I’d definitely suggest going prior to your arrival here.
Mr.Moneytrain Fritz: Lovely paved walk. Very peaceful. 🙏
Jim Martin: ONE OF THE BEST PLACES IN TOWN TO ENJOY THE PEACE AND HUSTLE OF FAYETTEVILLE. A GOOD WAY TO MELT AWAY THE ISSUES IN PEACE AND QUIET.
Erich Meier: Great trail with parking located close to the trail.
Lasondra Fields: Great walking trail.
Rene Casas: Great place for a walk and your ruck march! Bring your kids and pets!
Jen M: Large parking lot to access Cape Fear River Trail and Clark Park nature center. We biked the paved path. Option to take moutain biking trails. The paved trail is tree lined and goes through a covered bridge. Moderate hills.
Ricky Benson: Clean, convenient park. Great for pups and kiddos or even a nice hike alone or with a partner.
Michelle Portee: Nice place to walk, run, bring your dog. Bring kids to the playground.
Jonathan Martin: Great ride
Shirley Smith: Beautiful
Honesty C: These trails are gorgeous went to for nice ride along the trails and loved it. Has this beautiful nature feeling throughout
Ralph Montgomery: 20 years I’ve lived here and this was a fantastic place to ride the bike. Wish these trails extended everywhere like they are in PINEHURST.
James Griffith: A very popular walking trail. Should add some parking. Has EV charging! A great Fayetteville gem. They keep making the trail longer!
Rosa Yongosi: Nice place to visit and take a stroll
Erik “Popeye” Wagner: Clear and well light
Vivian G. Dell'Acqua: Great views, more trails than expected!
Christine West: Beautiful wide trails. Well groomed and scenic. Perfect for biking, in-line skating or walking!
