The order was prepared quickly and the cashier was friendly. Prices were what I would expect in this economy. The food tasted great, but the slaw could've used more sauce, and the mozzarella sticks should've come with marinara sauce.

Almighty Sauce: Drive thru is closed but that's okay. Directed to go into lobby. The service is slow. So slow. Reps are are too busy having conversations about their hair and taking forever to take one order. First and last time going here. And they were joking about the drive thru being closed as more customers were entering the lobby. Wild. Didn't even order. I just left.

Cynthia Rose: Wasn’t busy when I visited; got home to an ok hamburger, a hot dog missing slaw and a missing footlong. Fries were ok. Left the ok meal at home so it could be eaten while still warm; took my fries back to get fresh when I went back to get my footlong. Had to ask for fresh fries after they offered to “warm them up”. Young man took fries from the warming bin, added salt, put them back in the fryer, added more salt and served them. I asked if that was proper food handling and was told “that’s what they told us to do”. Have always liked this place but this visit makes me question if I’ll go back.

Several other people also had to send their food back. Once everything was fixed, it was delicious. Matthew Limone: My wife and I both got footlong deluxe combos with fries. They were good. Came out pretty quick and hot. The fries were super hot. There was no wait in the drive though and we just had to wait a few minutes at the window for our food. $7 for the combo is good deal. It will fill you up but not make you feel too miserable afterwards.Ordering off the menu is super simple and straightforward. Just a hotdog and burger place with no frills. I would definitely go back.

Phylinda Quick: My husband and I go here every so often and have never had a problem until today. I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger and he got a Bacon cheeseburger. They accidentally switched the toppings around, meaning he got my toppings and I received his. No biggie we walked back inside and I told the cashier that our toppings were switched around and tried to give him back the full bag of food. He did not take it and told the cooks what happened. He told me it would be remade and I again tried to give back the food to which he stated to keep it. We weren't going to eat it instead just throw it away. My husband heard one of the guys mention that we wanted free food. That wasn't true we just wanted them made right since I don't like the toppings my husband picked and he doesn't like mayo. Well they made the burgers again and by now obviously the fries are cold so they were definitely going in the trash as well. They give us the burgers and my husband asked if we could have hot fries and the guy in the black apron said sure they had plenty fries but the guy in the red apron said but you already have fries and my husband said yea but they are cold. He told them we were not keeping the food we were throwing it away and when they all looked my way I showed them the bag going in the trash. He rolled his eyes at us and turned around. Never had this problem before and not sure why the attitude was given over a simple mistake. We were not angry or rude stuff happens and we were fine with waiting. But due to the behavior of the guy in the red apron and his remarks we are never going back. Just to be clear just because we were wearing sweatpants and slides and I had my braids hanging does not mean we go around getting free food and that comment was really rude. We just wanted to be lazy on our day off and it is Saturday. We really just wanted to grab the food and go back home.

When me and my boyfriend was there yesterday, he ordered three things from Cookout on Owen Drive. It’s crazy when he pulled up the girl told us to backup. It doesn’t take look to get our food. Literally the size in area of 6 quarters, smaller than McDonalds basic burgers.Fries were greasy/soggy and way oversalted. Either the grease was not hot enough or, worse, they were old fries double dropped in the grease to reheat.This has turned into a disgusting waste of money when McDonalds makes a better burger with their plain cheeseburger.The only thing I would recommend from here is a cup of ice. The pellet ice is good and fills the cup so you don't have to endure much of the poorly mixed soda (yep, that too).May 21, 2023 around 515pm. Ordered 2 burgers and one double. Every one of the burgers were room temp and crusty and hard around perimeter where I would guess had been sitting under a heat lamp far too long, or worse. I would have gone back and demanded a refund, but live 10 minutes away, they were for my elderly folks in their mid 80s who were hungry and just accepting of any slop by that time. I've transported Take-out burgers as long as 30 minutes from other locations and they always remain very warm.Do not stop here - quality is not their focus.

I ordered mine cheddar style and it was so good!!! The bacon was crispy the onions and peppers and cheddar sauce was amazing. My daughter ordered a Cook Out tray with a Double burger and they will put what ever condiments you desire, two side choices and a drink. You can sub that for a shake of your choice. The service was fast and Rileigh our cashier was friendly and well spoken. TJ and the ones who pack the trays put the condiments you ask for in the bag!!! Excellent teamwork!!!
