Abby Evans: The maintenance team is awesome! The complex is clean, well maintained and located in a quiet area. Anytime I have had an issue with an appliance it has been replaced or upgraded in a timely manner. Today, I felt the need to write a review because of how quick my issue was resolved. I Put in a work order for an outlet yesterday around 7pm, I got a confirmation text from Michelle, and they sent a nice maintenance man named Jerry, today at 10:30am. He resolved the issue, he was very professional, personable, upbeat and genuinely kind. He took the extra time to explain how he fixed the outlet when I asked about it, which I appreciated. He told me if I see him around the property and need something to let him know which was nice 😊

IaamMei Royal: Jerry the maintenance guy did an awesome job fixing the many things I requested. He was friendly, respectful, and actually replaced what the old maintenance guy missed.

C Madison: My wife and I applied to this place and they totally dropped the ball. We paid over 300 dollars in fees and our applications were never even processed due to a change in their management company. It’s utterly unfair to me and I think it’s fraud actually. Then I called and sent emails and they completely ghosted me. So I called the complex again today and I got the new manager I guess who said she would get the previous people to call me to address this. I felt in my mind at the time that she was just giving me “lip service” and I sadly now know I was right. This place is trash. Both of them. 300 dollars - gone. For nothing.Update to review - they did refund my money but it was with MUCH effort on my part and they never would have if I would not have pushed for it. I dodged a bullet by not renting here. Them losing our applications was likely a blessing.

Vanessa: I loved Lakeshore! I lived there about a year from 2020-2021 and I wish we had found it when we first moved to Fayetteville. Not only are the apartments themselves really cute with the vaulted ceiling in the living room and French doors to the balcony, but the complex is also tucked away and quiet, which we really liked. There’s a review here about building 5508 having roaches, the building I lived in, but we never really had any problems with them or any bugs at all really. We were on the third floor though. The one maintenance request that we had put in was for our A/C when we first moved in, and they handled it beautifully. It was a job that took a little longer to get done, and they gave us a window A/C unit to use during the time that they couldn’t work on it. They didn’t have any amenities on site, but we didn’t mind- and we were allowed to use amenities at the sister complex 5 minutes away if we missed them. My only minor complaint is that there was absolutely no parking late at night. We had to park several buildings over if we got home too late. Oh, also the mail lady for our building was really lazy- I could write a whole review on that lady on her own, but that’s not the apartment’s fault.

Rose Mason: I really enjoyed my stay at Lakeshore Grande. It's tucked away yet so close to the local businesses. The office staff: Angela, Faydra, and Shai are simply Amazing. And I would remissed if I didn't mention Paul/Maintenance. He always goes above and beyond to take care of maintenance issues. Typically, he handles issues on the same day. Also, he has a wealth of experience and knowledge to get the job done correct the first time. I've rented apartments before but Paul is by far the BEST maintenance guy I've had. He's very aware of the residents, what's going on in the community, and takes care of the residents. Thanks again to the entire staff. I will miss you. Blessings to each of you'!

Destiny Forward: My husband and I have had an amazing 2 years at this particular apartment complex(Lakeshore Grande). We moved in from over seas with the military and they were extremely accommodating and flexible. They are nestled in the perfect part of town for us with multiple ways to enter the base and minutes from just about anything you could want in Fayetteville; YET it's tucked away in a quiet, woodland setting- beautiful for walks. We never experienced any crime (not even packages going missing after days on the porch). There are quite a few families and military in the complex where we were.The office staff are always friendly and constantly have events to bring the apartments together. Maintenance was like a friend and really took care of me/ any issues that popped up- especially when my husband deployed. In fact, they really accommodated us when we discovered our lease had ended in the middle of my husband's deployment (our fault for not double checking dates)and instead of the situation turning ugly, they really took care of me. I can't stress enough how much I've really been blessed by our time here. There will always be negatives to apartment living and if you don't follow the rules you'll probably not enjoy it as much, but we found a treasure here in Fayetteville.

Hayley Wilderman: We recently moved into the apartment complex and we love it!! Very clean and lots of room for a 2 bedroom. The staff is great. They have a maintenance guy on site, Paul and he is awesome. If we see him around and mention a problem, he drops what he is doing and comes to help.

Shear Designz: Building 5508 is infested with roaches very bad and they keep having the same Orkin man come out and each time he comes out he says the same thing that the building has a bad problem with the bugs. I signed a lease last week could never move my things into the apartment and they had to move me to another building . I still had to pay for the time I was not able to move in regardless of their issue with bugs. I told them that there was no way I would move into that apartment and deal with the roaches. I can not believe they still charged me and i could not move my things into that place. I am contacting the corporate office as early as today because this is not right. They then charged me $89.00 for the remaining days left in this month. Please if you can and before you do make sure you thoroughly check the apartments before you even sign a lease or begin to put your things in there. The maintenance man came in and swept up the bugs with his hands in the bathroom and then acted as if the problem was handled. I gave it 4 days before I went back in there and opened the refrigerator door and they were still in there crawling. This really gives me the creeps. I can't believe this, you pay all this money and they still charge you for their problems. *********BEWARE , AND CHECK BEFORE YOU SIGN********

It’s as if I was bothering the employees by requesting a tour. Duly noted.If I am going to enter a renter/landlord relationship, I expect top notch customer service from the moment I step foot on your property.

Morifindjan Diomande: Got my order to Fort Bragg and was unsure about which apartment complex to pick from with a variety of apartment complexes in Fayetteville.It was a no brainer for my wife and I to go with Autumn View after viewing the model apartment.We apparently picked an apartment with ADA accessible, Karen went above and beyond to propose us from some other available units to pick from.Our actual apartment is exactly as the model we viewed, spacious, a lot of storage to store my military gears (helpful).Karen made the application process smooth and worked with us to get it done quicker since I was running out of time, very professional.Love the quietness, cleanness of the community.

Horrible living experience I moved in July if 2020 and by august 2020 my ENTIRE car was stolen out of the complex, the police found it a week later and I had to pay 1500 to get my car rekeyed .According to police It’s common in that complex.. Management couldn’t help because they didn’t have any cameras.. if you would like to live where they care more about your personal life then getting your repairs fixed or addressing your concerns then this is the place for you!!! Very poor communication with this complex. Now it turns out I will have dispute so bogus charges they said I Damaged the carpet and is charging me $957 to have the carpet replaced, which makes me even more confused because don’t you put new carpet down in between each tenant anyway? If not that’s even more disturbing and i wouldn’t be surprised if that’s why it’s always bugs inside. I have a full 360 video and photos of the units when I moved out because I felt like they would be on some funny business and look what we have here .. and to top it off my rent went from 1132 to 1555 a month for renewal in the middle of a pandemic that’s insane

N trust me, the move to Fayetteville wasn’t an easy transition.It’s clean, the apartments are nice and roomy, the neighborhood is quiet, and the playground and pool stays clean.Whether you have a family, military, or just simply looking for a new place to call home, I definitely recommend Autumn View Apartments!

They held events to interact with tenants, even events for the pets! Movie night by the pool I have yet to experience this again. We also had our trash picked up outside our door which was really convenient as a new mom! Great place!!

Trent Harner: I lived here at Autumn View for 9 months during my senior year at Methodist University. On Ramsey street, there are a lot of apartment complexes and I did a lot of searching before signing a lease. This complex is BY FAR THE BEST on Ramsey street, the Ash apartments in the back buildings are newer, very nice and incredibly spacious. I was a very high maintenance leasee by transferring apartments because I didn’t want to be on the ground level, and the leasing office was so caring and respectful and let me do it with ease. The parking here is tough at times but everyone has their own assigned spots right in front of their unit! The maintenance team is fantastic and literally will complete anything in a matter of hours. I really will miss my apartment here and I am so thankful that I found this hidden gem on Ramsey Street!

The office staff is quick to get back to you and keeps you informed of everything going on. They are so kind and willing to help you with anything you need. Also, the maintenance guys are very nice, hard working, and will get work orders done in a timely manner. Overall, my experience here has been amazing so far and I’m so glad I chose this complex as my home!

Alli Bruce: I’ve lived in a lot of different complexes all over NC, and this is by far the best! The office staff is for the most part professional, and Karen is always willing to handle whatever needs you have. She even stayed late one day, when my runaway cat was found and turned in to the office! My only issue is parking - you are assigned a spot number, but visitors will frequently park in your spot (especially on weekends) and you have no choice but to park in someone else’s assigned spot. Wish they would actually tow like they threaten to do, so people will stop taking others spots! But other than that, a great place to live with great neighbors!
